Enjoy the acclaimed Waikoloa Beach Resort from Vista E-103, a renovated and quiet 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo close to beaches, restaurants and shops. This spacious ground floor condo is one of the largest floor plans in the complex with over 1,400 square feet of indoor space and an additional 340 square feet of outdoor lanai space to enjoy evening meals while you watch a spectacular sunset. Brand new lanai furniture can seat up to 6 for dinner and the comfy chase lounges offer a nice outdoor space to read or snooze. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, HDTV and free WIFI make Vista E103 a perfect tropical get-away or longer-term rental!

The condo is fully furnished with all the essentials that you will need including a spacious and upgraded kitchen, dining and living area and 2 bedrooms each with their own private full bathroom. The two bedrooms comfortably sleep 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, plus we have a portable futon bed that can sleep one more person in either bedroom or make use of the large living room with another half bath attached. There are large wooden doors that can close off the entire two sides of windows making the living room a very restful additional bedroom.

A 5-minute walk to one of the nicest beaches on the Big Island, Anaehoomalu Bay, with pristine sand, snorkeling and other water activities where you will frequently see sea turtles and catch glimpses of whales in the distance. Also within walking distance of the Kings Shops, and a bit further, the Queen's MarketPlace where you'll find restaurants, galleries, groceries, shops, and entertainment.

There are gas grills and a covered pavilion available for your use. A business office and private parking space just outside your unit add to the convenience. These are the best built and most spacious condos in the Waikoloa Beach Resort making them very quiet and private. You'll never hear your upstairs neighbors from inside due to the solid construction!

For golf enthusiasts, you'll find the Waikoloa Beach Resort's Beach Course right next door and the Waikoloa Kings Course just a short walk from there. You can also walk to the Marriott and Hilton hotels for more activities, dining and entertainment.

This gated community is safe and quiet, and the sidewalks in the area have gentle lighting to make after-dinner strolls easy to navigate at night. The complex has a beautiful workout room and child-safe heated salt-water pool that is also great for swimming laps or relaxing in one of two hot tub/whirlpools.

Enjoy this pristine location and never leave the area, or use it as a well-located home base to explore the rest of the island. Drive south 20 minutes to the Kona airport and historic town of Kailua-Kona, or north toward more sandy beaches and then the ranching community of Waimea where you'll find horseback riding and others activities of the paniolo culture. Keep going east and you'll eventually get to the wetter side of the island near Hilo with tropical gardens and spectacular waterfalls.

**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.

***The Vista Waikoloa will begin exterior painting of all buildings starting June 17, 2024. It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Here is the current painting schedule:

Our 5 sons (15-25) stayed here while we were at the Hilton Waikoloa for a Young Living event. It was so conveniently close to us and everything they needed, and just a fabulous home away from home for them! They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and just loved their accommodations. Thank you SO much for such a positive experience through & through for all of us!

First time in this unit and it was spacious, clean and well upgraded. We really enjoyed the location in the complex, ground floor was easy access and made for walking to the beach and to the shops easy by cutting through the golf course (I do wish Vista Waikoloa had better walking paths without feeling like you are cutting through something). Unit was very clean and airy and felt very comfortable. AC was nice to have as were the fans. Note: The master fan does not have a wall switch so if you are older and can't stand on a bed you would have a hard time adjusting it. The two lanais were great, meals on the one off the living room at the big table, and some nice loungers off the master. Hose out there to wash off the sand also. Unit could have been better outfitted for kids and beach, there was a nice cooler but an umbrella and some boogies boards are typically standard fare that we would have expected. Vista Waikoloa pool is nice but didn't use it that much as we enjoyed the short walk to A Bay beach. Probably one of the better complexes for walkability to beach and shops which we do a lot. Found the management company not as easy to work with as our typical route of direct to an owner, took some time to work through a few things but in the end all was corrected. Would definitely recommend this one.

We were so comfortable here. We really enjoyed eating on the outdoor patio. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and watching a movie at night. Truly walkable to A-bay beach. We didn't use it but the pool was beautiful. Thank you!

This is a gorgeous and well appointed condo in a prime location. Walkable to beaches, restaurants, and sights. Waking up to the sunrise coming through the large windows of the living room was a treat. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Loved the property and the huge condo. Very close to the beach and easy to walk to all the shops around the area. Place had all kitchen and cooking items to make meals in the condo. Had beach chairs that worked great. Only thing that we wish was at provided by the condo was a beach umbrella.

Really enjoyed our stay here. A well maintained and recently updated 2-bed property in Vista Waikoloa, within walking distance of local shops restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook a few meals and the TV/Internet was well setup. Would recommend for any families looking to stay in the area.

Great unit with good kitchen supplies, nice garden view. Quiet and beautiful. Only issue was the oven didn’t work and we didn’t find out until Thanksgiving morning.
