Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $85.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $25.00.
Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas E23 is located on the second floor of the E Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This property is close to everything. The accommodations were great except for a very creaky double bed. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pass to the Hilton was an added plus and so were the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels. Thank you for allowing us to visit your slice of heaven. Mahalo🌺

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Perfect size for a family of 4 for everyone to have their own space. Super clean and had all the basic supplies we needed for the week. Easy process for check in and out. Great location with walkable access to stores and restaurants as well as easy to get to other places on the island for day trips. Appreciated access to beach supplies as well. Enjoyed a day visit over to the Hilton with passes but preferred the quiet of this neighborhood and pools. Glad we picked this location!

We had an outstanding time. There is absolultly everything here. We were on our kids 9th birthday trio and could not ask for more. The lication is perfect as everything is walking distence and great beaches are just minutes drive away. Wevwill be back!

Five stars across the board. We have a small family of 3 and the condo was perfect for us. The king sized bed was super comfy (even nicer than my bed at home). And the two full beds worked well for my son and (ahem) me (since my son can't sleep by himself). This is a great set up for a family with two kids. Or a small family like mine plus and extra person, or a bunch of a friends. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I believe we were lucky enough to be the first guests so everything was new or newish. We stuck with the patio-ware (plastic) since all our meals were out on the lanai. As the condo gets rented out more, perhaps there were will more pantry items like err, spices, sugar, even coffee? But really, everything was great. I guess you don't want too much used food. Can't beat the location in Waikoloa, walking distance to the Petroglyphs, beach, Kings and Queens Marketplace, and the Hilton. This unit did come with the Hilton pass but too be honest, we much preferred the small condo pool vs. the monster pool and tons of people at the Hilton. It was a bit overwhelming for us. But if you enjoy those big amenities, then it's icing on the cake. But it's big -- like Vegas big. And during the pandemic, I much rather stay small, intimate. My son swam in the small condo pool 1-2 times a day. The lanai is nice with views of the palm trees and Petroglyph walking trail. But it can be better, since there was a bit of a "parking lot" view (very minimal though). Upstairs neighbors were sometimes loud, but you can't choose your neighbors. All in all, I really enjoyed E23 and would stay again in a pinch! We mostly communicated with Anne Marie Moynahan. She was extremely responsive to our needs and was friendly. I really enjoyed working with her.
