Stylishly decorated with island charm, this unit offers air-conditioning, WiFi, mounted flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The living room includes a long sectional sofa. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, four-burner stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, knife set, spice rack, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom, located in the loft, includes a king bed. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds. Unit 10-413 sleeps up to 6.

We have stayed at multiple units over the years at Kamaole Sands and this was the worst one. I will stick to the facts:
Microwave over the stove didn't work
Only 2.5 burners on the stove work
Every door shelf in the fridge was cracked and couldn't handle more weight
The dishwasher was broken
The pull out couch is not suitable for someone to sleep on as the springs are almost through the mattress
There were absolutely no cleaning supplies in the unit, spill something on the outside table or on the floor only dish soap and a dish sponge to clean it up.
1 beach towel and 4 bath towels initially provided with the unit.

No condiments, containers
1 mid size frying pan and 1 small frying pan
The downstairs bathroom door doesn't lock
The downstairs bathroom tile under the bench is decayed and falling apart
Bathroom lighting extremely dim
On the positive:
The location in the building was good
The front counter staff are excellent and brought us more plates and bowls when I asked
The front counter staff provided us with a loaner microwave when I asked
The front counter staff brought us additional towels when asked
The front counter staff arranged to have the beds in the bedroom put together into a king when asked
The front counter staff did a small clean in the upstairs bathroom for us as I would have had to buy all the cleaning supplies
To do it myself
We were there for 16 days and this was the most I have paid for a unit here and the worst unit I have ever had.

Plenty of space in this ocean view condo. The larger lanai was great for meals, sun and seeing the occasional whale spout. There were plenty of beach toys to use, and towels are provided. The kitchen had all the basics covered, although unlike other condos we've stayed in this one didn't have much in the way basic food items (eg, spices, olive oil). The rooms are good side but could use more lighting in the bathrooms.
The location is great - right across the street from one beach and easy walking distance to several others - with shops and some restaurants an easy walk as well. We'd stay here again for sure

The condo was as advertised, 2 beds and a big L-couch. We spent a February weekend there, head great weather. The beach is about a 4-5 minute walk. And from the back patio, you can see the ocean. Birds chirping throughout the day :)

Only real complaints were noise and one broken fan and light. Noise came in two flavors: the exposed loft master and from street/neighbor noise. Not too fussed about either or the fan/light. Maintenance was responsive, fixed the non-working fan in the loft only for the initially operable fan to stop working. Again, not a big deal. Mostly disappointed with price increases over previous half dozen times we’ve visited Maui, so maybe not a fair review

Spacious condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking across the street to watch the sunset. Bathrooms are nicely decorated. Grounds are very well kept. Large patio to sit & have morning coffee & take in the beautiful views. Loved having a starter pack of coffee when we arrived. Plenty of towels for our stay. Office open 24/7, made it easy to check out for our early morning flight.

Great location at the Kamaole Sands property; good AC for the rare time it is needed. Furniture is comfy, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and the beach is right across the street.
