Effective November 27th, 2024, through December 23rd, 2024, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

The condo stays cool with porcelain tile throughout, new split A/C in every room, dimmable LED light fixtures, and ceiling fans. The main living area offers a dining area for four, counter seating, a sleeper sofa for additional guests and large flat screen TV equipped with cable. Dine inside or on your private lanai, equipped with dining table, chairs and chaise lounge. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi.
In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed and large mirrored closets. The bathroom is beautifully remodeled with a walk-in shower, detailed with river stones and baby turtles. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. Papakea is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickle ball equipment. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
