The most clean place I’ve ever been .. and I’ve stayed at many places all levels.. but believe me this was the best . It’s Quite , clean , entertaining and have all the appliances and services and stuff you will ever need or might think of !
Tv connected to the internet and to all apps like Netflix , Disney and others .. suits all the family..

The deck was amazing and had the beach , ocean view. We could see the turtles from it every day .

It doesn’t have beach ( the one with sand ) it does have shore with black rocks but of course it’s very dangerous and not for children or people who don’t swim!

This studio condo is just right for 2 people. The location is fabulous - easy to get to world class beaches and fabulous restaurants in Lahaina. Small little beach just a 5 minute walk as well. You wake up every morning to an incredible view with the ocean lapping right outside your door. Large lanai makes for a wonderful morning coffee spot.

The location is great. View from balcony is perfect, great sunsets, turtle watching. We even saw a shark!! Kitchen was fully equipped with was great since we cooked most of our meals. Place was quiet and relaxing.

What a perfect little space for our Boulder visit!! Clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay. Even had three deer in the garden our first morning which was a bonus sight. Good and easy location for staying in Boulder with plenty of restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay here. We loved sitting out on the lanai, drinking our morning coffee. We were able to see sea turtles and some even were close to the wall. It was also pretty quiet. The rental is in a good spot because it’s 10-15 minutes from Lahaina and Kapalua- depends on how far you go. I really like Lahaina and the beaches there.
I really recommend staying here if you are going to Maui. The rental has almost everything you need and the owner is so responsive if you have questions or concerns. Oh one tip, if you need the WiFi, check in the closet that the router is plugged in. I think it got unplugged from the cleaning crew but we hardly needed it. We would go out and explore in the morning then come back after lunch to chill and then back out for dinner and a sit on the beach to watch the sunset. I am really glad we booked this rental.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The unit is clean, comfortable and well stocked with pans and utensils for cooking. The view is magnetic and we spent as much time as possible on the lanai. From the lanai we saw dozens of sea turtles, a few whales and spinner dolphins. The unit is a great place in a less busy part of Kahana. Real peace and quiet exist here. We will be back!

So many things about this condo are superb! The location is unbeatable. You are literally right over the ocean's edge. The large lanai is the perfect extension of the spacious studio area. We ate all our meals out there watching the whales surface. The host thought of everything, like beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The sparkling bathroom and roomy tiled shower were the ultimate in comfort. The kitchen had every dish, container, and utensil you could ever need. The covered lanai, gorgeous palm tree, and deep interior of the unit let you have as much privacy as you wish, with the ocean visible from anywhere in the condo. The dedicated parking space just steps away from your door was an unexpected bonus. The owner was very communicative and responsive. We hope to stay here many times again!

Our stay was very relaxing. The unit itself was very clean and nicely updated. Ocean front with a huge lanai! Although beautiful, the palm tree off the lanai blocks a good portion of the view. I expect that in a short time the palm will grow taller and that won't be an issue. It wasn't a problem for us, but it may be for some that are expecting an unobstructed view of the ocean. We still as whales from the lanai every day!! Overall, 5 stars and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was simply amazing. The condo was very clean, plenty of kitchen amenities, towels and chairs for the beach, and the location could not have been better! The spacious lanai is where we spent most our time watching whales and sea turtles just steps from the water. Twenty minutes south of Kapalua Bay and north of downtown Lahaina, you’re close enough to everything you’d want to explore. We would highly recommend!!

If you’re looking to be near all the hot spots but away from the resort scene, this is the perfect place! Everything was nice here. The coffee in the kitchen was a great surprise. The hot shower with strong water pressure was great!

Amazing stay! Condo was in perfect location and just a short drive in Lahaina town. Loved the porch and were able to spot many turtles from this place. Very clean and lots of nice touches including snorkel gear, beach chairs and towels. Even sunscreen! Which was a great plus. We will be back!

The condo was perfect for our stay. It had everything we could possibly need and the updated bed is very comfortable (a rare thing in vacation rentals in my opinion). The best part was the outdoor space. The ocean (and turtle sightings) and sunset views are spectacular. We ate practically every meal seated in the patio just enjoying the weather and the views. The nearby beach was a quick walk away and was empty the majority of the time we visited which made it feel like your own private beach (plus more turtle sightings!). We would totally stay here again, 10/10 would recommend!

