The condo was perfect for our one week stay in Kauai. We were greeted by rainbows the first day!. The dining area was my favorite spot - views of the mountains and the ocean. The condo was just as pictured on VRBO. It was well stocked with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay away from home.

We had a good overall stay as the unit was as described, with nice touches of 2 sets of snorkeling equipment; a couple mats, chairs, and foam noodles. Also a few sun hats hanging by the door. Host was also responsive. Views are same as pictures, with a nice side yard to the left whilst looking out the back sliding glass door.
Some info missing we would have liked to know is that the unit has slatted glass on the entryway, the bathroom, the bedroom and dining room for ventilation purposes. In addition to this noise as you can imagine, the unit itself isn’t sound proof at all; which in sure isn’t always a problems. But for us,it was as the unit above must be larger than this one bedroom unit and had a family up there that yelled, banged, stomped and honestly sounded like a construction zone nonstop while they were there. Starting before 7am and not ending until after 10 some nights. We complained once (which we have never done before) and they did respond and spoke with the parents who said “their kids got away from them this morning”. It was their whole stay which was the majority of our stay, it’s just the way their family operates and we also understand this isn’t something they could do anything about. The reason to include this info is that depending on your trip type, you may plan on being in the unit more on some trips than others or just want to sleep in and if you get a family like this; there’s not much to be done about that.
For us, I would still stay here again.

We owned a home in Princeville for 20 years and keep coming back to stay in different North Shore spots. This was one of the best and the view is outstanding. The condo was very clean and well-outfitted. We would rent there again, but likely choose a second floor, larger unit further out toward the water for a better view of Hanalei Bay.

We had a great time at this condo. We didn't cook during our stay but if you do you'll have everything you need. There were also beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach towels, cooler, umbrella. The only negative thing was no AC. Granted we were there in August. We were very hot during the day. We couldn't even be inside the condo.

The property is as advertised and more! The ocean views from this end unit were more beautiful than you can imagine. The condo was clean and the owner provided lot's of thoughtful extras. The location was walking distance to beach and great dining!! We will be back again soon to this fantastic oasis

We enjoyed our stay immensely and loved that fact the condo was a ground floor end unit which made it removed from a lot of foot traffic. The views from the lanai were amazing and the unit was well stocked with necessities including snorkeling equipment. The location was convenient for shopping, dining and market. We would definitely book this property again.

This condo's location right on the cliffs of the north shore is amazing. The views go on for miles and it is incredibly beautiful. The condo was comfortable and spacious for a one bedroom. It had most of the items you would need on a beach vacation - chairs, an umbrella, snorkel equipment and more. We did wish there were more beach towels, only one set which was annoying as we had to wash/dry daily. The bed was not the most comfortable, the mattress was very hard. There is no air conditioning which we were worried about. It did get very hot during the day, however, we were gone almost every day we were there and came back at night. It always cooled off at night and was very comfortable. The location of this condo is on the end and it is very private. We met lots of lizards, frogs and Nenes on our lanai while watching sunrises and sunsets. The pool is nice and refreshing and semi-updated. The view makes this place 100% worth it. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We wanted to see whales and we saw many. Huge humpbacks right out front of the condo. We saw them put their large fin up in the air and slap the water. Several breaches everyday. Views were fantastic.

Location and view are fabulous. Property was one of the best equipped and appointed vacation rentals we stayed at - everything you needed in the kitchen, and the hiking poles were a great help for our adventures. A perfect location for our interactions with the sea turtles. We have been going to Hideaway Beach for years to swim with the turtles and this condo's location allowed us easy access to be with them again.

The owners were a pleasure to talk to and the property rental facility was easy to reach. The view was seriously dreamy and the home was very clean. For future stays, it would be important to know that there is not air conditioning (this is common) so late afternoons can be humid. The road to hanalei can be backed up two hours for 2 miles due to a landslide, The trail down to the beach is strenuous but beautiful and rocky. You can cross over the rocks about half a mile away to get to hideaways beach. Queens bath is extremely close. Pizza place is located in the neighborhood. Not a lot of dining options in Princeville! Our stay came with little extra touches like macadamia cookies and Hawaiian coffee! The beach chairs and towels were nice as well. The washer and dryer were a great resource. We ended up sleeping in the pull out couch because it was incredible to wake up to the view! Thank you so much for our stay!

We absolutely loved this property. You cannot beat the view from the patio. Sunsets were amazing but no matter what time of day it was breathtaking. The inside was clean and nice and kitchen had everything we needed. Follow the paved path downhill for the best beach on the island. The beach was great for snorkeling and had plenty of shade and hardly any people! We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

We had the best time in Princeville and absolutely loved the condo. The view was incredible with the most spectacular sunsets from the patio! We spent part of our honeymoon at this gorgeous property in April 2019 and I can’t say enough how amazing it was! The views from both the kitchen and living room are incredible! The property was also clean and had everything we needed for our stay, it was especially nice to already have things such as chairs, beach towels, etc. for the beach so we didn’t have to purchase them! We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this property!

This place is perfect for a couple looking to get away and enjoy some tranquil natural beauty. The views are amazing and amenities are complete. There's a steep but fairly paved/easy path down to a lovely small beach with few to no people. Minutes drive to Hanalei bay and downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent 12 days here and didn’t want to leave! The view is amazing. We sat on the lanai daily—for meals, reading, sunsets, and watching for whales. The kitchen was fully equipped for everything we needed. The location is convenient to shopping g & local restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this beautiful and immaculate condo. The bed was super comfortable, everything was very clean, and it had great amenities (i.e. beach and snorkeling gear). It's in a terrific location and we woke up each morning by sipping coffee and spotting whales on the lanai, and passed the evenings enjoying wine with the sunset. Truly breathtakingly beautiful!
