The property is amazing! It is well decorated with comfy beds, furniture, well appointed kitchen and plenty of towels and supplies. The primary suite/bathroom is huge. You can hear people outside the windows but normally it was pretty quiet. The second room lacks privacy because of the sliding shutter doors but it worked well for our family. You can hear noise from people in the hallway outside. We discovered by accident that the sofa does turn into a bed.
There is a cooler, a couple beach chairs, pool noodles/floaties, snorkel gear, sand toys and board games.
The property has beach chairs to use for free and umbrellas to rent. The beach and pool are just steps from the sliding doors through the grass and gardens. The waves can bash you about a bit at the shore but it’s calm just a bit further out. The pool can get busy but at other times we were the only ones there. The BBQ area is nice. We used the Grill Master to cook us steaks and veggies and he charged us $40 as a “tip- service fee” when I thought it was a free service. It was delicious though.
It’s an easy 5-10 minute to walk to Whalers Village for shopping and food. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Black Rock for snorkeling. Although we thought the best snorkeling is at Airport Beach just a 5 minute drive up the coast. Walk in, put your face in the water and see a variety of fish!
We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place in Maui. It's a beautiful place and so centrally located to many fun things to do. Beds were extremely comfortable and thermostats in each bedroom as well as the common space was a plus. The view was nice and the 30 second walk to the beach was also a plus. We would definitely stat again.

My sister and I were amazed at the size of the unit and the different levels. It was unexpected opulence! On the ground floor, we were able to enjoy a garden view and had easy access to the building exit and parking. We had assistance booking activities and food/drinks were available on the beach walk to other complexes and Whalers Village. A great place to stay and I definitely recommend it.

Great stay but I gave it a low over all because the late check in and early check out. Rooms are not cheap so would like to be able to check in earlier due to paying for first night.
Set up great, ground floor was great, location along beach great just wish we could have enjoyed more two of the seven days in condo….check in and checkout days.

Another great stay at the Alii. We have stayed at this property for years and it was fabulous as always. I would say that the second bedroom does not give any privacy. Our friends always used the master toilet for "big jobs" because you could hear everything. I think if it would have been family it wouldn't have been bad.
The place was clean and well-maintained. Pick up some toilet paper if your stay is more than a week as we did not have enough.
I would definitely stay here again, walking right out our slider to the lawn was amazing!

This was the kids first trip to Hawaii. Condo was very comfortable for family of 4. Proximity to everything was in walking distance. The views of the interior courtyard are stunning. This place will not disappoint!

This condo had exceptional furnishings and conveniences!! The courtyard itself was truly beautiful and relaxing on the patio added much to our visit. The ocean was only a short walk away and that made it all perfect! We look forward to a return visit!

We have enjoyed staying at the Alii multiple times, but this unit has been the best by far. The ground floor access to the patio that opens up to a nice grass area with the pool and beach just steps away was a highlight of this unit. The Alii is a special place with an amazing beach, close to shopping, golf, tennis, and gym. Something for everybody in paradise.

The location was excellent - you are 10 minutes from Lahaina, steps to the beach, and walking distance to Whaler’s Village. The condo is on the first floor which we loved for our 1 year old. The condo was clean, updated and very comfortable. We would stay at this condo again and again!

Location is truly my favourite, pool is very quiet, no music allowed, a lot of older people with families and grandkids. Super family oriented. Property is very relaxed, gym is brand new and awesome. Bar b Area is great and the grill master is a cool extra. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the condo itself, towels bedding linen was very good! It was the general cleanliness, it’s the lights the stove walls baseboards showers, the dishes were dirty with dried food. The place is in dire need of a deep clean. Ground floor is the only way to go, condo had all the dishes and amenities that we needed. A few boogie boards umbrellas and a cooler to use at the beach amd for outings.
For the cost of the condo cleanliness was a major disappointment.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kaanapali Alii 211. Beautiful ground floor, 2 bedroom, beach front place. Excellent staff and pool area and a 5 minute walk to black rock for exceptional snorkeling. Used the bbq’s almost every night and they had a chef there to help out if your not used to cooking. Magical sunset on the beach every night and epic whale watching too. Could not have asked for a better vacation. Thanks for the memories!

Everything was more than we expected, from the location, the cleanliness, furnishings.
We had 1 problem as the shade in the living room was stuck in the down position, I called Vicky at property management and within 10 minutes someone was here to repair it. A+

Nice property, on the first floor close to the building entrance and short walk from parking garage. Good starter supplies for the unit. Nice master bathroom with a great shower. Unit had washer/dryer. Close to the pool and beach. At check-in front desk needed to see our Covid vaccination cards (or negative Covid test), they didn't tell us to use the parking sticker provided but I figured it out on the last day. You get a towel card to trade in for a pool towel each day also a pool chair cover is supplied if needed, get card back each day when you return the towel. Water hydration station at the pool, gas barbeque grills available for use. Nice resort, nice unit, couch and chair need to be updated in the unit. Front desk gave us wrong wifi password and could not help us when it didn't work but we figured it out in that the unit had one listed on the router (which was the correct password). There are 2 steps down after you enter the unit to get to the main floor (fyi) - was not an issue for us. We would stay here again.
