Our Villa is Located on the Turtle Bay Resort! You can use the Ocean Villas pool and Jacuzzi, park for free, and pay no resort fees! You can also use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee. You have FREE access to the 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, the beach volleyball court, and the luau shows located at the Resort’s pool bar! *(Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; you can rent a cabana or daybed to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's pool, and you can purchase gym access. The Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.)

This Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay has dramatic ocean views, quick access to the ocean, pool, and BBQ’s, and the privacy to keep your doors and windows open all night in this third-floor, penthouse level, villa! It has a serene lanai where you can see the ocean, pool and all the tiki torches lighting the grounds at night!

- The kitchen has granite countertops, a wolf stove top and oven, a microwave, a small refrigerator, cookware, coffee pot, blender, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, spice rack, and more!
- We include paper towels, napkins, tissue, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, and mini hotel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. All your soft linens, and bath and beach towels are included as well!

Condo was as profiled in the listing, beautiful view and nice layout. Furnishings could use a bit of an upgrade (holes in couch cushions, stains on rugs) but overall nice unit with arguably one of the better beach views in the complex. A king bed would fit nicely and should be swapped out for the queen! It would be beneficial if the owner could work out full reciprocity with the hotel as we learned other units do have full access- it would be a game changer as the pool and hot tub are undersized for the size of the complex, and access to the gym would be great. Parking and grounds access was very secure, grounds are well kept. Be aware, this is a *very* family friendly complex and with few staff on site there is constant “action” everywhere with not many of the “rules” being followed- another benefit to getting access to the hotel!

The villa studio unit was clean and well equipped. The third floor unit is located on the hotel/resort end of the villa property close to beach access, close to Roy Yamaguchi's and the hotel bars and restaurants. The property offers great hikes and close to Turtle Bay are great food trucks and activities (we did near by zip lining and it was fantastic.)

Brought my 81 year old mother and this location was very convenient to be able to get up and eat our private breakfast on the deck over the beach. We both preferred it over high end hotel on waikiki for the privacy it afford in a beach front location, which is extremely rare in hawaii anywhere.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days of R&R. The location couldn’t be better. Ocean views, steps to the beach and walking trails, nice pool and jacuzzi. We took advantage of the proximity to the Turtle Bay Resort for a couple of good meals. The unit itself was fully stocked, from the kitchen to the “locker” filled with beach supplies. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Working with Vince and Gina was smooth and they always responded to me right away. We loved the location and had a great time. We had a problem with the fridge but by the next day a replacement had been brought in. We love the north shore and Hawaii!! Turtle Bay was beautiful as well. 🤙🏼 🌺

The swimming pool and the Hot tub in the premises were very clean and well maintained and we spent a long time there. This location is great to be away from the city. However, if most of your activities are around Waikiki area or towards south, you will need to plan for the commute. Overall we had a great time.

The condo is located in a beautiful location. Only steps to the beach and many walking trails. The area is clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Some of the furniture is worn but that did not detract from our stay. The Lanai was perfect to eat our meals on and view the beautiful ocean. We even saw a momma whale and her baby breaching in the ocean from the balcony.

You still are within a 5 minute walk of restaurants, bars, the spa, market, etc. And you have so much space and the best view ever. It was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the lanai was breathtaking. I would absolutely recommend booking this place for an unforgettable trip!

We had a great time here, and I would recommend this property. We had a couple hiccups with cleanliness and management - our pull out couch was full of crumbs and we didn’t have proper linens in the unit - but these issues were rectified and not a big deal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had an amazing time at the Turtle Bay Villas. The condo was comfortable, view was beautiful, and we enjoyed being right next to the cove. We only had one disappointment. The kitchen wasn't as clean as we would have like, and the refrigerator was out of order. A mini fridge was put in our unit, but it was very small, and made too much noise.
