Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2023 and 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Courts: First come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ Grill
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom

Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Bay Club at Waikoloa 622 is located on the second floor. There are stairs to the second floor (no elevator). This unit is a spacious 2 bedroom/2.5 bath unit sitting directly in between two pool areas at the Bay Club. One offers a café for pure relaxation. This unit offers a 2 bedroom style which is perfect for two families or a small family. This beautifully decorated, newly renovated unit will take your breath away. It has a rear facing lanai for complete privacy and a view you can see from all sides. The Bay Club has all the resort amenities you could want including two pools with a cafe, tennis courts, workout rooms, BBQ's and more.
The Bay Club at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located a mile from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This is the most amazing condo. The view is superb. Very comfortable and well decorated. The patio was our favorite part. Great spot for napping and catching the sunrise. Nice walking area, lovely pools and plenty to do nearby for both adults and kids. We will be back!!
Great location and very clean and spacious unit.
This is a beautiful property that was perfect for 2 couples. There are two king rooms with full baths and the living areas and outdoor spaces were larger than we expected. Very quiet serene setting.
Excellent property, location, etc. The ONLY thing that bothered me was I could not reduce the A/C below 74 degrees... this is too warm for me, we should be able to cool it to at least 70 degrees.
Had a wonderful stay in Waikoloa. The condo was perfect and very comfortable.

Outstanding property! Rarely does a property exceed expectations. The photos don't do it justice. The entire complex was immaculate, and appreciated all the small extras and attention to detail. Unit was spacious and extremely clean. Will look to reserve this unit on our next trip.

The accommodations were stellar. It was spacious, organized, and appreciated all the labels for guests to use all amenities. Had a little issue with second bedroom and Kim responded immediately and resolved the issue. She went above and beyond to make our stay better than ever. She also helped us retrieve a few items we left behind and we were able to pick them up before we left the island. We’d definitely stay here again! Mahalo
I can highly recommend this condo and the Bay Club area of Waikolao Village. The condo was clean and lovely with all the amenities you could want, esp if traveling with children. The views and the lanai were amazing! The two pools in the complex were never crowded and the area in general was upscale without feeling stuffy. The pool pass at the Hilton was an added perk and great fun for our family. We took advantage 2x during the week. I would definitely book this spot again!

Exactly as listed. Location was as expected. No issues with anything. Basically the unit is two master bedrooms. Downstairs neighbors weren’t there so it added to the privacy.
Property has 2 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms and nice kitchen with extra large balcony overlooking golf course. The walk to the Hilton pool area is less than 10 min and easy. The pool passes that come with the unit are a great benefit to allow full access to the Hilton pool and lagoon areas, and are required to get towels. We stayed at the Hilton on our previous trip and liked our stay at this Bay Club unit much better with the added size of this unit, access to a full kitchen and having your car down a flight of stairs.

The furniture was comfortable, including the beds. When at the condo during the day, I often sat outside on the lanai and read. A tray for transporting food would be great. I used a cookie sheet so I didn't have to leave the doors open for long while the A/C was on indoors.
I found one very cute gecko in the bedroom one day. I was surprised to see it since I'd been keeping the doors closed constantly except when I went in or out. It scuttled under the bed. I like them; just wished it had stayed visible long enough for me to draw it. Arrival a little early (3:15) was arranged once I was on the island and much appreciated since I'd flown in on a red-eye. A/C was lowered to 69 before arrival as arranged since I need a bedroom lower than 74 to sleep in. Help with locating beach gear was immediate when I called.
(Note - the living room was normally at 69 while the A/C was on but the bedrooms varied in temperature, sometimes as high as 74 during the day and a few hours after sunset. I'm a naturalist and normally travel with a scientific grade thermometer to measure air temps while nature journaling. The higher temperatures could be avoided if there were better shades/curtains for blocking the light. I loved the mesh curtains - they looked great - but they weren't so great for blocking the heat. This may not be an issue for people traveling from warmer climates, but thought I'd pass it along.)

We are owners at the Bay Club but needed an additional week so booked this villa through VRBO. Being owners, we knew exactly the floorplan we were booking and the property amenities, but were impressed with the upgrades this villa offered. It is beautifully furnished, a great location, equipped kitchen, and had other equipment (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) that come in so handy at the beach. Resortica, the property manager, was also very responsive when we had questions. The only thing I would mention (also mentioned in a couple of previous reviews) is that the window coverings, although lovely, offer minimal privacy no matter where you are in the villa (except the half bath or toilet stalls). I was awakened more than once due to early morning headlights/flashlights from golf course equipment shining in the window and never quite felt comfortable showering or changing clothes due to the exposure. I would suggest a second set of blackout blinds or curtains be added.
