We loved our location! Right on the beach! And shopping and coffee shop and restaurants right there!
Nice room with a balcony where we could see the ocean. We had quick response to our air conditioner not working. We left something in the room and they mailed it to us right away. The room was clean. We thought maybe the floors could have had a better cleaning but over all very clean. We needed at least a small freezer as part of the refrigerator and there was not one, so that was a challenge for us. We wished for a smart TV but bought a fire stick to be able to watch Netfix etc. We were disappointed there was no stove or range so we could cook but looking again, it was clear in the description, we just missed it. We definitely loved our stay and would book again!!!

This cosy and convenient condo is a great headquarters for Kauai adventuring, or just hanging out in the area. Sunrise at the beach is just steps away, there's a swimming pool and hot tub in the complex, and good casual dining options in easy walking distance. Excellent dinners available at the Lava Lava Beach Club next door.

The room was absolutely fantastic, close to the beach, clean and comfortable, and the land scape was awesome. for the price we paid we couldn't have done better. We would recommend more towels, a broom and dust pan to help clean up sand and that they fix the handle on the sliding glass door which was very hard to open and close.

Great location. Only issue was room wasn’t the cleanest. Very dusty don’t think housekeeping does much of that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved that you could walk to restaurants and grocery/market. Liked the beach chairs and cooler that came with the room, very helpful that we didn’t have to pack those for day excursions around the island. Overall nice little private place to enjoy the east side of Kauai.

We loved the condo and the location; the beach is steps away and beautiful. We would not hesitate to return for another week or two.
A few suggestions regarding matters, big and small, that perhaps warrant attention: 1) Bathroom tissue holder needs to be secured. 2) Bathroom stool wobbles; should be tightened down. 3) Flapper in toilet tank appears to be leaking as one can hear the tank frequently refilling. 4) Electrical outlet by table (indoors) needs to be re-secured in wall (safety issue). 5) Bulbs (florescent?) missing from fixture over 'kitchen' sink; new bulbs needed - or replace with a new LED fixture? 6) Air conditioning condenser coils/fins appear overdue for cleaning/hosing for most efficient operation. 7) Finally, a friendly suggestion: An 'under-cabinet' microwave oven - or a simple shelf to elevate the current microwave oven would free up a whole (!) lot of counterspace.
Please accept these suggestions in the spirit intended (except #4, the electrical outlet does need attention for safety). This is a terrific place that we would love to return to.

The unit is as described. There’s a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot (bring your own coffee), a tea kettle (a bonus for me!). Beach towels, a cooler, and Tommy Bahama lounge chairs are provided We enjoyed our stay; it ended too soon.

My two sisters and I stayed at the property for a week over Christmas. It was fine for three adults who are close knit but 4 would have been too crowded. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The unit itself was clean and well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom basics. A hotplate would be nice to have to cook eggs and simple things like that. The pool area gets very shaded in the afternoon which was a bummer but not the end of the world. The town itself is very cute and there are some decent restaurants. Being able to walk to the ABC store was very convenient if you don't want to drive down the street to the bigger stores. I ran along the bike path a few mornings which is primarily along the ocean and a great run. We would stay here again!

Room was a great location but more ideal for just 2 people. We only had 3 people total and the room was too small and the beds were too small, plus the mattresses moved around all over the place. The toilet paper SHOULD automatically be included especially since travelers are coming from far away.

Candace the liaison was awesome… She helped us so much beforehand and getting into the property…
We could hear the ocean waves and see the ocean from the balcony, there was lots of extras and pluses in the room, the beds were over the top comfortable

Close to a beach (fully swimmable with a little bit of riptides later in the day however, if you are decently in shape and know how to swim, the beach/water was amazing). The coconut marketplace was a great option for food and drinks. The pool was wonderful and the proximity to the airport was easy to get in and out from. Highly recommend.

We loved being in the middle of everything. Walking distance to the market and restaurants. A couple of blocks to Safeway. In the middle of the north shore and south shore.
The property was well maintained. The pool was nice and grounds well cared for. We would have preferred a kitchen and a bedroom, but the condo was as described. Would have also appreciated a washer and dryer on property, but we made do.
We were on the 2nd floor so carrying luggage up and down stairs was a strain for 65+ year olds.

We had a lovely stay at this property! Unit is clean and well stocked with supplies, including beach towels and some gear. The ground of the property were beautiful with great beach access. We enjoyed the pool and happy hour at the pool bar! Also a great location on the island for access to restaurants and centrally located to get to various parts of the island. Property owners were easy to communicate with and check-in process was seamless, would highly recommend!

The room meet are needs, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the fact that the property was next to the beach, the hot tub was cleaned frequently, and there are multiple places to eat just a walk away. There is also a local farmers market in a nearby parking lot for fresh veggies and fruits. Would definitely stay here again.

For our first communication to our last, Candace and her team were always available Cancer my questions or to help out when I needed it. I also poorly planned to check out on Christmas day when services, restaurants and shops would have limited hours. AND a very late flight at 11 PM… Candace and her team were able to let me have a really late check out which practically gave me a whole other day on the island! It was service above and beyond what I was expected and I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you to the whole team. You were great and I really appreciated it!

A few minor things beyond what cleaning crew does could use maintenance. Missed a good information packet, that might have been eliminated with because of covid guidelines.

This Condo was ideal for me and my friend visiting Kauai. Steps from a stunning beach and resort amenities at your doorstep. Very close to the funky cute town Kapaa too which made it a perfect location to explore both north and south Kauai. Loved our stay here.
