Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2023 and 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking in the garage or tandem style in the driveway in front of the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

Enjoy the exclusive private Ocean Club which includes an excellent restaurant and bar, fitness cabana, multi-level lagoon style pool with waterfall and in water pool lounge chairs, hot tub and BBQ area. The expansive ocean views are ideal for sunsets and whale watching (November - March).
Halii Kai 22H is located Building 22 at Halii Kai.
Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We enjoyed the location and the community itself was very pretty. The house did the job for our family stay, but there were several small issues which were mostly addressed quickly by the property management team.
The check in instructions for the gate code were not clear so we couldn’t open the gate with the gate code provided upon arrival.
The code for the front door didn’t work when we finally got into the gate. My phone calls were not answered immediately and there was only one number provided so I had no other options for who to call to get into my rental.
The floors were ABSOLUTELY filthy!!! I walked without my shoes in the bedroom and my feet were black within a few minutes. It was disgusting.
The dimming lights in the master bedroom wouldn’t turn off completely and when we were trying to go to sleep, they’d turn randomly on after we’d turned them off. It was frustrating to try to go to sleep with lights coming on.
The air conditioning was inconsistent. It would be freezing at 74 degrees and then completely shut off and be uncomfortably warm. We could never get a consistent temperature and we’re switching between sweating and freezing.
Really comfortable, no issues, quiet lanai. The best part about Halii Kai is the ocean front pool and restaurant- super nice and relaxing. Used the Hilton Pool Pass one day, for the little kids, but found it to be just an odd pool situation, felt cheap, will never return to the Hilton hotel. Glad the pass was included for the option. Halii Kai’s pool was more out speed and found it perfect to relax.
We had a great stay. We loved the hot tub and pool and certainly their location. It was nice to have the restaurant as well. The house was comfortable. We only wish it had been a little closer to the pool. Everything was perfect. Thank you
Only problem was that there was no one in the office on the day we checked out. Had to leave the keys and Hilton pass in the lockbox. I received calls that they were not turned in.
This unit was so easy to stay in with more than enough room even if my Grandchildren were in tow. But sadly, we had to leave all our family, cares, etc at home and enjoy the lovely serenity of Hali'i Kai, our Condo and the wonderful Pool and Restaurant/Bar for convenience and fun.
We will definitely keep it on our Big Island list!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is as described with basics for a comfortable stay. We cooked in most of the time and had what was needed for meal prep. Except dish towels, we could have used more. It would also be helpful to have some simple cleaning supplies, like a simple mop, a few rags and some windex. When we arrived we were missing some towels but a simple email solved the problem. The beach things in garage were a huge help. We enjoyed the Hilton pass, a very nice extra. We drove to the pool, it’s a ways away. Wish there was shade at the pool. All in all a very comfortable stay.
This was a great property for our 'ohana. Spacious enough where we could have our own space and gather in the common areas for meals and family games. One small downfall was we stayed in the summer and we couldn’t turn the ac unit colder. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
