This condo was very centrally located to access the North Shore. Walkable to Hideaways. Great views of the mountains from the back porch and views of the ocean across the street. Inside, very clean. Large living area upstairs with 3 bedrooms and laundry downstairs. Was perfect for our family with a 5 and 8 year old.

This villa was amazing. Great space for our family with 5 adults. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was a godsend. The views and ambiance was spectacular. The excursions we planned were an hour drive but the beauty of the island made the drive north well worth the stay. We would absolutely stay again and have recommended to others!

This was the perfect place to stay on our visit to Kauai!! Princeville is lovely and it is very easy to get to Hanalei or anywhere else from this rental. I loved that it was surrounded by lush greenery on one side, and there was still a view of the ocean and Hanalei Bay from the porch.
The rental was very clean, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed--including a grill, beach chairs and towels, a cooler, and there were even some boogie boards that had been left behind by previous guests that we could use!
It was also so close to an amazing little beach called Hideaway Beach that we probably never would have found if we hadn't stayed there. It's a steep climb to get down, but worth it!
This was the perfect home-away-from-home for our stay in Kauai. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay on our visit to Kauai!! Princeville is lovely and it is very easy to get to Hanalei or anywhere else from this rental. I loved that it was surrounded by lush greenery on one side, and there was still a view of the ocean and Hanalei Bay from the porch.

We've stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one is a favorite of ours. The unit has amazing views of the mountains from the balcony, not to mention it's only a 10 minute walk to Hideaways Beach. One of the best, least crowded swimming beaches on the island! Walk across the street to watch the sunset for an amazing view. The unit itself was so clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a week, and was very comfortable. Open windows afforded a nice breeze, and the bedroom air conditioners were nice when we needed a cool down. The washer and dryer were a life saver too. Everything was in pristine condition, and it seemed the owners really thought of everything. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This was absolutely an amazing place we loved the house there was nothing that you needed in the kitchen that wasn’t there. The barbecue grill needs to be replaced. The show in the master bedroom was absolutely fibulas. The view was so amazing that it’s beyond description. The living room, dining room and kitchen areas are not air conditioned, but the bedrooms are and it was bearable in the living room area. There are a lot of steps and if you have a handicap you may not want to stay here.

This villa was the perfect location for our Kauai vacation. While it’s in the north end of the island which requires a lot of driving...it was great to come back to a tranquil location . While the villas are close in proximity they still had a great feeling of privacy. We had beach access just across the street and short drives to restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, which is very important to me. Wi-Fi worked well. Main burner on cooktop doesn't work, but there are 3 others! Modern kitchen. Comfortable temps this time of year but there were air conditioners in all 3 bedrooms.
Very comfortable stay for my family of 4.
You can walk across the street to view the ocean. My husband and kids liked walking down to the beach nearby. I walked to Princeville shopping area several times for exercise, a nice option to have. I recommend the banana macadamia nut bread at Foodland. It rained a lot while we were there and everyone came out on the sunny days, kind of like the Seattle area. The pizza place close by was pricey (as expected), but good. There are other food trucks and dining options not far away. We enjoyed plenty of Kalua pig and taro cake, chocolate macadamia nuts, fish tacos, and plenty other good foods!
The only thing I didn't love was there was a child in a nearby unit who cried and screamed a lot. They were coughing too so I suspect they were sick (poor thing). Noise travels easily and everyone keeps the windows open. Mostly it didn't bother me, but the one day I tried to nap the screaming child woke me multiple times. But there is nothing to can do to control who else books a vacation home close to you.

It truly felt like you were in a treehouse in the jungle. The beds for a very comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the washer and dryer was very handy.

The unit was very nice nice and the view was great. Very clean and organized. The shower in the Master was awesome. The only down side was that the main burner on the stove didn't work but we survived cooking. Overall would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay in Villa #36. It was a long 3 year hiatus since the last time we were on the island. The purpose of this trip was to take an overdue break from very hectic lives. We accomplished that. Everything was as we expected. The villa was clean and maintained well. We received great communication with Na Pali Properties. We had no issues that needed immediate attention during our stay, but one item we brought to the attention of the property manager, they offered to take care of anyway. We can recommend this property to anyone want to say in Princeville.

This was our second stay at Hanalei Bay Villas # 36. We were so happy to return to Kauai after a long almost 3 year delay! The villa is beautiful, clean, well-equipped (air conditioning is my favorite!) and in a peaceful location right across the street from one of the most iconic views in the world (Hanalei Bay/Bali Hai). We enjoyed everything about it, and the jungle views and sounds from the balconies were amazing. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Princeville condo. The condo had wonderful furnishings and top-notch appliances / amenities. There's even a nice little pizza place across the street and a short walk away. Beach access is about a short 6-8 minute walk away. We'd happily stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home on a quiet street overlooking the gorgeous mountains and across the street from an incredible overlook to the ocean. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and the house was well cleaned. Only caveat is that the beaches are difficult to access from the house and best access requires a drive.

Great location, lot of noise from Hotel construction,, not that bad and only temporary. Adequate kitchen utensils. It wasn’t a problem for our two week stay but the parking or lack of could be a potential problem if there were multiple cars in all 3 units. Our particular unit had a lot of stairs. Again not a problem for us but potentially a problem for some people.
