We had a wonderful stay and cant wait to stay here again. We enjoyed the amenities and extras the condo had. The beach chairs, snorkel masks & boards were a big hit. There was a few things broken when we arrived, but it didn't really affect our stay too much, that is the only reason for 4 stars vs 5. It's a beautifully furnished condo with everything you need for an amazingly relaxing stay. The beach is within walking distance and one of the least crowded. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. We look forward to staying here again in the future. We were extremely pleased with this condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay, and would have awarded 5 stars, except for a few problems we encountered. FYI, this is our second stay at one of the Palms properties, so we had something to compare to. Apartment was close to the pool, but pool area had no shady area or umbrellas until late afternoon. Water was very warm. Unit was not newly remodeled. and had worn lanai furniture, old towels and bedding, and some other problems we’ve communicated to the PM. All in all though, a fantastic location, and beautiful vacation.

My family of 4 loved this condo. The beds were comfy, the decor was beautiful, & unit had all the amenities we needed. Lots of beach gear on the patio which we took with us on our beach days (4 chairs & 2 umbrellas - they also had sand toys for little ones). We ended each day at the complex pool, which was beautiful. We loved the proximity to Ulua Beach, The Shops at Wailea, & the Beach Walk. We enjoyed meals at Gather, Da Kitchen, Sugar Bakery, & Kapa Bar & Grill. It is @45-50 min drive to the Kaanapali area but still worth it to stay in this condo.

We stayed at property for 3 weeks, very nice, clean and very responsive to our request for a new sun umbrella and delivered it right away. Very accurate description of property, great location. Some road noise, but not terrible and hard to avoid. Very nice property with well kept grounds and pool area. Would stay again.

Great condo and location for our family holiday. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans for cooking meals. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards & cooler for family of four. Close enough to run to Ulua Beach path in the mornings but had to drive and park to load in and out for a day at the beach. Great sized bathrooms and plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Only issue we had were the sliding doors the first night we arrived. Called maintenance and they fixed quickly! Would visit again!

We loved our time at the Palms. Our young family loved having the ground level area to play indoors or outdoors and the pool was a big hit. Super close to great shops and restaurants as well. Would happily recommend to friends and family!

Overall it was good. Property condition was good but there was significant flooring damage by the dishwasher which was reported to the manager. Hopefully they fix it before someone else uses the unit 1903. There is a void in the foundation which causes the flooring damage, possible tripping hazard which is why I don’t recommend this unit until it is fixed.

This is a very nice condo. Furnished and decorated very well with comfortable beds and a layout that was excellent for our family of 4 -- one good kids bedroom with twin beds and a separate bedroom with attached bath for the parents. The outdoor patio was a pleasant spot for breakfast and has enough room both for a dining table and lounge chairs. The unit was outfitted with key items such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a mask and snorkel -- all very handy for our daily trips to nearby beaches. All in all, a very comfortable property with a good overall feel. The location is good so long as you aren’t expecting walkability -- while you *could* walk to shops or the beach, it’s just far enough that realistically you’re much more likely to hop in the car for a short drive to wherever you want to go. And of course the unit isn’t situated to have dramatic views or see the ocean. But it’s a very quick drive to great beaches, Wailea shops, and Kihei for more casual restaurant options. So, a good base for exploring this part of Maui.

We had a wonderful stay at The Palms at Wailea with our family. The unit was spacious and well stocked with great cooking supplies. We had dinner outside on the patio every evening. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood that’s just a few minute drive to some of the best beaches & snorkelling & shops at Wailea. Would definitely recommend!!

Very nice property and location. The only negative was that the bottom bed sheet was of poor quality and like sleeping on sandpaper. Also the sliding outside door to the lanai didn’t latch but there was a security latch which could be used. Overall, a very enjoyable unit.

A few things need updating, the showers really didn’t work great and the headboard in the kids bedroom came down in the middle on one night and scared my son. Nice location and layout is great. Property manager solved so loose shower valves very quickly. Lower floor so those above create quite a bit of noise from dragging their chairs over the tile. Master matrass is getting very soft but the others re great. A couple dining chairs are starting to get wobbly.

This is a great property! We will definitely return! We have spent a fair amount of time on the island, typically staying in Kihei but are so happy with this location. This unit is well situated within the complex, and especially nice being on the ground level. The unit is well appointed, with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We are a family of 4 with two teenage kids. It was the perfect size for us. The A/C works well, keeping the unit comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it is easily walkable to the Shops/hotels along the waterfront in Wailea, and also a quick drive. The highway is very easily accessible for coming and going by car.
The pool area is clean, with ample lounge chairs. We enjoyed the night swimming/hot tub after dinner on many occasions.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay!

