Being a December baby, I NEVER get to travel on my bday, so we did it this year: and it was the best! This condo was on a gorgeous property with an amazing view. We slept to ocean sounds every night, made a great breakfast daily, walked 2 minutes to the sunrise each morning with the help of roosters waking us up, and enjoyed every moment. Location was perfect, laundry was easy (there is a credit card pay option for the washer/dryer but not the soap, FYI) bed amd pillows were SO comfy. Tiki torches onsite nightly, sunset view from rhe deck over the mountains, a walk to Lava Lava Club for drinks, wonderful beach with a blowhole, rocked-in lagoon to float/snorkle, and a historic heiau all made for amazing views and memories. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful landscaping, thoughtful extras (like macnut snacks, a big beachbag, beach gear, coffee)
Also, sidenote.. the 2nd bathroom was wonderful to help avoid marital annoyances while in paradise ;)

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It's the perfect walkable location with beach access steps away and amazing views from the balcony. It's the ideal space for a couple, with the bonus of the extra half bathroom. The kitchen has everything you'll need. Shopping for groceries and a handful of restaurant options only steps away at the Coconut Marketplace. Kapa'a is the perfect location in our opinion and we will be back! Kirsten is the perfect host with speedy communication and Bernadette does an excellent job onsite. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at this property. The home and grounds were amazing.
I really loved the protected swimming area in a cove at the ocean’s edge surrounded by large rocks and tree trunks. Fresh ocean water washed in but no fear of being swept out with the strong current and large waves. The large pool was beautiful but the ocean was a warm 80 degrees and much more fun!! And soooo relaxing!!
We will definitely return to this gorgeous townhouse right on the beach and so convenient to excellent restaurants and shopping!

The only way to describe Lae Nani is “paradise”. The property is beautiful, the property personnel are so pleasant and helpful, and our rental experience with Kirsten was the best. She responds quickly to any concerns (we had none), and is very pleasant to work with. The unit was exactly as described, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. We will be back!

Our unit was well-appointed and well-stocked, had pretty much everything we might need. The view from the lanai was outstanding, and Lae Nani's landscaping rivals the "big guys" in resort ambience. Proximity to Coconut Marketplace is very convenient, and location is central to all parts of the island. We would definitely stay here again.

This place had a gorgeous view of the beach and was nice and simple. Seasonings provided in kitchen & coolers & other beach goodies in the closet. Fan kept that beach breeze circulating through the entire place. The only issue we had is that when we got to the place the floor was very dirty, like our feet were black walking around without shoes on. Pretty sure it’s the Hawaiian way to take shoes off, so not sure if they expected us as mainlanders to wear shoes in the building the entire time. We ended up buying a cheap swifter sweeper & just cleaning it ourselves since there weren’t cleaning supplies to deal with that. Not a huge deal, just a little weird to us. Great stay otherwise.

The on line listing was very accurate except it could not describe how beautiful the property is! Super comfortable. We are used to Kihei Maui where it is very hot. No need for A/C here. The location of the room was perfect. Close to the parking lot but not too close Close to the ocean we could hear the waves from bed at night. Perfect

This was one of my fiancée and I’s most favorite rentals we’ve ever booked. The location was absolutely perfect and there were beach chairs and a cooler available for our use. The condos had a private-ish beach for when we wanted to relax and also is very drivable to every other area of the island. Highly recommend- we will be back!

We so enjoyed our unit. The view was amazing an so close to places in Kapaa. The bath and a half was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was well stocked with most everything you’d need and the living space very comfortable. We’d definitely go there again! Thanks for a great romantic stay!

I was in Kauai to heal from the loss of my beloved husband to cancer. I couldn't have chosen a better place. My stay began with a minor problem that Kirsten handled immediately and well. Sitting on the lanai with the beautiful view would have been enough. But the cheerful island interior of the condo, with everything I could possibly need, made my six night stay easy and everything I'd hoped. The Lae Nani grounds are so beautiful and the place is super-convenient. Thank you, Kirsten for a great stay.

The Condo was really great. View fantastic. What I would change is the curtain situation so that you can open up the entire wall of window looking onto the amazing view. And the curtains in the bedroom didn't allow airflow through the condo very well because they either got sucked up against the screen or they blew around in the wind making noise all night. A different type of bedroom window covering like a slatted shutter would work better. Also, as a short person I found the bed to be difficult to get into, its very high! I found it quite comfortable though once in it.... Overall our stay was fantastic. The area and location of the condo is wonderful!

