The Space:
The main level features an open-concept layout with a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Two master suites, each with its own private bath, are also located on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a huge loft with two twin beds and plenty of extra space — ideal for kids or additional guests.
Guest Access:
Guests of Waikoloa Beach Villas have access to the swimming pool. Unit has it's own private lanai. The accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with necessary cookware and tableware. Additional amenities comprise a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. A garage and complimentary street parking are also provided.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the gated Waikoloa Beach Villas community within Waikoloa Beach Resort, our villa borders one of two championship golf courses. Queens Marketplace and Kings’ Shops — featuring shops, restaurants, and entertainment — are just across the road. The beach is a short walk away for swimming, snorkeling, and stunning Hawaiian sunsets.
Getting Around:
You can easily explore Waikoloa Beach Resort on foot. The nearby shops, restaurants, and beach are all within walking distance. Renting a car is recommended if you’d also like to explore the rest of the Big Island.
Other Things to Note:
There is one assigned parking spot per unit. Please note that our garages are compact — while most cars and small SUVs will fit, we recommend avoiding oversized SUVs if you’re not comfortable maneuvering a larger vehicle into a small garage.
Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
In the garage, you will find beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, and sand toys for your use.
This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
