This highly desirable 9th floor location offers expansive view stretching from the West Maui Mountains, across the resort courtyard and out to Kaanapali Beach. This deluxe unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Brand new beds throughout: King bed in master bedroom, 2 Queens in the second bedroom, and a Queen pull out sofa bed. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. Brand new washer and dryer in unit as well.

In addition, each condo is equipped with a complimentary "Starter Kit" of supplies: Paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, new kitchen sponge with scrubber; several rolls of toilet tissue, kleenex, hotel-size bar soap, shampoo, and lotion. **Please note that the starter kit items are not replenished. We do not provide daily maid service, however it can be added as an additional cost.

**Tower Two is currently undergoing a spalling project thru April 26th. This does not affect this unit #923 in Tower One. However, there will be scaffolding in various locations on Tower Two.

Check-in time is 4:00pm; Check-out 10:00am

***Our minimum stay is 5 nights and 10 nights during the Christmas/New Years holiday. However, we may approve shorter stays if they back up to an existing reservation. We will do our best do accommodate you. We have many comparable condos should this one not be available listed here on VRBO.

Daily Resort Fee: $33/day plus tax; and on April 1, 2025 it will increase to $35/day. This covers parking and all resort amenities and is payable upon arrival at the front desk.

Just stayed at this unit and we could not ask for anything more! Everything was there. Enjoyed the fact that we got views from either sides, ocean and mountains! We loved that there was the washer and dryer and full kitchen! We would definitely rent this unit again and recommend this to all. Also loved that there was free service to print our departure boarding pass at the lobby and our baggage were held at the front desk until our shuttle pick up. Amy at the front desk was very helpful and very accommodating. All in all, this is home away from home!!! Loved it!

The property exceeded our expectations. it was clean, nicely furnished, modern, and had everything we needed to be comfortable.The location and beach was spectacular. great snorkeling at Black Rock beach just a short 5min walk. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again when visiting Maui.

Can’t speak highly enough of how well maintained this condo is. The wrap around patio for both mountain and ocean views never got old during our 5 day visit. Being right next to the village was incredibly convenient for meals, shopping, and small groceries when needed. The beach right in front of the hotel is probably the nicest in the area, and the process for getting towel, chairs, umbrellas was very easy. Property management was very kind and responsive to any questions I had during my stay. Cannot wait to come back and rent this condo again!

This property is an end unit on the 9th floor. It is newly remodeled, bright and sunny and all rooms have access to the lanai. It has beautiful views of the ocean and of the mountains on the east side! The unit has everything you need for the kitchen. We loved the property and definitely will be back with extended family!

We loved this place. We had our two granddaughters along with my wife and myself. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We also liked the full kitchen and washer and dryer. The location was fabulous. It was very convenient to everything. If we ever bring family members again, we would like to book this unit.

The Condo was great. It is a spacious unit with amazing views of the ocean and mountains from the large wrap around deck. Everything worked and there was nothing broken in the unit. The checkin process at the facility left a little to be desired. Highlighted by the fact that they would not let us in the room until 3pm, despite being at the desk at 2:55. a minor annoyance for the fantastic space. If someone can let me know why the elevators operate at half speed in the morning and full speed throughout the day, that would be great too.

Though a few of the furnishings are showing some rough use (scratched end tables, torn hem on drapes), the unit is well appointed and comfortable. The living room is huge with a large sectional sofa and big screen tv. The beds are all comfortable. The A/C works perfectly with individual controls in each bedroom and living. The kitchen has all the cookware you need and even a few herbs and spices and some condiments in the fridge. There was no laundry soap, however. The wrap-around lanai permits 270 degree views of the mountains and ocean, though there's only one small table for 4 so we dined on the lanai of the other unit we rented 1 floor below (823) where the rest of our family was staying. The complex is well maintained, and our granddaughters enjoyed feeding the koi fish at 8:30 every morning. The pool is small and 5-6 feet deep throughout except on the steps, so not ideal for small children. The check-in process was frustrating; first they said we couldn't check in until 3:00, then they said we would do pre-check-in and just pick up the keys at 3:00. The bellman took our carton of perishable groceries up to the fridge in the unit. When we came back at 3:00, they said we had to wait until 4:00 because of our "management company's policy". I made a fuss and they handed over the keys at 3:00. Obviously the unit was ready, so I don't know what game they were playing regarding check-in times. All customers were told 3:00 as they approached the desk, and it is not physically possible for all units to be simultaneously completed at the stroke of 3:00. It just seems they want to discourage the notion of early check-ins which is annoying; given the high daily rate we paid it wouldn't have cost them anything at all to let us in an hour or two early.
