This was our first time visiting Kauai in the location was great because we could easily access both the north and south part of the island. The road noise was a bit loud but you can walk to restaurants and grocery stores very easily.

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute. We mostly loved walking to the beach everyday and discovering all the different restaurants around the area. Great location! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We stayed nine nights and it was the perfect location for exploring the island. With Safeway across the street we were able to prepare meals and pack lunches with ease (get a Safeway card if you don’t already have one). For this Gulf Coast visitors, ABC Stores are like Alvin’s Island stores and there is one across the street, too. The condo had plenty of cooking utensils and equipment. Also beach chairs and beach towel. The bedrooms are small but adequate so we used our luggage as a dresser. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus. The beach is a short stroll away. Like most beaches on the island, be careful before you swim, there was no protective reef here but sunrise was GORGEOUS.

Convenience of no check in with front desk.
Location was perfect to dining, shopping, touring the island. Washer and dryer and beach towels and coolers made it a special touch for accommodation. Met John the property manager on site and his wife and they were really nice. The only dislike was having to take huge luggage up 3 floors and cooler downstairs 3 floors . Best to say NO ElEVATORS.
But had i known that i would not have booked it but im glad i did .

We all were grateful for the opportunity to stay at this property. It has many nice features. I strongly recommend ear plugs for the street noise if you stay in the master bedroom.

We typically stay in Hanalei, but opted for this place due to work and location. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, just steps from the sunrise each morning was such a treat! Communication was great and we highly recommend this stay.

This property is close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. There is a great biking and walking trail along the coast. We really enjoyed our stay. It was not a concern for us, but there is no elevator.

Great stay . Thank goodness for the air conditioning. Made all the difference with the humid air. Great location. My kids walked to the beach each day and enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was in a great location (across from Safeway, restaurants, shops) and located in the middle of the island, making traveling to the north and south side of the island easier! There’s a beach in front of the condo, but not swim-able as it’s rocky, but great to walk on or watch sunrises. It’s a bit dated, couches had stains and floor had dusty hairballs, it’s really bare minimum in the condo. It didn’t have hot pads or anything extra. I had contacted the rental company and asked for a pack and play for my infant son to sleep in prior to coming, they said they would have it upon arrival, however, when we arrived it wasn’t there. I had to reach out to them and they promptly delivered it the next morning. There was no extra bedding blankets. We were a bit cold at night and had to reach out to see if they could deliver extra blankets and they did the next day. The building is close to the main highway so road noises can be loud. Besides from all that, the condo was comfortable for our family. We love the AC in the master bedroom, the other bedroom can be stuffy as it shares the AC with the main area through an opening close to the ceiling. The rental company was prompt to our requests and communicated well meeting our requests. We would definitely come back just for the location!

We truly loved the Sunrise over the ocean at this location. Kauai is such a beautiful island with many remote locations however this location was conveniently located close to shipping and restaurants as well as the beach.

Not the case but we were okay with that, just disappointed. Wasn’t too impressed with the cleanliness. There appeared to be a vomit stain on the carpet in the bedroom And walking around barefoot your feet would be black from the floors. Everyone is really nice and responsive to our inquiries and issue with someone taking our assigned parking spot.

Apartment was just what we needed- good size and we'll equipped. Location was convenient for our trip - there is no sea view but the lanai is made private by the view. There is no sea access directly infront of the complex but its only a short walk to where you can swim.

Our family of five really enjoyed the condo. I loved the fact that we had 4 different beds to choose from. Although the listing stated sleeps up to 6 I would honestly say 5 was the limit for maximum comfort. We appreciated many of the small touches the property managers did for us.
The condo isn't super spacious but definitely has room to move around. It has a nice view of the pool so you can see when it is a good time to jump in. Also the trees block the city traffic and sights which was very nice. Currently there is construction right in front of this unit so there was some daytime noise. But, if you are on Kauai you really aren't hanging in your room during the day so this wasn't an issue.
The master bedroom is big and we loved the A/C for the hot evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to roll. Note - if you have the living room A/C on food can take FOREVER to cook on the stove. No joke. The cold air blows right that way. Turn off air conditioning before cooking and you will be good. The couch bed was surprisingly comfortable and we found extra blankets for it in the master closet.
The room with twins was tricky. It can be stuffy & hot. We also thought it would be completely closed off from the living room but it isn't. You can't watch tv in the living area without them knowing. The wall above the room is completely open (most likely to let the air in because that room doesn't have separate A/C) and the slider is opaque. This is good to know when you are planning who goes where. If you have young kids or babies they will need to go in the master.
The washer and drier made our packing light and easy. We also found the pantry was more stocked then we knew! What a great surprise. I would check the pantry and other items BEFORE going shopping. We left plates and napkins in the room to bless others. The washer and drier operate best when the window is open to let out hot air. We did most laundry in the evening to keep the heat down.
All in all we really enjoyed this location and would stay again. The beach towels, chairs and cooler were immensely helpful. Having an area to cook helped us save money as we never had to buy breakfast or lunch out! Woohoo. Some of the furniture has red dirt on it but we lived on Kauai before and this is expected. The location is perfect and the price was very reasonable.
All and all we would give a big thumbs up to this condo. God bless you all & ALOHA!

We would absolutely stay here again!! The condo was centrally located on the island-close to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The condo fit my family of 4 perfectly (kids ages 15 & 12-boy/girl) so it was important that the 2nd bedroom had 2 beds! Which is hard to find, most have queen beds vs 2 twin. We loved that it was right on the ocean for the beautiful morning sunrises. We were SO grateful that there was a cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards for us to use! We never left without them!

We were with a large group of marathoners running a four-day series with Mainly Marathons. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was located perfectly between the two race courses. Assigned parking was a plus and the closeness to grocery stores and restaurants was extremely convenient. We'll stay here next year when the series returns!

Excellent location! Walking distance to multiple food, retail and gear rental stores. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. REALLY nice that the room has a few courtesy items that they didn’t have to include such as beach towels, a beach bag, a boogie board and some games. We are very impressed and will be back in a couple years! Thank you for helping make our experience so amazing!!!
