My place is close to the Ocean and nestled beneath the Diamond Head Crater, surrounded by the beautiful Kapiolani Park.
The large king bedroom is separate from the living area (that offers a new sleeper sofa), making it ideal for two couples or a family of four.
This comfortable & spacious condo offers a full kitchen.
There's free Wifi and cable TV included for those times you aren't out and about enjoying the local area & Waterfalls. Parking is additional & should be requested when booking.

Upon entering the suites living room you'll find modern flooring and comfortable new furniture with the kitchen off to the left.
The master bedroom through the door to the right (housing 1 King bed) not only offers style and comfort with ample storage and hanging space for clothes, the entire suite offers a super clean and serene place to relax after a long day at the beach.
The unit comes with 2 flat screen televisions both offering cable channels, New A/C units throughout, Wi-Fi and of course a fully equipped kitchen.
Our place is ready for you to just walk in and relax simply show up with a swimsuit and a good book, and you are set for your vacation.

Local amenities from sailing to snorkeling and surfing, all ocean activities can be found along the Gold Coast and Waikiki. Not only can you enjoy all that the ocean has to offer, you also have quick access to hiking, shopping, fine dining, and sightseeing.

A ride down the elevator to the building's garage will lead you to the community washer & dryer area and on the 1st floor of the building is a private oceanfront lounge for tenants with direct access to the ocean. If parking is required, you may reserve a spot in the building for a daily fee.

A great condo unit in a great location away from the crowds of Waikiki. Bathroom: Shower pressure was solid. Good sized and clean. Located in the bedroom, which could pose problems if you are sharing the unit with kids or another couple (sleeping on the pullout couch). Kitchen: Fully equipped to cook except for b pot holders. Coffee maker was dependable and great to have. We left a couple cold paks in the freezer hopefully for future users. Great having a cooler to bring to the beach with us for cold snicks and sandwiches. Bedroom: Great king-sized bed that was extremely comfortable. Lots of room to hang and store clothes in, closets with hangers and dresser drawers. Larger sized bedroom. Location: Great being so close to Kapiolani park to watch little tyke soccer on weekends. Also great location for morning runs along the Ala Wai canal, around Diamond Head and close enough to walk to, to hike to the top. Also within a good walk to the Kapiolani Community Center Farm Market. We had our own beach nearby (Kaimana). We call it ours because it was close enough to our place and wasn’t overrun by tourists. The outdoor space with loungers, faced the ocean and had amazing sunsets. Overall: would highly recommend to other visitors that want to get away from the crowds but don’t mind a long walk into Waikiki for dinner or drinks. We used the Biki city bike services often, so getting around was convenient, safe and an inexpensive alternative to Uber/Lyft.

The little garden area was a great spot to relax in the evenings and watch the sunset, and the park across the street was nice to walk through and see the enormous trees. Close to a local beach. The actual condo was as described! Big bedroom and nice sized bathroom. Kitchen had what was needed for quick meals. The A/C was a little weak but was manageable and it was nice that it even had A/C! The unit and building was quiet. All in all a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. We could see the Diamondhead crater great if you go up to the top floor. The ocean backs up to the property. We enjoyed our coffee and sunsets from the backyard. We had a great 10-day vacation in Mark's condo near the circle/fountain at Kapilolani Park. It's spacious and clean, and has extras like coolers & beach chairs. The location is ideal if you want to be near Waikiki but not IN Waikiki. Mark was very responsive to my questions/messages, especially when we reported that the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was not working well (they replaced it ASAP and lent us a fan in the meantime). There is currently construction next door, so if you plan to sleep in (like our teenagers do, even in Paradise!), that will be a challenge. Glad we purchased a parking permit for our rental car since it was so, so convenient with our schedule. Very close to Diamond Head.

This was a lovely location. It exceeded our expectations. Parking was easy enough. We always found parking at nearby park. We could easily walk to the popular beaches and shopping of Waikiki if we wanted, but the patio, grassy areas, and beaches along the boardwalk of this accommodation was quiet and perfect for us. Inside the accommodation was everything you need for an extended visit...boogie boards, snorkel gear, pots, pans, plates, extra towels, etc. Highly recommend!

The communication on this rental is the best so have ever gotten. I loved the note - we want you to enjoy Hawaii and not worry about cleaning etc. the location was great - and we walked to many areas. Every night we could watch the sunset from the property. We loved that. Would definitely stay here again for low key vacation.

We enjoyed the low-keyed location of the complex. A nice 15 minute walk to Waikiki. The outdoor common area was great for relaxing by the ocean or dining at the tables. The unit is spacious with a few updates. There isn’t a deck or place to sit outside at the unit or a view but the listing photos may lead you to believe there is. The wall of windows lets in lots of light but you do look down on a rooftop. We liked having the small full size kitchen with all the appliances. The a/c worked well and we made use of all the beach supplies. All and all we enjoyed it there.

Highly recommend Diamond Head Beach Hotel and Residences. All the units are different, but ours was great! One bedroom vs studio made all the difference for us. Host pays attention to details, so kitchen pots and pans, etc. were top quality. Will definitely book here again.

We stayed here the entire time we were on the island. Location was perfect walking distance from the beach and shopping. We spent several nights watching the sunset over the ocean off the back patio. We didn't spend much time in the unit or on the grounds. The unit was clean, had everything we needed ad quite. Unit came with two regular size boogie boards and two small ones. Also had two beach umbrellas and beach chairs. In the kitchen we found a small soft cooler that we used each day in the car. Also included were a set of nice beach towels. Bed was comfortable but a little soft for my back, could use a full length mirror. Great place overall with easy access to the H1 freeway.

Spacious apartment with plenty of room for two people. Kitchen is small but functional; I made a couple of small suggestions for how it could be better equipped but it worked fine for us. Building has a lovely small lawn and lanai right next to the ocean - great for watching the sunset. Location close to but separate from the Waikiki craziness and near Kaimana Beach is ideal. Very easy check-in process, responsive management.

This location, at the Diamond Head end of Waikiki, gives you all the conveniences without the hassles of traffic and crowds. The building is on the beach, and the units are quiet and well appointed. From the time we reserved until check in, we were informed, and it was virtually trouble free upon arrival. The bright, spacious unit included a full kitchen, dinning room, living room, master bedroom and bath. Two TV’s and great internet service was an added bonus. Can’t wait to return. Overall unit matched pictures BUT unlike other units we’ve rented at DHBH it lacked basic essentials. Not enough beach towels; sheets pillow cases, pillows and blankets need to be replaced; there was barely enough dishes and plates to accommodate four people. On the plus side, there are at least six frying pans! If we were to stay in this unit again, I would insure that this had been addressed.