Crystal and Jim were absolutely the best of hosts. The communication was seamless and the process of renting was easy to navigate. Upon arrival at the rental, we found it to be very clean and perfectly located near the ocean with cool breezes and beautiful views. The rental is very cozy and inviting. It was stocked with everything one needs for a short or long term stay; everything from beach gear to games, books, and a full kitchen of equipment to use should you decide to dine in. We enjoyed our stay so much that we seriously considered changing our flight back to Maui and asking to rent another day! It was perfect and we have determined that we will definitely go back for another stay in the near future. I give Crystal and Jim and their rental my highest recommendation. Mahalo to you both for being a part of our weekend getaway.

We always enjoy staying at Pohailani. This unit had everything we needed and then some. I appreciated the Tupperwares in cupboards so we could avoid using saranwrap. Could have used an electrical outlet or two closer to the bed stands to charge our phones overnight but we had portable battery packs so no biggie. Condo is partially shaded due to layout of the lanai which helped the unit not get blazing hot in the afternoon. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family of four visited Boulder for the weekend for a wedding. The place was perfect. The beds were comfortable and everything was well appointed. We were worried it might be musty but no basement smell at all! Tracy was a fantastic hostess! She was available if I needed anything but we never felt like she was in our space. Location is great… Just a few blocks from 28th and a few blocks from Pearl (The two many districts in Boulder). Great vacation, thanks Tracy!

This place is so magical! It’s perfect for a couple’s romantic get away. We loved the lanai and staying right on the water. We could literally see turtles play on the water right in front of us. One night we enjoyed using the grill downstairs and made dinner while watching the senset. You really can’t beat that. It really is a perfect place to just unwind and relax. Another thing we really liked was the bed. I slept like a baby which is also so important on vacation. This studio condo is in the perfect location. You can walk to a brewery, grocery store and coffee shop etc. but you are not in the middle of all of business from neighboring towns. Kaanapali is 5 minutes away and Lahaina is about 10, which is great if you want to go out shopping and grab some fancier dinners. Lastly, Jim and Crystal were fantastic hosts. I love how they communicated so fast to our messages. They are really on top of their game and made us feel so welcomed. We can not wait to return here on our next vacation. This really is such a gem to find and a great value for our budget.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect. It's immaculate and Tracey has stocked it with every large and small amenity. The location is prime (we walked to The Rayback Collective and the Goose Creek Trail is also 2 blocks away).
It was quiet and peaceful with a very comfortable king bed (there are 2 bedrooms, but we stayed in just one). Tracey is a responsive and helpful host.

This place was lovely. So much so I didn’t ever have to leave the lanai other than to walk to a coffee shop and 2 min walk to the beach. The ocean views were unreal and such an amazing price with amazing service. The peace and quiet was unbelievable and felt like I had the island to myself with the exception of a few people here and there. No crowed resorts or restaurants. Just perfect! Also very clean! The only thing that really wasn’t pristine were the 2 outdoor chaise lounges on the lanai. The cushions were pretty stained as things will get over time. But everything else was clean and comfy. I would stay here again in a second!

We had an AMAZING stay at this condo for our honeymoon! The pictures are exact and the location was perfect. If you want an oceanfront condo with quiet property where it isn’t crowded and loud…this is the place to stay! The condo had everything that you’d need for your stay…beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella, towels…everything!! In front of the condo is a seating area and they have a grill out back, which we loved cause the prices in Hawaii right now are crazy, so we cooked out a lot. Tons and tons of sea turtles right in front of condo..we could see them all from our lanai! They also have a pool…and it was 8ft deep! Very nice pool…we went there alot because it cooled us off and when we wanted to take a break from the sand that’s where we went! Overall…you can’t beat the price and the stay. It was amazing…so glad we booked this condo!!

This garden apartment was perfect! It was clean, spacious, well appointed and in a charming backyard setting. The owner was super easy to communicate with and the practically non-existent checkout made our trip smooth and effortless. All three people in my family thought the beds were comfy; what a treat it is that they are both king size. Because of the basement location, the unit stayed nice and cool even when it was 90+ outside. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Boulder.

