This comfortable 600 sq ft 1-bedroom unit sleeps up to 4 guests and includes a king bed, sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen for convenient meals. Relax on your private balcony or in the bedroom while enjoying beautiful ocean and Diamond Head views. The unit also features a 43" Smart TV, window AC, a full bathroom, plus free WiFi and parking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

I would just say to have more information on where the parking garage is and that there is no need to go to the counter to check in. Just head to the garage and up to the room (Tower 1) ... The stay was good, we had eveything we needed.

This corner unit was wonderful-- quiet, comfortable and with a stunning view of Diamond Head to greet us each day. The kitchen was well-equipped, there were plenty of linens and towels and even beach chairs provided, with an easy 1 block walk to Kuhio Beach. The excellent management company staff were especially helpful with our move-in and check-out process and even supplied a missing can opener with an easy text request! We can't wait to come back!

This property sits on the corner of the 33rd floor. The view is stunning! The apartment is comfortable, with all amenities needed for a holiday stay. We appreciated the free parking pass even though we hadn't rented a car. This is a bonus as parking is difficult and expensive without a pass. The walking to the main drag on the beach was a short 5-7 minutes, and there is a lot to see and do. Close to yummy shopping and coffee shops. The building was quiet at night and we never felt unsafe arriving late. We used the laundry facility whuch was right next door! I would highly recommended this property as a better alternative to a hotel!

Stayed in Waikiki to see a show at the Blue Note. Couldn't have been more convenient, and a spectacular view toward Diamond Head. Everything was delivered as advertised. Would have liked to stay longer and explore the area, but that will have to wait for another time.

If you’re looking for the quieter side, Waikiki‘s condo has it. Being located closer to Diamondhead and the zoo is a lot quieter than most of Waikiki. A Quick two block walk to the beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas make it a dream paradise Great value for everything you get inside this condo We would definitely stay her again !

The property is as described on the website. High floor with a great view. It is clean but bathroom and kitchen are small. We don't spend much time in there anywhere. The condo is close to Waikiki beach. You can walk the beach as well as most stores and restaurants . I would definitely stay there again.

This corner unit on the 33rd floor had an incredible view of diamond head and the ocean. Unit was just as pictured and well stocked kitchen. The beach chairs and soft cooler were a nice addition as was the underground parking pass. The unit could use an update for plugging in electronics and a larger TV . The Banyon could use updating as halls and recreation area rather shabby but the location makes up for that. Would stay here again…THANKS

Fantastic place to stay! Will definitely return for our next visit. Easy process and was exactly how advertised minus the view, which was better than advertised. Diamond head and the ocean on one window and Waikiki beach at the other.

This would be a 5 star condo if the owner would update some things. It's 2 blocks from Kalakaua, comes with free parking, and has the most amazing view of Diamond Head from the lanai and bedroom. Everything in the unit is adequate and should meet your needs, but the carpet is old, wall art and furniture is dated, and some kitchen items really need to be replaced, like scratched pots. We always stay at the Banyan, and Midway is good. Just don't think I'd stay at this unit again.

Very pleased with the unit overall. It was a comfortable space. The proximity to the beach, shopping and dining was perfect. The bathroom was not cleaned well, but everything else was. The windows in the bedroom were drafty, so that was annoying at times. The curtains would move and you could hear the wind howl. Instructions were given to empty the trash frequently to avoid pests. However we were only given 2 bags. Not enough for a 5 night stay, especially when cooking meals. All in all it was a great stay and I would return.

Easy to access. Had an emergency in the building the first night and had to walk down 33 flights of stairs after a very long flight. That was probably the only downside. Everything else was great.

Great views and high enough to enjoy the breezes. Unit was clean and kitchen was equipped with all essentials. We went to the beach almost daily since we were 1 block away and shopping was close by. We would be happy to use this unit again during our next trip.
