Location was great, outside property was beautiful, easy access to everything. Super easy check in! Bed was comfortable.
Kitchen has been updated & is nice, other things are old. Blinds were very old & disgusting (vertical hanging ones)- dirty & had multiple missing slats so you could see right into living room & master bedroom from outside/parking lot. They also moved with the AC & so you could see into our room. I contacted property management- Krista was responsive & sent me to another management, they told me to tape sheets up. Hard with no tape, etc.
Washer was EXTREMELY loud & obnoxious- could not run it at night for sure & made it hard to hear others. Dryer was fine.
Could tell the cleaners did a very mediocre job & hadn’t seemed to be in recently as there were multiple dead spiders, dust, etc.
If they took care of blinds (got completely new window/sliding door coverings) I would stay here again! Overall a good experience but definitely need to fix the window covering & washer situation.

Perfect for three adults and 2 babies. Well stocked (except for coffee) and the community was quiet and beautiful. Close to beaches and shopping. Had a wonderful time!

We were here with a large group of people for our daughters wedding. The property is at a great location with beautiful amenities. This specific condo was lovely and well stocked, A/C throughout and the bed was very comfortable. The management was always immediately available for questions/help with check in and check out. We spent a week at in this very well kept condo. Grounds are excellent. Everything went smoothly. Condo was well equipped. Location was a 5 min. drive or a 20 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Nice vacation.

Saved a lot of money and time. The major resorts on the ocean are under construction so glad we found this. Pool and jacuzzi, with a full area to change, etc. this unit worked out best for us with having a grill in off of patio. Air conditioner was a big plus for me. No need to bring chairs, or beach towels. It was like having your own home in my favorite so far away place, Wailea. The beaches are so beautiful! Great choice, great time for all of us.

We loved the location during our stay. A quiet community tucked away from the hustle of tourist traffic but a quick drive to everything we needed. The pool at the palms was never too busy and a great way to end the day after the beach. Beautiful beaches, great shopping and delicious food all around. Would highly recommend staying here!
My only complaint would be the check in. The email I received with the access code was confusing and resulted in a late night phone call in order to enter the condo. The communication was excellent and quick response from the owner was a nice surprise.

We’ve visited Maui many times, always staying in South Kihei. The Palms are a bit pricier than the Kihei condos but the property and the condo are very nice. The condo was spacious indoors and out. Having the bbq was a big plus. Dedicated parking, excellent pool area with a fridge are also pluses.
Keawakapu & Ulua beaches are accessible on foot but it is a 15+ minute walk. We chose to drive to the beach, mostly to Ulua because it’s sheltered and has great snorkeling.
This is the nicest Maui condo we’ve stayed in, perfect for two couples or a family. We did see some ants and a couple of beetles inside the unit but they come with the territory. Ants can be avoided if the kitchen is kept clean.

Great place. We loved our stay here and found the unit clean, bright and spacious. We enjoyed being on the ground floor. The beach is a 10 min walk so we mostly drove but it's doable if you are not brining chairs to the beach. Communication and getting in was easy.

Location was great. Easy drive to all of the things we planned to do. Not easy access to the beach, but we were planning to check out different beaches anyway so it worked out great. The twins easily made into a queen size bed and they had it set up that way when we arrived. Overall, solid choice.

We have stayed at The Palms many times. They are large, comfortable units in a great location close to the beach. This particular unit is close to the pool and had been recently renovated. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the unit was very clean. Would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Booked this place with friends to attend a wedding, other friends stayed in condos nearby as well. Place was super clean and nice, had great amenities, like the pool and spa. Was fairly close to shops in wailea and Kihei. Overall had a great experience!

The Palm's of Wailea provided my family with a safe and lovely location to explore Maui. If not at the beach, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. .We were the envy of the rest of my family because of the three air conditioning units that kept our unit cool and comfortable. Both bedrooms and the living room were always pleasant.
Another bonus we discovered was a charming, high- end shopping mall less than a mile away. On several occasions, we took a walk on a shaded street to explore the various shops and restaurants.
You will not be disappointed if you choose this unit.

