We were able to book last minute, which was saving grace for us, and our trip. The location was wonderful being able to look out the lanai and see the ocean was a welcomed perk. Clean room perfect for two adults with a young child. I would stay here again.

Very good stay, we enjoyed. We feel the host communication can be better and amenities like kitchen stuff and hand soaps and replacement of towels at least once in 2 days could’ve been better.

Loved the studio unit 318. It was clean, loved the view, bed was very comfortable and it had a washer and dryer! The pool was great and is walkable to so many bars and restaurants! Just a few blocks from Maui Brewing and McDonalds for easy kid food options. And the beach access is right off the pool! We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our trip this year. The condo itself was updated, well maintained and clean. You could walk to the beach. We really appreciated having the beach chairs and the cooler as we used them for beach trips and the road to Hana. They also provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer which are all things that are hit and miss when renting off of VRBO. We also appreciated the snacks the first day. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location! Perfect for our family of four. We did have a mishap with the comforter being dirty when we arrived and when we contacted the manager, they wanted to send over an inspector. We didn’t want to put our itinerary on hold, so just used another blanket that was in the room instead.

Nice property just north of Ka'anapali. Gas station with well stocked market, ABC store and McDonalds within walking distance (500 yards). Property was perfect for our needs. Enjoyed sunsets and watching whales from our balcony.

The condo is conveniently located and has a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. Everything that you need for a comfortable stay is available. The personnel at the property were super friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful. It is an older property that seems to cater to older clientele and families. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and missed a dishwasher. Overall, it is a safe and pleasant choice for a couple.

Perfect stay for the two of us. We were able to see the island. Place and People were all fabulous. Honestly, it was the best snorkeling we found. Three huge turtles, eels, good size fish. Convenient to go into Lahaina but need to drive it. Highly recommend Duckine for dinner too.

We had a great vacation in Maui celebrating our anniversary. Our stay at the Royal Kahana was perfect. The room was clean and decorated lovely. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a washer and dryer to do laundry in, and a beautiful view off of the balcony where we would eat. Something we were excited about was that the room had a cooler and ice pack in the freezer. This was so useful the days we did the road to Hana and Haleakala. Nice Beach right by the pool. Location was convenient to other beautiful beaches and snorkeling areas as well as near grocery stores and all the fun shopping in Lahaina.

We stayed a week at the Royal Kahana 318 from August 20-27th. The property is very well maintained and has access to a small beach which was super convenient. The condo was clean and spacious enough for my wife and I. The bed was super comfortable! It had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Check-in process was easy and conveniently located. The condo had everything we needed and more for our stay. Kim Marie Lopez was quick and efficient to answer any questions or concerns we had. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again no questions asked and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Maui.

I had a great time in this rental, I stayed alone and found that it had everything I needed for a great vacation. The condo is within walking distance of several great restaurants and beaches and Its just a short drive to hikes, golfing, ziplines, and fine dining. The only issue during the stay was that the A/C wasn't working right in the building for the first few days so the room was warmer than I prefer but they fixed it quickly and the indoor temps were never intolerable.

The condo was clean and generally found it to be as shown/described in the info. that ultimately led us to book the property for a 4-night stay. It does seem like one of the 2 locks on the front door wasn't operational... just spun around when you tried to turn it to add what I believe was a deadbolt to the locking of the door.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Maui. Majority of our time was exploring the island, so it was a perfect/quiet place to get some rest before the next day adventures. Also, the bed was very comfortable. I would consider staying here again in the future. Only bad part about staying in a VRBO is the check in and out times especially when you have a 10pm flight back home.

The location was great and close to hikes on the north end of the island. The studio was perfect for me and my friend. We cooked dinner a few nights in the kitchen, which was equipped with most of the essentials. We didn’t have a cutting board, but we made do. Bed and pillows were comfy. Overall, a great stay!

Had a great weeks stay here and would definitely come back. It was just the two of us and we were out and about so much didn’t cook much, but it was great having the full kitchen. The room was exactly as pictured (loved the blues!), super clean and nice view of the ocean.

This condo was absolutely fabulous! It is a hidden gem. You can walk to excellent restaurants like Miso Phat, China Boat, and Maui Brewing. It is away from the main tourist trap of Lahaina and Kapalua, but still only a quick 10 minute drive away. The condo itself exceeded expectations. The amenities were great. The personal touches were much appreciated. The bed was super comfortable. The ocean view was amazing. No issues at all with 318. We can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kahana at this property. It was a nice quiet break after staying in Waikiki for a week. The beach was blocked in front of the property, which we knew ahead of time, but we walked just a little ways down the shore to a perfect little spot on the sand. The pool area was spacious and kept clean. I great place to stay on Maui!
