This Premium 1-Bedroom, 2-Bath ocean view condo located in Tower 1 on the 4th floor, is beautifully remodeled throughout. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen that is fully appointed with elegant granite counters and top rated appliances. A comfortable and spacious living room with a comfy sofa that converts to a Queen sleeper; plus a beautiful dining area for a family of four. The Master bedroom has a luxurious King bed with ensuite Master bathroom, which is equipped with a washer and dryer. The second remodeled bathroom is located off of the kitchen area. Imagine sitting on your spacious lanai overlooking the manicured resort grounds and incredible ocean views. You will be within walking distance to shopping and restaurants at Whaler's Village located right next to the resort. Plus, only steps away from great snorkeling, surfing, swimming and even the world famous Black Rock. This unit has become a favorite with our guests that return to the Whaler year after year. All condos at The Whaler feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, wi-fi and a large lanai (balcony).

NOTICE: Tower Two is currently undergoing a spalling project thru April 24th. This does not affect this unit #411 in Tower One. However, there will be scaffolding in various locations on Tower Two.

In addition, this home includes a complimentary "Starter Kit" of supplies, upon arrival: Paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, new kitchen sponge with scrubber; several rolls of toilet tissue, kleenex, hotel-size bar soap, shampoo, and lotion. **Please note that the starter kit items are not replenished. We do not provide daily maid service, however it can be added for an additional cost.

Check-in time is 4:00pm; Check-out 10:00am

***Our minimum stay is 5 nights and 10 nights during the Christmas/New Years holiday. However, we may approve shorter stays if they back up to an existing reservation. We will do our best do accommodate you.

Daily Resort Fee: $33/day plus tax; and on April 1, 2025 it will increase to $35/day. This covers parking and all resort amenities and is payable upon arrival at the front desk.

The one thing this unit has is a good view of the ocean. We were able to see lots of whales and even a submarine. The size of the unit Is advertised as room for 4. It is very tight. I don't believe it is big enough for for adults to adequately have privacy. It might be nice to have an umbrella along with the beach equipment. We enjoyed the unit,it's location ,and the pool. Everyone we dealt with were very professional.

We love this unit and the great location. The beach is great for walking, snorkeling and just relaxing. A short walk to shopping and food. A short drive to Lahaina and north shore beaches. We love staying at The Whaler.

The unit was definitely in line with other premium properties we have used at the Whaler. What was exceptional was the complimentary cleaning mid-stay because we booked for two weeks. We appreciate in-suite laundry, the ability to cook for ourselves, the ability to control AC. There was a nearby renovation going on, but the disruption was minimal. The waves, the sunsets, the location were why we return time after time. It was a great stay!

We had an incredible stay here! The condo is completely updated and just beautiful. The lanai is huge and gives perfect views of the sunrise over the mountains and sunset over Kaanapali beach. It’s in the perfect location, completely walkable to whalers village and black rock. We will DEFINITELY be saving this condo for our returns to Maui in the future. 🤗

I can't say enough positive things about this rental. It was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, spotless and had everything you could possibly need in a home. As previous reviewers have written, the lanai (balcony) is an extra bonus because it gets sunlight pretty much all day so you can relax and sunbathe on your own without having to go to the beach. This is a luxury condo and well worth the price. The resort was fantastic, in a perfect location on the beach, and an easy walk to other resorts, restaurants and shops should you want to do so. I will absolutely be back and staying here next time!
