This is a beautiful oceanfront property for a relaxing vacation in Kauai. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves daily, and the view was exactly what we hoped for. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is also a short ride to the airport. The condo included beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. It was so convenient to walk to the beach and have all of the beach gear available for us to use. We visited in January and the weather was perfect with the windows open and fans on. The owner was quick with communication and very accommodating. Overall the property met expectations and we would stay here again.

Excellent place for a week vacation.
Location is probably the best in the complex. The condo was stocked with everything you need. The beach was secluded and swimming was fun.

From the moment we walked into the condo, we were amazed by the views. The ocean is so close! The condo was perfectly decorated, clean and well stocked with everything one needs for an easy stay. Every day, we enjoyed early morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the lanai. The grounds are beautiful, and the condo is within walking distance to many great restaurants. We would absolutely love to stay again.

The property was perfect and the owner was awesome with communication! We arrived later than expected and some issues with our data on our phones. A quick call and we got everything we needed to get into the property. The security at the property was very helpful and friendly getting us to the right condo as it wasn’t the easiest to find in the dark.
The location, view, and amenities were great, could walk to several places. It was also a great starting point to get to other gorgeous beaches and activities! We loved Kaua’i and will be back for sure.

We booked this stay in April 2022 right after I got my daughter's 2022-2023 school year calendar. Then, I was asked to officiate a friend's wedding and the hosts were so understanding in letting us reschedule. So, here we are in August 2023 flying back home to California from our long-awaited Kauai vacation. I share all of this just to drive home how very worth the (16 month!) wait it was.
The views of the beach from the second story balcony are, I think, the best in the entire complex. The unit was very clean, comfortable, well stocked, and attractive.
My friend, who grew up in Kauai, said her local friends bring their kids to law nani beach because it's so kid friendly and my daughters loved spending time in the gardens and heated pool.
We feel so grateful that the hosts shared their piece of heaven!

Everything was beautiful, clean, well organized and well furnished with everything you need. The location was wonderful, right on the ocean on the end of the property with great access to the ocean and only a short walk to the pool. It was the highlight of our trip to Kauai!

We just can't say enough about this beautiful property. Located in the Kapa'a area convenient to shopping and restaurants. This condo is the best in the Lae Nani resort. It is located at the end of the building with a splendid view of the ocean and gardens. The sound of the waves, the wonderful cross ventilation from the sea breeze, tasteful decor, and great floor plan made this our favorite on Kauai! The owners were fantastic to work with, with quick communication and very accommodating. The spacious grounds and pool were immaculately groomed with stellar landscaping which we never got tired of photographing. The beach area made for great boogie boarding, swimming, and enjoying the ocean view. We will gladly stay at this property on our next Kauai vacation! This one is a true gem!

Everything about our experience was truly memorable and amazing. The condo was exactly as described with all the conveniences and extras that one could ask for. The location is just perfect with the beach right there and a neighborhood beach bar just a 2 minute walk. If you are looking for a beautiful condo, mesmerizing beach views and sunsets, and restaurants/markets in walking distance….this is for you!
After traveling the island, I found this to be favorite area of the island for its central location and nearby conveniences. 10/10

The location of this condo is amazing. It is central and a good starting point to explore all corners of the island. The sound of the waves from the beach were very soothing. The little sectioned off part of the beach was perfect to go swimming with my toddler. We had an amazing time. The only thing we missed is having air conditioning because it can get really hot and humid here. There were a lot of fans in the condo and opening the windows made a lot of difference. Kara was easy to communicate, very responsive and a great host.

Loved our stay, great location. Your condo needs some attention. All the screens in your living area are falling apart, screen door is very hard to open to the patio and the bottom is completely ripped. Also the side windows in your dinning area are falling apart and also will not open. We had very noisy neighbors above us who liked to rearrange the furniture every night and throw towels from the balcony. I left a message with the property manager Eric but he never returned my call. We stayed in your condo 4yrs ago and it was in much better condition. Still love your place just needs a little TLC...

This condo is Fantastic! We stayed with our adult daughter, plenty of room for us, plus our girls had their own bathroom. The condo is perfectly equipped to fulfill all your wants & needs for a great Kauai vacation. Lae Nani is in a perfect location to explore the island and if you don’t want to travel far or just be lazy, the beach on property is gorgeous and the Coconut Marketplace is right next door with restaurants & shopping. My husband and I have already started about returning to Kauai and this condo.

The water is a little rough but good for surfing and boogie boarding. There is a little pool of water that collects between the rock ledge and sand you can sit and relax in. The condo is very close to shops and restaurants that you can walk to. There is not much of a breeze in the bedrooms. The fans help a little but very hot in July with no air conditioning. Would definitely recommend this place in the cooler months.

We stayed for over a week at this beautiful condo in front of a private beach, the marketplace with restaurants and shops was only steps away. The place not only had all the amenities for our stay and very cozy decor, but also beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and even snorkels for our use at the beach We had a challenging flight schedule and the owner was so kind to arrange everything so we can have a flexible check-in and out which we are so grateful for, specially since we traveled with a kid. Loved the place and the customer service, 100% recommended!

I cannot decide if the interaction with the owner, Kara, or the propert itself was better. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and you cannot beat the location. Beautiful views, decor and grounds and Kara is amazing to work with - I felt like I was working with a friend through the entire interaction. You will not be disappointed if you book here.

First and foremost, I have to give praise to the property owner, Kara. She has been incredible to work with. Her communication and willingness to go out of her way to accommodate us with whatever needs we had was so reassuring!
The condo itself, is a goldmine! Look no further for another property if you are debating between other ones. It’s right on the beach and the views are phenomenal! You feel like you have your own private beach. I can even say that visiting for Spring Break. We felt like we were on a quite relaxing vacation with very little tourists.
Our days always started off with a bang with coffee and the gorgeous sunrises every morning. The location, couldn’t be anymore convenient. The condo is within a short walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a market. Located on the East Shore, it makes exploring between the North Shore all the way to the West Shore very easy.
The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kara has thought of every detail possible!! I honestly couldn’t think of one thing we were without. There are even two kinds of coffee makers in case you prefer the Keurig over a 10 cup coffee pot ;-)
Everything is very clean and in wonderful condition. We never felt like we were staying at a rental. There’s a much more personal and inviting feel about the condo.
When we return to Kauai, this will be the place we will forever come back to!
