Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $35 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.
CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. This apartment is very comfortable and clean. The views of the mountains are spectacular! It was conveniently located. One and half blocks from Waikiki beach. The only complaint is the loud window air conditioner which most of the buildings in that area probably have. After the first day you kind of get used to it. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. In all, a wonderful stay!!

Lovely spot, just far enough away from the crazy of Waikiki beach but close enough to walk to dinner, shopping or hanging out on the beach. We stayed at a beachfront hotel for two nites after staying at this location, and we much preferred staying at this location, as it was quieter. View of the mountains was gorgeous, and the lanai was perfect for having an afternoon drink or a morning coffee or tea. Would return for sure!

I would never stay at this site ever again. I heard so many good things about Vrbo, but if this is the type of listing Vrbo has, I will never use Vrbo again. We ended up leaving the condo by the 3rd day, and booking an ocean view hotel room at the Hyatt. The condo here had a tiny bathroom, and all the cleaning I had to do before leaving (even though we decided to check into the Hyatt) there. The sleeper bed was horrible. I would have been better off staying at the Hyatt the entire trip. The Hyatt would have also been cheaper. Don't bother wasting your money here.

The experience was very good. The only item that would have helped is a hair blow dryer. The safe was locked when we got there. I emailed the rental company but didnt get a response. We felt the hotel was very safe so we didnt worry about using the safe. We liked the corner unit as there was usualy a breeze through the room.

My husband and I stayed at this property during our stay on Oahu—the location of this property was great. It is located on the far eastern side of the Waikiki area which made getting to the freeways very easy and quick. We also ABSOLUTELY had to have free parking on-site which this property does—SO convenient and such a money saver. We loved being able to walk to Kuhio and Waikiki beach areas to eat. There are convenience stores nearby if you forget something you need or want to grab some Musubi or souvenirs. The unit was very clean and was as described. The heated toilet seat was nice. We didn’t cook in the unit but did use the fridge and coffee maker which were lifesavers. There is a laundry room across the hall that has a washer and a dryer—takes both coins or payment through an app. We really enjoyed our stay and this property made it easy to enjoy ourselves—snag it if you can.

Great stay on Waikiki....close to everything...zoo, beach, Diamond Head, International Markets, Uncle Bo's restaurant (!) and more. Almost don't need a car. The condo was quite spacious, though with smaller-style galley kitchen Complete fine though for cooking simple meals. This was the largest condo by far of the 1 bdrms we had on our vacay in Hawaii.. Only minor downside was the kitchen chairs that needed to be screwed back together multiple times.....Garage is tight as they warn you about, but we never had a problem getting a spot. Thanks for a great stay.

It’s definitely in an excellent location—the beach is a quick walk, but you’re also removed from the noisy tourist area. Sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the mountains was my favorite part!

Our stay in Hawaii was great! We go every year and it was our first time staying at the Waikiki Banyan, while it is an older hotel/condo, the location is perfect. Our condo itself was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. They even provided things to make your day at the beach relaxed and comfortable. A huge plus was the parking. Midway Vacations (property management company) was easy to communicate with so if we had any problems or questions they took care of them right away. The room had great views and was very comfortable. They provided a parking pass (not all places do) to the garage as well as a key to the garage which was appreciated! It was wonderful to have a kitchen to use - full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave. It's a nice, leisurely five-minute walk to the beach so we liked that the provided a couple of beach chairs. After running around all day it was a nice place to return to for rest and relaxation. Wr'd stay there again!

Great location! It's only one block away from Waikiki Beach, 5 minutes walk! You can walk to a lot of nice restaurants and shops within 10 minutes. Free parking which is a plus! and amenities for kids! After a few days running around on the island, a relaxing afternoon by the pool is lovely. The mountain view of the room is super nice. Very clean and neat decorations. If the master room had a king size bed, that would be perfect. Overall, we had a blast staying in Waikiki Banyan! Would go back in a heart beat!

Spent 3 weeks here visiting my military son stationed at Pearl Harbor. This condo was perfect for our needs. Bed was comfy. My son slept on the sofa but never opened it. The AC worked well but the bedroom does get warm . I bought a small fan at Walgreens which fixed that problem. The view of the mountains is so relaxing from the living room and from the kitchen you see Diamonhead.. We used the beach chairs and cooler for our picnics. Washer / dryer right across the hall. Pool is nice and gets direct sunlight . Parking was a plus as my son had a car. Property was clean and close to beach, restaurants, stores, etc. I really enjoyed my stay and would return here in the future. Mahalo