We stayed with two couples in total and loved this place! Fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor environment for eating and spending time together. Short walk to beach and quick 2 minutes to pool. Close to everything!. Golfed all of the Wailea courses, even the Kapalua course only 45 minutes away! The southern beaches are the best! Planning our next visit already!

We had a great stay! Owner was responsive, the condo was clean, spacious, had a/c, and everything we needed. There were beach chairs, mat and sand toys available along with a few other things. The pool was very close by. Probably the only downside I can think of was that the pull-out sofa wasn't very comfortable.

We spent 5 weeks here and could not have been happier. The condo was comfy and convenient for us…very close to the pool. Everything was as expected and Krista was very responsive and easy to work with. We’d planned on starting our trip 10 days earlier but due to medical reasons, had to delay. Krista actually found renters for some of those days and was able to give us a refund back. She’s great, as is the condo!

The property manager was excellent and helped us rent the property quickly when we needed to extended our stay due to flight cancellations. She was so accommodating and responsive.
The property was clean and recently remodeled. The layout is great with a big master bedroom and bath, and plenty of space for children. We loved the kitchen and having a private grill and deck on the first floor.
Located super close to the pool which is a quiet oasis with spectacular views. There are mostly adults swimming and they don’t allow children playing games so more about swimming and relaxing. The pool is big and the chairs were spaced out at the time for social distancing. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the perfect weather Maui has to offer.
I highly recommend this property and would easily return. It’s super close to the beach (short drive) and the shops in Wailea. It’s a quiet community and outside the tourist area, so you feel like a local.

This is a beautiful condo, well-maintained, large, and with efficient air conditioning (we barely used it, but when it was needed it cools very rapidly). Very large Lanai with a hose that worked great to rinse off beach gear.

Nice size for a family with a killer master suite and another room for the kids. Excellent air conditioning and kitchen appliances all in great condition. The large lanai is terrific, we spent a lot of time there. Excellent communication with the owner and the few small issues that popped up were handled quickly and professionally. Would HAPPILY stay again.

Complex was really quiet and super clean. The air conditioner worked a little too good, was like an icebox inside. Great when you come in from the heat but had to turn it off after a few minutes. Close to pool and walking distance to a beach that was never over crowded (Nov 1st through 6th). The condo was exactly as pictured, back doors open up super wide. Krista was really fast to respond and really friendly... we didn't have any issues other than I didn't have access to my email to security code.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed having this property serve as our home base during our trip to Maui. It is located in beautiful Wailea - a more upscale part of the island. Although the closest beach is about a 15 minute walk, the view from the community pool was gorgeous. It is located close enough to Kihei so we can enjoy it's hustle and bustle, but far enough that we can enjoy peace and quiet.
The property manager provided detailed information prior to our arrival that made it very easy for us to settle in. They also welcomed us with goodies :-)
I loved that this is a first floor unit because we were able to wash off the sand on the patio. We enjoyed being able to just sit outside and enjoyed a number of meals on the patio. The property is beautifully decorated and the mirrors help make the place look more spacious. The glass walls to the outside provide great views and really help set the mood for a relaxing vacation.
The appliances were relatively new and easy to use. The kitchen had all the necessary accoutrements to make easy meals.
The property has 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and soft sheets. They provided us with enough beach towels to use during our beach days. We greatly appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach bags that came with the property.
If there was one thing that I would say took a bit to get used to, it's that the flusher for the toilets are on the left side. I know, I know, it's silly.
I would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a great, clean place to stay in Wailea.

Overall our stay was great!! The place was big, bright and in a great location! Arrival was a bit tricky, we did not receive our check in details prior to arrival & had to drive to the local office to sort it all out. Most of the trouble was because of all that Hawaii requires regarding Covid precautions & once we arrived to the local office we were pleasantly greeted and all trouble was resolved relatively quickly (shoutout Christine!)
Highly recommend this property!! We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon!

Very pleased with the condo! We enjoyed the outside space as well, used the bbq several times and enjoyed breakfast on the lania. The beach chairs came in very handy, thanks for supply them!