This was a great property. The condo was clean and nice and bright. It worked well for our family of 4. It was a bit a of walk to the beach but the drive was quick and easy. Lots of different beaches and restaurants in the area.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family spring break vacation! Located in Wailea it is perfect for accessing some amazing beaches and restaurants. The VRBO itself is perfect for a family of four, the kitchen is well stocked too! The owners have boogie boards, sand toys, ice coolers for picnics and beach days. I would have wished they had a beach umbrella but I'm being picky ( you can easily rent one if needed). We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

We really enjoyed this apartment, it was the perfect home base for our vacay. The air conditioner worked great, the beds were all comfortable, it was super clean and just like the pictures. We enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. It was nice having our own grill and this unit is close to the pool. We were within 10 minutes of several beautiful beaches. The only problem we had was there wasn't an umbrella provided that was shown in the pictures and mentioned in reviews. We had to rent one from a local rental company. Overall, the condo was a nice place to stay.

Property is nicely renovated with a new kitchen and comfortable furniture. Appreciated the beach chairs for use and the bbq for evening meals. However, a few notes:
1. Central ac was not functioning when we stayed there. If I had known this, I may have chosen somewhere else. The portable unit was noisy and did not cool all areas of the apartment.
2. The second bedroom does not have proper doors and is more like a den, and it’s likely you will wake your co-travelers up if you use kitchen or living room in the mornings.
Otherwise we enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, and walkable location.

The grounds here are STUNNING and what a great location. We came to Wailea to renew our vows for our 10 year anniversary and the condo was within 5 minutes of all of our venues. It was super clean with great amenities. Just a few little issues... prior to arriving in Wailea we had requested through the rental company to have a few of our family over for dinner and they said “no” that we could only have two. Unfortunately that didn’t work for us and I do understand being a mature adult that you wouldn’t want a large group of people for risk of a party. But it was a disappointment to not be allowed to have a few of our family members over. Upon arrival we were informed that the air conditioner didn’t work which we didn’t think was any big deal but the issue was not addressed until the day of our ceremony which was two days later. The condo is uncomfortable without the air conditioner. They did buy a portable air conditioner which did make it much more comfortable a bit noisy but it worked. If I’m being 100% honest I have to say I was a little disappointed that the lanai was not furnished as it shows in the photos and neither was the living room and dining room in the condo. I am a very aesthetic person and would have enjoyed having the outdoor seating area out of the bedroom for relaxing in the evenings but there were absolutely no furnishings outside of the bedroom as it shows in the pictures. And as I mentioned the furniture was different in the outside dining area and inside dining and living room than it shows in the pictures. With that being said all in all it’s a beautiful condo and we had a wonderful stay here in the beautiful Wailea. For me if the pictures depict what is actually there there’s no disappointments. My advice would be to update the photos so people know exactly what they are getting.

We had some bad luck with the air conditioning... didn’t work, so sleeping was a little uncomfortable, Maui rentals brought us one fan that didn’t really help with sleeping in two different bedrooms. Loved the condo was a great set up beds and furniture were very comfortable and was set up with beach chair and beach towels. Nice beaches weren’t far away.

Loved this vacation home which was large, spacious, clean and modern. Came fully equipped with all beach equipment and toys. We came with our 3.5 year and had to give up the master room as the 2nd bedroom was not closed off enough with its sliding doors for her to sleep in. Only other negative was that the pool closed at 6pm so we were unable to watch the sunset from there.

This property was very clean and newly renovated. We got there and decided to stay for a few extra days. We loved the outdoor area and the layout of the condo is great for families. Only issue was the beds were not made into two twin beds as requested, but Maui Rentals fixed that issue the next day. And, there was large party upstairs which made a lot of noise, that issue was also addressed with Maui rentals. This property is about a one minute walk to the pool at the complex and is very quiet. The condo is very close to shops and great places to eat. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would book again.

Nice, clean, and comfortable unit. We enjoyed the bbq and lounge area outside and it’s a short walk to the pool. Having AC throughout was also nice but this unit has a nice cross breeze when the windows and screen doors are open. The beds were comfortable and there are lots of beach toys and accessories in the closet. Our only complaint was that the only power outlet in the master bathroom did not work.

What a great condo. We came to Maui for a family holiday with kids. The place is perfectly located between Kihei and Wailea shops. All key shops / supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away. the place is well stocked to make your stay memorable and the pool is only a 1 minute walk away..., great way to start or end the day. Great manicured gardens and with bbq and great kitchen / amenities it was an awesome stay! BTW. There is air conditioning in every room!, which makes sleeping a breeze. Literally! We are definitely staying here again and thank you Maui rentals for a great experience!
