This condo was perfect for us. We had all the amenities of being home. The owners had everything you could ask for ready at the condo. Not only were we waking up to the view of the ocean but we literally stepped down and we were on the sand. I would highly recommend this place.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this condo 1-5 Oct 2023. The view of the bay is absolutely stunning as soon as you walk in. The furnishings are beautifully updated and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you may need. The bathroom had plenty of room and we simply loved the very updated shower. Although we didn’t use any of the beach equipment, there was plenty available out on the balcony. We certainly enjoyed the central location as well. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping, some just a short walk away. Steve and Tina provided excellent communication throughout. They were very accommodating and even allowed us an early check-in when we were moving from another condo just three doors down the walkway. So convenient! This allowed us to still enjoy our entire day and not have to worry about waiting on the condo availability. We would definitely recommend this wonderful condo and would certainly stay here again!

This property is centrally located, has a great view, and has the best equipped kitchen we've ever had with a VRBO rental (including a true burr coffee grinder and a quality coffee maker). We did our fair share of eating out, but it's nice to be able to cook a few meals in the property, and especially to be able to make good coffee every morning.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it's such a beautiful place! The fact that the balcony overlooks the ocean made for peaceful mornings together. The property is very clean and the inside appears just as the pictures online. The outside property manager walks around outside frequently making sure everything is kept together and clean. Everyone that we interacted there was very kind. I was surprised at how many appliances were available for us to use during our stay, as well as condiments and stuff for the beach! It's a nice central location to be able to do fun activities in both the north and south. And it's also close to Walmart and Costco which is convenient for the most affordable grocery shopping! We would definitely stay here again :)

This condo is in a great location with easy access to both the South and North of the island. The room was great and had everything you need for enjoying not only time at the beach, but also relaxing in the room. Amazing view from the condo that can't be beat!

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our first time on Kauai. We walked in the dour to a breathless view. The kitchen and refrigerator were so well stocked, we did not need to go to the store to get anything, so impressive. There were also anything you could ever want for the beach, including mask and snorkel, pool noodles, boogie boards, umbrellas and more.
The support staff was amazing. The on-site staff was amazing, sharing with us activities, places to eat and more.
We will definitely be back and have told relatives about our stay and one of them is planning their trip.
Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our anniversary in a memorable place.

The condo was a perfect place for 2 to enjoy Kauai. We were able to prepare meals, swim in the pool, utilize the extras (beach chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment) and explore the island, always having the lovely views from the lanai to return to each day!

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo. The condo was immaculate and the views were great. Everything and more than we needed was provided. In addition to well stocked spices, abundant utensils, excellent shower, and comfortable bed; the hosts provided all kinds of beach equipment as well as beach towels. We enjoyed the central location--especially the walking/running trail just up the road which is along the ocean. Mark, the on site manager was extremely helpful--even introducing us to the Passion bakery across the street. He keeps the tropical grounds in excellent shape.

The perfect condo we needed to relax in Kauai on vacation. Going to sleep listening to the waves breaking on the beach was perfect. Very easy check in and always easy parking on site.

Property and location was perfect! The view is breathtaking. Unit has everything you might need including all the little extras which mean a lot! The only thing I would suggest is operating instructions for the washer/dryer, they’re a bit tricky to figure out.

There was a mix up on our arrival date so the Condo was not ready and Marvis was so sorry, very nice lady, but the room was not quite as clean as we expected also no soap. The Condo itself was excellent with a nice location and everything you need was there. I would rent again if we return Kauai.

The condo was nearly perfect. All upper end appliances, and we absolutely love the shower. The condo was well stocked with spices, condiments and etc. As well as beach chairs, hiking sticks, boggy boards, umbrellas and etc. Steve and Tina communication was great as well. We even snorkeled right below the condo. We hope come back again next year. Mahalo!

