We rented this 2 bedroom unit in part because it had air conditioning, and we were so glad we did. It was very hot and humid when we arrived, so the A/C really helped out. This location was very quiet, which we thoroughly enjoyed, but at the same time centrally located to amenities. We weren't huge fans of the living room furniture, but it was certainly clean and usable, just not overly comfortable. It had everything we needed, except the refrigerator was on the fritz, but they had a backup refrigerator that worked out just fine. These things are bound to happen anywhere you are. The grounds are immaculate and provided great ambiance. All in all, very nice unit and we had a wonderful relaxing time.

The natural beauty of this place cannot be matched! The property management company was very responsive too. After being on site for a day we noticed our freezer wasn't making ice and the fridge wasn't keeping cool enough and they replaced it right away. Highly recommend staying here!

This VRBO was great. Such beautiful views and walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, coffee, and shops within walking distance. We got an incorrect code for the entry gate and side gates which is why I gave the check in process 4 stars. Thankfully we got the new codes from others staying there and the hosts responded promptly with the new codes as well.

The view is AMAZING. We spent most of our time on the balcony soaking up the sights and sounds of the ocean. The beach area on the property was a perfect place to be in the ocean. We could walk to shops, a market, coffee, and a few restaurants. There is a nice path for biking, walking or running. The condo was just right for us. Although we didn’t cook meals, the kitchen has all you need for preparing your own meals. We look forward to return visits.

The condo was lovely. A bit warm in the rooms without an air conditioner. The pillows on all the beds need to be replaced. This unit does not provide a clothes washer, my fault for just assuming it did. The views are great. The location near coconut shopping center is nice to walk to after a day of diving/sight seeing. Overall a nice place to stay, just unsure if i would coose that condo again.

The property is beautiful. The view of the ocean and grassy areas are spectacular. We travelled with our son and his family and the condo was very roomy. There were a basket of toys which kept the toddler happy for hours. The manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The checkin and checkout process was easy. It was nice having a combo lock on the door so we didn’t have to keep track of condo keys. The Lava Lava restaurant was our favorite and just a 2 minute walk up the beach with outdoor sandy seating for a pleasant drink or meal. We look forward to coming back and would love to stay in the same beautiful place.

Amazing condo in a Paradise location-ocean view, breeze and sound of the waves!! Master bedroom was very large with firm, super comfortable King bed. Kitchen supplies were good as we ate most of our meals in condo-Property BBQs were also excellent!Overall a great place and I would love to return!

We enjoyed our stay. The grounds were so pretty and the unit clean and the view was great. Location was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with items. You will have to bring some more toilet paper and tissues of your own. Can't wait to come back.

Great communication with property manager! It is a busier, more commercialized side of the island (lots of traffic outside your door) but a centrally located home base for our day trips north and south. Unit was as described - sufficient for a family of 4, maybe 5 at most. Having a well stocked kitchen was a big plus. And having the air conditioning units in the bedrooms was a huge relief. We were there mid october and I still think we would have been super uncomfortable without them. Pool was under repair for our stay so we didn't visit there but the beach outside was cute for the kids to swim and snorkel, and watching sunsets. Walking over to the Lava Lava beach club was great for happy hour and snacks and live music! TV and internet did not work at all after the first night so that was disappointing but not the fault of the property manager. Overall nice easy stay.

Everything was perfect from reservation to check out. People responsible for this unit were responding very quickly to our questions. They even sent an e-mail to make sure that everything was ok upon our arrival!Very spacious, and clean. It was like staying in paradise in the garden island.

Everything went smooth, except I had to request the condo code 3 times. Had to request the pool code and request the gate code 2 times and did not have the garage pass on arrival had to get that from office manager.
