Loved our stay here a lot. The location is great, the pool is nice, and it was very clean on arrival. The only thing that I would be better is if the kitchen had some staple items in it, Ext. olive oil, and such. Overall I would still recommend this place to others in the future.

This condo was beautiful! The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The garden view from patio magnificent. My only complaint is the sofa in living room. Very very uncomfortable. The two stiff chairs were also uncomfortable. That being said, I’d go back in a heartbeat!!!!!

This is a great condo in Princeville. We stayed three weeks and were very comfortable. It is well equipped. We really enjoyed being across from the great pool and hot tub. Jeff and Shana were communicative and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at this condo. We had all that we needed and felt right at home. We could have used more garbage bags as we only had two and had a 10 day stay. The queen bed is a little concave and squeaky but other than that we loved the place. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler in the closet. Thank you!

This condo was fabulous! Very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as a few essentials to get us started until we went to the store. Conveniently located to everything on the north shore! Will definitely stay again!

The condo provided everything we needed. We much enjoyed the garden and the pool which was just across the parking space. We can highly recommend to stay there.

The unit is on the ground floor of the building but on the corner. It is very well maintained and has everything you need to cook eat and sleep there. All we had to do was bring our food and clothes.
The unit is steps away from the pool. There is a small lanai to have sit and watch the birds in the morning.
It's in the heart of Princeville so only 10-15 mins to Hanalei.

A well kept unit in a very quiet building directly across a small parking lot from the pool, spa and grills. The pool area even had filtered water and ice available to purchase. The lanai looked out over beautiful landscaping and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. I would recommend this property for a family of four.

Newly renovated “garden” unit corner appartement at Alii Kai Resort. Very clean and probably recently totally renovated. The Pool is just across the parking lot less than 1 minute walk. Walking distance to Queens Bath and Sealodge Beach ( approx 17-21 min). Looking into the green: sitting room and master bedroom; 2nd bedroom and dining space looking at parking lot. Just lower the blinds and it isn’t an issue. We did hear some noise from the appartement above, vacuum cleaning, moving furniture. But for the rest pretty quiet. If you go to Hanalei at the moment pay attention when the road is closed during the week due to a landslide.