My husband and I had a great week-long stay. The view is even better than the pictures and we could watch the sunrise from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped so we could cook some meals. The laundry was great so we could pack light and not bring home muddy/sandy clothes. The beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to bring to the beaches. The A/C in the bedroom worked well and the rest of the apartment didn't get too hot. The wifi was good enough for us but not sure it would be strong enough for remote working. Shower had good pressure and bed was comfy. Parking was easy. We didn't get woken up by any chicken sounds. I would stay again and highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and other rentals and this was the best so far. The condo was so comfortable. Two nice couches for lounging. And the condo was stocked with every amenity you could wish for. We made a lot of meals there and had everything we needed. The view from the living room was just stunning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful week here for our 20th anniversary.
PROS:. THE VIEW with the sounds of the waves is awesome, owners have thought of everything like beach chairs,coolers,umbrella,beach towels. Kitchen has tons of accessories and spices. Living room furniture was comfortable and clean. Both TV's are setup with cable. Unit has a new washer/dryer set that is quiet and efficient. Bathroom has double sinks with deep tub shower w/digital temperature control. Never has an issue with finding a parking spot. Check-in process was about as easy as it gets. Cute pool area with BBQ grills if you just want to chill at the room. Centrally located if you plan to go exploring. Lots of shopping and food options within walking distance. Owners put together a booklet of things to do suggestions and rules of condo that we found helpful.
CONS:. By a busy road so could can be a little road noise if out front, out on lanai all you here is ocean. At times can be a little tricky getting on the main road. Directly to the right of building is an adandoned building, but not noticeable unless you stick your head over the balcony. No elevator, stairs are wide and carpeted, but if u don't like stairs if might not be for you.

We came to Kauai for honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was well appointed with everything we’d need and the location was convenient to many of the excursions we had planned. We ate breakfast most days on the lanai, so peaceful!

We just spent a week at this Condo and enjoyed every minute. It is as described in the listing, including the waves you can hear in the video. They can clearly be heard through out much of the condo. The Lanai is the perfect place to sit and watch/listen to the beach. The complex is in a great location. Easy car riding distance to both ends of the island's highway, but the multiple food choices within walking distance might be even a bigger advantage. We would return from day of activities and then not have to drive to dinner since we could walk to Lava Lava Beach Club, Sleeping Giant Grill, Hukilau Lanai or anything at the Coconut Grove. Our favourite was the Passion Bakery, which is just across the street from the complex and does fresh Malasadas 3 days a week.
The location was also good for activities. The Wailua River Marina and Lyndgate Park are both and easy walk away.
I was concerned about parking before arriving since in the picture it looked small and there was no designated spots, but had no issues during our stay. We will certainly be looking to stay again in the future.

We loved staying at Wailua Bay View! The view is lovely, and the location is good too. We liked being in between the north and south shores so that we could drive to either one pretty easily - there's so much to do here! The condo was extremely well-provisioned, with cooking supplies including oils and spices, beach supplies including snorkeling gear and boogie boards. There is no elevator in the building, but it was still a wonderful place to stay. If we're lucky enough to come back to Kauai, we'd happily stay here again.

This condo overlooking Wailua Bay was amazing. Very clean and organized, and it had everything that we needed and more. Check-in was very easy. The unit's manual was more detailed than any place we've ever stayed at. Steve and Tina covered everything - how to operate everything and recommendations and reviews of places on the island. There wasn't anything that was lacking. Marvis, the local contact, was very friendly and helpful as well.
The location was perfect too, and not just the close proximity to the beach and views. Centrally located, the condo is pretty much within a half-hour drive of most spots on the island. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. I hope this unit is available the next time we come to Kauai. We loved it here!

The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels and the beach chairs and supplies were especially nice. The location allowed us to walk to several restaurants and shopping at the coconut marketplace. The bedroom a/c was used for sleeping and kept the room comfortable. We used the balcony constantly and the sound of the ocean was so soothing. The location made traveling around the island easy and efficient. Thank you for putting so much thought into what guests may want or need during their stay. It was truly appreciated. Mahalo!

This Condo owner has provided everything and then some, Bech chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, Kona coffee beans and grinder, spices. blow dryer ect. It is well thought out and the condo is beautifully decorated with one of the most spectacular views overlooking the Waileua Bay with mountains for the back drop! Cannot wait to do it again and Thank you for all the suggestions in you book...it was very helpful!!

We had a great week at the property - everything went smoothly. East side location is a great base, and we liked being close to Kapa’a town with its bike path, food shopping, casual dining and beaches plus excellent hikes. The hosts had thought of everything to make us comfortable. One point on location - it is close to a busy road, nowundergoing construction. But the lanai points away from that, with beautiful views of the ocean. The pool is also very nice and not crowded.

We love staying in Wailua because it’s an equal distance to the north and south shore of the island. Also, you cannot beat the view from the lanai! This condo is perfect in every way and we will definitely be coming back here again!!

View of the ocean and beach was splendid. The unit had plenty of towels and beach items. The bed was highly comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were looked very nice. The living area could get pretty hot at times but at least there was AC in the bedroom!