We really enjoyed Lae Nani. The property is kept very clean and has a small beach. The condo provided beach chairs and towels, which was great. We spent time at both the beach and pool. There is a nice walking path that connects with the Kapaa path eventually. The traffic in Kapaa is slow in the afternoon, but the location worked since we had to go both Norrh and South. Would definitely return!

Location, location, location - it doesn't get any better than Lae Nani; the grounds are spectacular - like staying in a beautiful park. 324 is a great condo for a couple. Things you need for the beach are here -small cooler, beach chairs & towels. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials - even some spices and condiments. Although we were happy to spend all day hanging around the beach here the beauty of staying East side is that driving to either the north or south areas for the day is a short (30 min) ride and Kapa’a is a fun, funky little beach town if you just want to chill out. Love it!

The condo is located in an ideal location for shopping and traveling between the north and south sides of the island. My husband and I spent 8 nights at the condo. We were supposed to stay 9 nights but our flight got canceled and couldn't get rescheduled until the next day. Kirsten was very fair and refunded one night of our planned stay. The condo has had a couple of updates but both bathrooms are in need of some updating. After the first night, we decided to buy a mat for the bathtub since I found it slippery and unsafe to use without one. I hope that the cleaning staff leaves it for future guests. We also noticed that the newer flooring throughout was not clean, especially in the kitchen and living areas. I assume this was the responsibility of the cleaning service not doing a thorough job between guest stays. I would recommend that extra towels be provided for guests especially for two adults staying more than a week. I believe this condo is on par with other condos in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here. Bed was very comfortable. Really cute beach bar/restaurant (Lava Lava) just a brief stroll down the shoreline. Property was clean. It’s a convenient location for a home base to explore the rest of Kauai. We would stay again!

Kirsten was very helpful and exceedingly kind in accommodating a late checkout for which we were very grateful.
The condo is very clean and spacious for two people and the balcony was lovely to watch the sunset and ocean views. The landscaping was gorgeous on the grounds with all the tropical flowers and plants.
We would highly recommend the unit if you are looking for rest and relaxation in a beautiful setting.

The condo is lovely and equipped with all the basics, as promised. We loved having fresh air moving around us at all times with effective screens and controllable ceiling fans. The grounds and garden are beautiful. The sea and the pool are easily accessible and enjoyable. We appreciated living in Kapa'a and being able to explore the east and north shores and see which beaches fit our needs. We'll hope to come back soon.

We returned for our 25th anniversary and loved this location! The grounds were landscaped absolutely beautifully. We appreciated the beach towels, boogie board and beach chairs on site. The unit can get a little warm at night since there is no AC but truly no complaints with our stay! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The view from the unit is even better than shown- grounds are absolutely beautiful and fantastic view of the ocean. Condo was clean and well appointed however the bathrooms could use an update. This was our second time booking at Lai Nani and again it did not disappoint. The view’s are incredible and the condo was just what we needed. We had a minor maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and in no way affected our daily plans. Definitely will book again for future trips

The grounds are beautifully sculpted with the color and lushness that so aptly defines Kauai as "The garden Island". The thought of no AC at first was terrifying (We're from Dallas), but the breeze through our room throughout the stay, the entire 4 days was wonderful. Never did miss refrigerated air. The beach was great, but too aggressive for smaller children (under 4). Access to shops and restaurants nearby added to the convenience of the stay there. We would not hesitate to come back and stay longer!

The condo was exactly as pictured and sits on a beautiful property with some of the best landscaping we saw on the island !
The location is walking distance ( 5 minutes) to restaurants and a market that has everything you need ( go somewhere else for your big grocery trip, prices are a little higher there.)
The condo has newer flooring and a comfortable bed, a well stocked kitchen and of course a lanai with an amazing view you can eat your meals on.
The bathrooms are dated so that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, but it certainly didn’t have a negative impact on the trip.

