Halii Kai 11F offers a great combination of space and view. This three bedroom townhouse style villa overlooks the fairway and signature hole of the Waikoloa Beach golf course and has an amazing ocean view. Enjoy watching the surf come in and crash into the lava rocks just off the green.
The main living area has a two sofas facing an armoire with a LCD television with a DVD player. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area which has a large table and seats 6. The large kitchen has a wrap around granite counter with a bar and stainless steel appliances. It will well equipped for all of your cooking needs. Just off the dining area is the lanai, which has a table and chairs for four and a small BBQ grill. Enjoy an amazing view from here!
Also located on the main level is a guest bedroom with a king size bed. There is a bathroom located just off the bedroom with a vanity and a tub/shower combo.
As you travel upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside table facing an armoire with a television. There is also a lanai with two lounging chairs overlooking the ocean view. The master bath has dual vanities with a deep soaking tub and a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables. There is a bathroom located just off the bedroom that has a vanity and a walk in shower.
Other amenities include a laundry room with a washer/dryer, wifi, and air conditioning.

This condo is lovely in every way. It is very clean, has a grand view from two lovely decks, has a wonderful layout with lots of space, and is very close to the gorgeous pool. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This location is gorgeous! The area and the condo are beautiful. The pool and restaurant to which you have access are phenomenal. There is a small mall area and higher end grocery store nearby; very short drive or fairly long walk. This condo has beautiful finishes and all the supplies anyone would need. Two nit picky things that do not seem to match the quality of everything else in the condo are the older and fairly uncomfortable sectional sofa and the sinks. Might make sense to update.

We love the Halii Kai. The grounds are amazing, as well as close to Golf, Shopping, Great Food, Hiking trails, beach, etc. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

This was our 2nd time staying at Hali'i Kai and our first in 11F. Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable - not too hard or too soft. AC was adjustable within the 72-75 degree range, which was perfect since our vacation was bookmarked by 2 tropical storms. Had to speak with Rob twice with one very minor FYI and a question about where to print an email (UPS store at the Hilton) and he was great. When I booked the unit the description said no TVs in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. My teenagers were very excited to find they had put a TV in each room since my inquiry. I would definitely recommend this unit and would book again through Waikoloa Vacation Rentals.
