Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2023 and 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.
Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $80.00 per person, per round prior to 11:00am and $60.00 per person, per round after 11:00am. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $25.00.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Waikoloa Beach Villas L22 is located on the second floor of the L Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. Views of the golf course and tropical landscape from the lanai. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The condo is even lovelier in-person than in the pictures. Great amenities, clear instructions and communication, and the pool pass to the Hilton was wonderful. The only issue (but solvable) was that the beds, especially the master, were very high. I had to use a step stool to get in at night, and my kiddo loved using his ninja skills. Otherwise, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
Such an incredible property - super clean, large, and overall lovely. The lanai was nice, it felt very private!
Worked well for our family vacation
This condo was everything it was advertised- clean, kitchen was well stocked and loved the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. It was conveniently located near the shops. My only complaint was the at the condo was small and overrun with flies. Having the Hilton pool pass and being members to the golf course definitely made our trip. I don’t think I would rent this condo if the owners didn’t have the pool pass. The property management team were easily to work with.
Looks just like it shows in photos. Very comfortable and the patio overlooking the golf course was great with very comfortable chairs.

Free use of Hilton Waikoloa pools and parking. Lot. Huge golf discount. If we come back to Waikoloa, I would rent this place again.
We enjoyed our time on the Big Island and the condo. The air condition did not work for the first 24 hours, however the property team came multiple times to check the unit inside and out to fix the problems. We appreciated the communication.
The shops were very nice and provided entertainment during our stay.
This was my first visit to Hawaii and this property was a great part of the trip. We did have an issue with the door code initially, but the person on-call was quick with a call back and resolution. Otherwise very clean and well maintain. I would recommend and stay there again.

Very nice condo. We loved sitting out on the deck. The BBQ was a nice addition to cook meals outside. Great property manager, very responsive. The Pool at the complex is very small, and the other one was under construction during our stay, but the Hilton pool pass was a great addition. Walking distance to restaurants, small grocery store, coffee and shopping .

Very nice and well provisioned. Condo had plastic wrap, foil, coffee filters and cleaning supplies to last the entire week. Pots, pans and cooking utensils were high quality and complete. Beds were comfortable and linens were quality. Lanai was very comfortable with sofas, chairs and great Viking grill. Will definitely rent this unit on our next visit!

The place was very nice only a few issues. Thee neighbors below were smoking outside and the property security entrance key pad did not always work the first, second or even the third time you enter the pass code.

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely furnished and well stocked condo. The comfy deck was a plus and the indoor seating was spacious as well. We stayed here with another couple, but we got the short straw on the “second” bedroom which was very small with poor air circulation, as opening the windows brought in the noise from the highway. Everything you would want for the beach was provided, all of which was like new. The proximity to the two shopping centers was nice as was the pass to the Hilton pool a mile away. The few minor issues we had with the unit were immediately addressed by the management. The nearby Lava Beach club offered a good snorkeling and beach experience.
