Pros: The condo was lovely and clean, if a bit dated. The location is great. The beach accessed from the main pool area is fantastic. The kitchen is very well stocked. The layout is good for multiple guests.
Cons: The bed was way too soft for us. The mattress foam topper kept slipping and we sank towards the middle. Th ac units were pretty noisy and we were comfortable with just the fans. Sliding door to lanai was pretty hard to slide and didn’t stay on its rails

The views from this condo were outstanding. We love staying in a condo over a hotel and this one provided everything we could ask for. Would definetly rent here again

Overall the condo was great! Pros include great ocean view, very comfortable bed, easy parking, wonderful facilities including pool and pavillion. Cons include old carpet and cabinetry which is in need of updating, distant part of complex with longer walk to beach and pavillion. Overall I would stay again in the future.

Beautiful property with an amazing view of the Maui coast. The grounds and landscaping are always stunning. Conveniently close walk to the beach with great snorkeling among coral reefs and tropical fish. Incredible sunsets. Check-in and communications from the property manager were a little late in coming and clumsy, but we had a wonderful stay once we arrived.

Good response for service calls but terrible TV and related equipment. Non functional DVD EQUIPMENT, difficult to get channel guide/ Menu… ended up leaving TV on all the time since it was so hard to get it to work WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS UNIT 49F

Great place, great location. Clean, very few critters which are impossible to get rid of completely. Only complain is the window screen coverings for both the front room and the bedroom. They ARE see through at night when an interior light is on. I went outside at night to check, and sure enough I could see quite clearly into the bedroom when the lights were on inside. I had to hang a dark sheet over the whole patio door for privacy at night and to block the bright lights from the buildings outside.
Otherwise its great, very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. AC works well.

We love the community for the access to beach, restaurants, views, etc. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the mattress and upholstered furniture in the unit, in addition to the kitchen equipment being very unorganized and television sets outdated.
While the property manager did an excellent job in communication and solving a few problems that we encountered, we were disappointed in the unit itself. It is also very close to the road (heard sirens, etc.) and a longer walk to the beach than what was represented.

The condo was immaculately clean and accurate as depicted in photos. The furnishings are dated but very comfortable. The ocean view from the patio is truly stunning ! We loved the location of this particular unit. It is a bit of a trek to the beach but being located high on the hill provides that beautiful ocean view.
Ekahi Village is our favorite place to stay in Wailea. We plan to return and would be very happy to stay in this particular unit again.

Condo is very roomy and is perfect to view sunsets. Downhill walks to beach, uphill on the way back. Air conditioning worked well for the size of condo. Would use unit again!

The AC in the living room did not work when we got there. Property managers let us know as we landed in Hawaii. Talked to the downstairs tenant and they said this was a known problem for a couple of years so that was disappointing. The bed needs to be replaced as does the AC in the bedroom. Other than that, everything else was exceptional. The location and view is outstanding. Will definitely want to return. Will want the same unit if they fix the items noted above.
