Had a great time at the condo - it has been updated since the pictures, with new flooring throughout. Previous reviews referred to the unit as dated, I don't think that's the case anymore. The unit was very well stocked for our visit including a well appointed kitchen. We were easily able to cook a Christmas dinner! Worked really well for our family of 4 adults and two kids. We also had a good experience with the property managers, internet cut out one day, and someone was over at the unit to fix it within a couple hours. Would definitely stay there again! Two flags, the unit has a fair amount of stairs to the unit and within in, if mobility is an issue. It is also close to the road - the noise didn't bother us at all as the road isn't super busy, but those who are sensitive to road noise might find it bothersome.

We had stayed here 11 years ago and noticed a few changes. The sofa bed had a brand new mattress and new cushions or perhaps was completely new this time so more comfortable for sleeping on. The safe was not working and they had to take it away for repairs so we didn't have that which was very appreciated last time. Any other needs were taken care of within a couple of days so all in all still our favourite place to stay. Easy walk to the beach for most people (even my mom who is 91).

A very roomy, well laid out townhouse with all the amenities. Clean but a bit dated and the carpet throughout is due for replacement. Beautiful hardwood stairs up and down from entrance area. Large lanai with barbecue and ocean view in the distance. Exceptionally well groomed property of the Palms at Wailea and ideal property for multiple family condo accommodations with easy walking distance to neighboring spacious lanais for family gatherings. Beautiful location with near access to ocean beaches, Pollo Beach our favourite.

Great property for the price. Interior is a bit dated and it definitely shows age but it’s a great price, location and is very well stocked. Only real issue was that the knives were very very dull and definitely need to be sharpened or replaced. Chopping/food prep a bit challenging.

This property was even better than the pictures! Very clean and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The location is in great proximity to the beach, Wailea and Kihei. Bryce with Bello was very communicative and helpful with all our questions.

Two large patios held evening dinners, morning breakfasts and opportunities for casual conversation. Everything is supplied in the kitchen including 3 brands of Food Blenders This was a vacation with grand children to create lifelong memories Upon arriving it was determined that we had no propane in the BBQ,one phone phone call to the Management Company and problem solved within an hour

Ou party of six adults and one child enjoyed a very comfortable and memorable stay in this well located, spacious, and homey townhouse in Wailea. The home is well stocked with everything a family might need including beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys, extensive kitchen gadgets and appliances for cooking, and even games and puzzles. The pool area is very nice, there is a beach in walking distance but we enjoyed spending time at Wailea and Big Beach. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the laundry facilities, shampoo and body wash in each bathroom. It felt like a resort home away from home! I would definitely recommend to others and would enjoy staying there again. Thank you to Bella Realty and the owners!

This property is unusual because it is three bedrooms and three baths and larger than most. This is one of the older units on the property but has been well maintained and very clean, with updating in kitchen and bathrooms. The unit is well supplied with many essentials for kitchen, laundry and bathroom, so I would suggest you visit unit before going to the grocery store.
The owners have also supplied 8 beach chairs and beach cooler. You will need to rent a beach umbrella. This is someone's personal vacation home and the decorating does reflect years of collecting beach style items. In one of the closets in a bathroom there is an entire library of books available, board games and puzzles are available too.
The only negative was the AC does not cool well and remove humidity from the house. The pool is quit a walk from the unit and is up a very steep hill that only uses rocks as stepping stones. Be aware that this unit has steps you go down and then back up to get inside the unit. Also many steps inside because it is on three levels. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The place is nice, lots of room, great deck, nice master bedroom, kitchen works well. Good bbqThe drawbacks are the twin beds need to be replaced and the carpet I needs to be replaced as well. Also my main complaint is that checkin isn’t until 4pm and cleaning service didn’t arrive until 3:45pm and wasn’t done until 5:30pm. My family was dying to get into the condo as we were at the beach all day. Never got any response from Bello Reality , disappointing.