This is our second stay at this unit and we love it. We have stayed in other units in this building and there are many nice things about this one. The deck is huge with two areas, one for sitting and one for dining, tons of space with a nice ceiling fan outdoors. Two big improvements in the unit are the location of the AC, which is more centrally located and perfect now for sleeping with a cool breeze. And second is the bed, LOVE the adjustable head, so nice to be propped up for late relaxing evenings watching a movie. What we appreciate most about this place is how quiet it is, it almost feels like no one else is here, you wouldn’t know except for the other cars in the parking lot and the gatherings at sunset. There’s no beach out front but I much prefer the crashing sound of the waves and no beach means no people and noise! After a long day at the beach with people, kids, and commotion, a quiet space is exactly what’s needed. Will definitely be coming back here again and again, you won’t be disappointed. Condo has everything you need as advertised.

We will be back! This is a gem! Very clean and all of the furniture and appliances were up to date. The hosts were respondent to all of our questions and kept us very informed and had a list of things to do in the area. It is very centrally located to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. However, it is quiet enough to where you are not bothered by a lot of noise. The ocean view is priceless. We saw plenty of turtles at our doorsteps. You can’t go wrong staying here!

What could be better? Honestly, owning this property. It was perfect. Literally had zero complaints. Yummy soaps were left, the bed was amazing. Oh the views...dozens of sea turtles all day long from the lanai. We ventured out once for a drive and saw 3 waterfalls in one teeny hike. Food trucks were phenomenal, same with the breweries., one we walked to twice bc it was so close. The best beaches were within 1/2 a mile. You could be dropped off without a car and have the best vacation experience. I would rebook this condo in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and it was perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon! The condo was extremely clean and well taken care of, not to mention fully stocked with beach gear, cooking necessities and so much more. It is within walking distance of a great beach, is about a 10 minute drive from Lahaina and offers amazing views from the lanai! We would absolutely stay at this property again if we return to Maui and will be recommending it to all of our friends!

My wife and I came to Maui for our first anniversary and we loved our stay here. It was close to a number of great beaches, the view of the sunset on the deck was great & the owners have a binder with ideas of things to do near by if you haven't planned your whole vacation out. The condo is a studio but there was plenty of room for the two of us. They also had boogie boards, flippers, a cooler and beach chairs.We didn't see the rest of the complex but there is also a pool and coin operated laundry facility according to the notes in the binder. We had a great time!

We enjoyed staying here - there was plenty of room for everyone and communication with Tracy was great. She was accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than the stated time. Parking was on the street, but we had a spot right in front of the entrance every day. It would have been nice to have a few more plates/bowls in the kitchen, but that was a minor detail.

Tracy is a great host and her place is immaculate. We stayed during the week of the 4th when it was very hot and the basement was very comfortable. We brought fans to put in the windows at night to help circulate the outside air into the basement. It was a very comfortable. The place is convenient for Boulder, Estes Park and other towns in the area. Great place to stay!

We have just returned from spending 5 nights at Crystal & Jim's little slice of paradise! The condo was perfect, impeccably clean, well furnished and very comfortable. One of our favourite things at the condo was the private balcony where we watched the ocean waves and even saw the occasional turtle swim by! The location is great - although quiet and secluded, it is only about a 5-10 drive from Ka'anapali beach and Black Rock. There is a private beach near the condo but it is very small and rocky, not really a nice beach in our opinion.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Crystal was a pleasure to deal with when we were booking the condo - she provided us with many ideas and helpful suggestions, and graciously allowed us a late check-out on our last day. If we are ever in Maui again, we would definitely stay at this condo!

My wife and I spend our first days of our trip to Maui in this condo and we couldn't love it more.
First, the location is excellent (despite it is not in Lahaina itself, but in Kahana, a bit northern).
Then, the views are marvelous and finally, all the amenities were absolutely convenient: from dishwasher to boogie boards. You don't have to worry about anything else but your luggage and swim gear. You can also enjoy a nice barbecue downstairs, in the lanai. We used it for a sunset dinner and it was great.
The condo is spacious with a pretty big terrace. Indeed, the condo seems smaller in the pictures but the feeling is not that at all.
Crystal was so attentive from the very beginning and we had all the information we needed lot in advance.
No doubts, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to come to Maui and spend some days in the west coast.

Great location and excellent condo. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai. It was so peaceful listening to the ocean while sitting on the lanai. We saw plenty of sea turtles along the ocean wall below the lanai.
The condo is updated and has all of the amenities that you need. Crystal was great in responding to questions.
I will highly recommended to our friends.
