Privately owned and maintained, 2nd Floor, 3 bedroom /3 bath condo features an airy, open floor plan and stunning views of Hanalei Bay and the surrounding mountains. The captivating views, visible from the moment you enter the front door, dominate every room and are expanded from the private lanai. Classic Hawaiian Decor. Two of the master bedrooms have King size beds and private en-suite baths. A third bedroom has 2 double beds plus bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave and washer and dryer.

Resort Fees include use of the pools, golf cart shuttle rides to and from the condo to the beach. WIFI, pool towels

The AOAO Board of Directors has approved the following fee changes that will affect all inbound Guest reservations effective January 1, 2024.

• The daily Resort Service Fee of $22.00 will increase to $25.00/day; which will assist with funding common area amenities and activities. (Owners are not subject to this fee).
• The daily Parking Fee of $17.00 will increase to $20.00/day; which will assist in offsetting the Valet service. (Owners are not subject to this fee).

Please note: the one-time Check-In Fee of $50.00 will continue to be assessed to each Owner and Guest reservation upon arrival to the resort; this fee continues to fund Front Desk operations. The Reservations Fee of $6.75 per every non-Owner reservation request will continue to be assessed in the New Year.

All reservations confirmed on or after January 1, 2024 will be charged the 2024 fees. Should you have a Guest with a 2024 reservation that confirmed in 2023, then the 2023 fees will be honored.

• A one-time Check-In Fee of $50.00 will be assessed to each Guest reservation upon arrival to the resort; this fee will assist in funding Front Desk operations. The Guest will pay this fee upon arrival at Hanalei Bay Resort and IS NOT included in the VRBO payments
• The daily Parking Fee will be $17.00; which will assist in offsetting the reimplementation of Valet service.
The Daily Resort Service Fee of $22.00 will stay the same in 2023 and Guests will continue to pay at check-out. For example 7 nights = $154

All reservations from January 1, 2023 on will be subject to the new and existing fees. Should you have a Guest with a 2023 reservation that confirmed in 2022, then the 2022 fees will be honored. All reservations confirmed on or after January 1, 2023 will be charged the 2023 fees.

Condo was clean and comfy with everything we needed for our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach. Convenient having the happy talk lounge on site and access to the bars/restaurants at 1 Hanalei within walking distance. The pool on site isn’t heated (the ocean is warmer) but that was fine for us.

We arrived after dark, and were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Shuttled to our condo which was nice because we had a lot of luggage. We slept well in the comfy beds, and woke up in the morning to see the most beautiful view of Hanalei Bay. I never wanted to leave our balcony! The property is fabulous. One drawback is they were doing maintenance on the grounds every day of our stay. All day long, it was noisy. We will definitely go back, but maybe at a time when there is not so much maintenance going on.

Hanalei Bay Resort is the place to stay on the North Shore! We will stay here every time we come to Kauai. The condo was bigger than I imagined but pretty outdated. Bathrooms and kitchen were not as clean as I had expected with the price we paid for the condo. Views were PHENOMENAL!!! Highly recommend this condo but would appreciate a good bathroom and kitchen scrub!

Overall you can’t beat sitting on the balcony and looking over Hanalei Bay. Morning, noon and night are all amazing views. Units are pretty dated and kitchen had old and limited pots/pans, etc. Would have been nice for the resort restaurant to be open longer hours, but not a flaw of the unit per se.

The view from this unit is breathtaking. The beds are super comfortable and the furniture is comfy as well. The unit is well taken care of. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is nice. Cons: parking is pretty far so if you’re driving out it a lot it can be a pain. Sometimes it’s hard to get a parking spot. A family moved in above us on our last day and we could hear everything at 6am. Be ready to hear lots of kids running and yelling early in the morning. Most of the week it was quiet.