Wonderful place ! In beautiful Wailae. It's an older unit but has more charm and I would prefer this unit. Each room had it's own balcony, was spacious, fully stacked with coolers and beach chairs and spacious. Could see the ocean from the main balcony.

This three bedroom condo was our favorite on Maui. It’s a split level condo with two bedrooms on the level you walk in on, then an upper level with a large kitchen, dining and living area. The master suite is on the lower level (below the kitchen, dining and living area). The condo has central a/c, a fully equipped kitchen, and an office area in the living room. The condo had plenty of space for the five adults in our group. Additionally, just a short walk down the hill from the property is a beach access where you’ll find a lengthy beach with buttery soft sand and snorkeling. Wailea was definitely our favorite area on Maui!

So easy to check in, great location close to the beach, restaurants etc. and lots of parking. We used the fully-stocked kitchen to cook almost everyday and took the provided beach chairs/towels to the beach. Loved that there is in unit laundry too. Beds were comfy, we slept 6 easily. Wifi and TV worked great. The only cons were this was the strictest community pool I have ever experienced (if you want to spend a lot of time at the pool... maybe look elsewhere) and it would have been great it they provided a hair dryer. But we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

This is a great condo that is very spacious and nice! We loved the nearby beach and being able to either drive or walk they’d. We found the beach chairs after a couple days stashed behind the right side of the deck. We used the kitchen and plates, appliances etc often and loved having all the conveniences of a real home. It’s nearby fancy resorts like Wailea andaz and grand Wailea and we loved walking on the beach walk trail each day past these. Hopefully will return again! Thank you!!! Really appreciated the little details like shampoo in all 3 bathrooms, a nice laundry facility with soap, beach towels and chairs provided and plenty of parking. Beds were all comfy and the pullout couch was ok for teens but some extra floor mats were there too if you didn’t want to use couch.

We’ve had the best time at this vacation renta. There was plenty of room for 7 adults. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 5-7 minute walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and little beach tent to escape the sun when needed. Beautiful lanais, and we could even enjoy the sunset while staying put. We are so grateful to have found this place! We’d love to come back!

Our family enjoyed our stay, and found the condo very well equipped and spacious. However, the busy street noise was a bit much. You can’t get a better situation than this for a family, though, with room for entertaining. The large sliding glass doors were awkward, and the internet stopped working after five days! The property manager got someone out right away, but the issue was not resolved, so our family had to limp along without it.

This unit was perfect for 4 adults and one child. The unit is spacious and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the lanai-beautiful. It’s worth noting this is an old unit at the Palms and it showed its age. In spite of its worn appearance, it’s spaciousness plus all the conveniences and comfort it offered made for an outstanding stay.

We DID enjoy our stay, but the property needs maintenance. The downstairs shower works poorly and leaks more water than it sprays. The shower doors don't contain the water very well. The toilet lid is cracked. The door knob to the lanai downstairs is sticky and doesn't unlock consistently, my husband actually got locked out! The sliding door next to the dining area doesn't unlock correctly and the screen door doesn't roll. The carpet need cleaning. Electrical in the smaller bedroom is bad... when we turn the fan on or off the light near the bed (which is turned off) flashes everytime. All the other electrical outlets is overloaded and spark when plugged or unplugged, like a cell phone charger Again, we did enjoy our stay, the size of the property and the location worked well for our 3 generations family vacation.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location - short walk to Keawakapu Beach and short drive to Shops at Wailea and many restaurants and shopping options. Had bathroom issue that was resolved quickly and courteously. Loved having beach chairs at our disposal. Very comfortable master king. Just love, love, loved our stay!

We had a great time here. Very clean and spacious. It also has all the little extras to make the vacation easier like shampoo and conditioner beach supplies and kitchen supplies. FYI no hairdryer which is no big deal but literally the only thing they did not have. I would rent from this owner again.