My husband and I stayed for 10 days at Lae Nani and it was perfect. Loved the view from the balcony and had so many different birds stop for a rest on the railing (and we didn’t even feed them). We had no problems with parking or laundry facilities. The property felt very safe and people were friendly. The bed was comfortable and although the walkway to the beach and parking lot runs right below the bedroom window we had no problems with noise or sleeping. The fan in the bedroom and living room were adequate for air circulation so the temperature in the condo was comfortable. The kitchen has been updated, it was well stocked with cutlery, dishware and utensils and all appliances worked well. Really appreciated the ice maker! The bathrooms could use an update but they were clean and functional so it was not an issue. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby and convenient. There is road construction on the main road near the property, and although noise wasn’t an issue, there is some traffic congestion that slows you down coming and going from the complex. Communication with the owner was very prompt and always friendly. Overall we were very satisfied with this rental and would definitely stay there again.

We celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary with a week of fun and relaxation on Kauai Island.
This beautiful condo was so peaceful and quiet. I lay in the comfy bed and could only the twittering birds outside.
Breakfast on the lanai offered the most incredible beach view . The kitchen was well equipped, and we “ate in” about half the time.
The Coconut Marketplace is very close, and they have delicious outdoor markets for fruits and veggies on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. We will cherish our Hawaiian memories and look forward to coming again!

Two adults in their thirties on a mini vacation before heading to Maui for a wedding. We very much enjoyed this second floor stay overlooking the ocean, just beautiful. A reminder there is no air conditioning but you honestly didn’t need it with the amount of breeze coming off the ocean. We loved the pool which was surrounded by mostly retired folks but there was times we were annoyed by screaming kids. Spent most of our time exploring the island and eating great food. We hit 3 food trucks in 3 days, highly recommended, they are just up the street a couple miles by car. This place is walkable to everything you would need though otherwise and VERY close to the airport which was a huge perk.

Lae Nani is lovely. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the property is well managed. The location is great with easy access to both north and south and the unit is clean, kitchen is serviceable and lovely view of the ocean. A significant concern regarding this apartment is the inadequate hot water supply. When taking a shower, the hot water would run out in about 6-7 minutes. This meant that after taking anything more than a hurried shower, the water would run out. Two people could not take a shower one after the other. We check things out and found that the unit had only a 20 gallon water heater. All information on the internet indicated that a 30 to 40 gallon water heater is what is recommended for a one bedroom condo. One of the maintenance workers at the resort told us that the other units in the building had 30 to 40 gallon water heaters. When we expressed our concern to the person who managed the unit for the owner of the condo, she responded that she spoke to the owner about our concern and she said that the owner had never received complaints about this issue and then made no attempt to correct the situation.

Book this place immediately! Location is so perfect! Private beach, grassy lawn and pool with beautiful views are all right out front, and the beach is stunning! The best part is this location is absolutely perfect in terms of exploring the island with plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance as well. We got to check out some amazing hikes, walk the beach, and walk to dinner... plus there’s grocery stores and coffee and basically everything nearby! The host was so fantastic and easy to communicate with, really exceeded our expectations. The space is great with a very comfortable bed, plenty of supplies including a cooler, beach chairs and towels! Awesome stay all around! We are grateful! --

The property was great. The pictures matched the property. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans needed to cook. It was close to the beach and a small shopping center with a wide variety of restaurants and an ABC store. The only thing I would change is that it needed a bigger water heater. After myself or my husband showered the second one to shower didn't have much hot water.

This was our first stay in Kapaa area, but not first trip Kauai. The location was perfect for exploring both the South and the North parts of the island. The views from the Lanai were amazing! So wonderful to hear the waves crashing on shore, even inside. Very comfortable accommodations, everything we needed for our stay was there! The pool and the property were wonderful! We had a wonderful stay at Lae Nani. The condo was exactly as advertised, we knew of the resort in advance, but had never stayed at Lae Nani. The owner was great with her communication, she even had an arrival treat waiting for us! The location is exactly what we wanted and the unit is a wonderful 1 bedroom that worked out perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Kauai and would not hesitate to stay again at Lae Nani.

Property is in good condition. Master bath needs an update. Basic supplies of condo rentals were absent. Paper towels, tp, and kitchen spices weren’t provided. Kitchen has been updated and comfortable.
On a positive note the grounds are beautiful and the beach and pool are relaxing. Lai Nani is a great place to visit.
