Papakea F105 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as an oceanfront view, ground-floor lanai, and air-conditioning. This condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The open-concept living room features Hawaiian-theme furniture with tropical decorations, a large flat-screen TV, and a window A/C unit.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.
· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the F Bldg is slated for 9/21-9/30/2026. Updated schedule for the F building as of 8/28/26: 9/16-9/25 demo/prep, coating application 9/28-10/2/26.
· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.

You can't beat this location. You walk in open up the curtains and there's the ocean 15 feet away. I can't forget to mention it's a whale breaching circus out there. I will be requesting this condo from now on. Also nice and clean with a washer and dryer.

The view is fantastic. The staff are great. Unfortunately there were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets and the dishwasher didn't wash; it just baked on the grime. The repairmen were unable to fix the dishwasher and new dishwasher was not installed. It was disappointing that we had to wash our dishes by hand throughout our stay.

Where do I start?!? Everything about this unit was fantastic! Check in=super easy. Cleanliness was top notch! Every little detail has been well thought out, from the view, the linens, beach/sand accessories, decor….oh did I mention the view?? The entire resort also is well maintained, nice pools, jacuzzis, this place has all the things! Can't wait to come back!

We were welcomed to F 105 at Papakea with a lovely basket of goodies. The condo was simply lovely! We were contacted by My Perfect Stay before we arrived and when we arrived. The employees wanted to be sure we were prepared for the trip and after we arrived they wanted to support us if needed. I will definitely stay at this beautiful condo again!! Papakea is a great location and has beautiful grounds!

It was a great stay in F105. The condo was comfortable for my little family. There was beach towels, cooler, chairs and even an umbrella for the sun. There was san toys for my little one too! There were enough kitchen tools and paper products for my entire stay. The only suggestion if I may is, having king size bed in the unit. Everything else was spot on! We will have lasting memories watching the sunset from F105. Thank you Thank you we would Love to come back to Maui and stay here again.

Beautiful beach sunset location. My husband and I very much enjoyed the sound of the waves and the nightly sunset from our floor balcony. The back bedroom was not air-conditioned and the ceiling fan did not work. There were two small fans on the dresser and a standup fan that help circulate air. There was no view or windows to speaker of in that room. We believed this condo had central air but it had a window unit type in the living room which was great for the living room and kitchen area. The furniture in the living room was not as clean as we’d hoped but was comfortable. The kitchen was supplied well with all the necessities. Our overall stay was great. We would choose this condo unit again as it was very comfortable and the location to the pools and the beach were perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had such a great time in this condo and resort. The resort has a lot of amenities and the condo itself is up to date and well kept. This ocean front view with a cup of coffee in the morning was an amazing way to start my day.
My family’s only complaint is that the sofa/bed needs to be replaced. They said it was a little hard to lay on. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely come back again.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The view from this condo is amazing and you will not be disappointed! The view looks great in pictures but when you walk through the front door and look out the large sliding door windows the ocean view becomes real. Clean condo and well equipped. Booking through My Perfect Stays was easy and straight forward. We will be back.

The picture does not did it justice. Perfect sunsets and fun reef waves. Well appointed with art and every kitchen item needed. Located walking distance to the grocery and fish market. The long beach trail pasted the resort hotels was a brief five minute walk to the trailhead. Enjoyed our stay.

The unit was clean and amply supplied with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here two weeks and enjoyed every moment. We read in lawn chairs right outside the door and enjoyed the crashing waves and view. In the evening, we played backgammon and watched the beautiful sunset. It was so relaxing and we didn't need to go anywhere, The only thing that I would say that is a negative is that there is a lot of pedestrian traffic that walk past your lanai on the grass and when your window coverings or door is open, they cannot help but look in. Human nature right? We just had to remember to be clothed. : ) All in all, we were blessed to stay here and enjoyed it immensely.
