This villa is located on the second floor of the Aloha Tower. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and full-size appliances. The bedroom opens to the living room and offers a comfortable King size bed and a TV equipped with cable. There is a King size sleeper sofa in the living room area, perfect for the additional guests. The living room features a TV and dining area for four. Enjoy complimentary Wifi throughout. The bathroom is updated and features a walk-in shower. Enjoy a spacious lanai, with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dinners. Stay cool after a day in the sun with central A/C!
Villa A210 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and starter supplies, such as all-natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion.
Maui Kaanapali Villas is located just North of Black Rock Beach. Directly in front of the resort are three miles of perfect golden sand beach. This resort is arguably located on Maui's best stretch of beach! The normally tranquil ocean at this location creates conditions great for snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and more! The resort features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, a beach activities center (paddle board, boogie board, snorkel rentals and more!), Castaways Cafe, convenience store, Third Heaven Spa & Massage, fitness center, and more. This resort connects to the Ka'anapali Boardwalk and there is also access to the Ka'anapali Shuttle. It is just a few minutes' drive to Lahaina and many other of Maui's best beaches and attractions.
**Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas will charge an $25 a day fee upon check in for use of facility, which includes high speed internet and Wi-Fi access, parking of one vehicle - second vehicle is additional $10 per night, coffee in lobby - daily from 6 am to 9 am, pool and beach towels, Kaanapali Trolley to Whalers Village Shopping Center, state of the art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, Yoga classes three days per week (oceanside and garden settings), access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures, and Mai Tai Wednesday (currently on hold due to Covid-19 restrictions).**

Our stay at the Maui Ka'anapali Villas was more than what we expected! The residence (Villa A210) was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We would love to stay there in the future. I highly recommend My Perfect Stays and Maui Ka'anapali Villas. Perfect Stays and the owner of the condo were very accomodating when we had questions as well as recommendations for restaurants, places to see and activities. The MKV was in a perfect location on the beach and had awesome amenities! I cannot say enough about this resort. I am sad to be back home.

We loved the location because it was super close to the beach, not crowded, and in walking distance to Whalers Village. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the use of beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler. The Castaway restaurant located on the property was convenient when we didn’t feel like cooking or driving. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

This property had it all, anything you could need during your stay. The large patio and extra bathroom was an added bonus. The did a perfect use of space set up. And kids enjoyed sofa sleeper with foam mattress. Way better them most we have stayed in. We go every summer to MKV condos and this specific condo I would rent every time if possible!!

Only drawbacks are wifi is a little weak, coffee maker isn’t great and a bit of highway noise in the lanai (isn’t enough noise to be a real issue). Otherwise, the kitchen is well appointed, bedding is comfortable, pool setting is nice and very close to beautiful sandy beach.
