We have stayed in many different units in Ekahi and this one was as nice as any we have stayed in! Marji was responsive, understanding and very helpful throughout the booking process, when we were there and very helpful as we were getting ready to leave! The condo had everything one could want - there was an obvious desire to ensure guests had everything needed! The view from the lanai was fabulous making it easy to enjoy all our meals and of course the spectacular Maui sunsets. We hope to return in the future!

We had a lovely stay at this unit in Ekahi Village. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. Communication was easy and a pleasure. The lanai has an amazing view. King bed was comfortable, main bedroom was spacious. The murphy bed was easy to use and comfortable too. Location can’t be beat for the price. The unit has everything you’d need for a day at the beach— chairs, towels, snorkel gear, umbrella, etc. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed for cooking. Nice selection of books and games, including Maui guide books we found helpful. Thank you! We will be back again.

We absolutely loved this rental property. This very large unit is located on the ground floor and has a big patio (lanai), big enough for a table and four chairs, two lounge chairs, and lots of leftover space for all of you beach/pool items as well. From this lanai, you have a direct view of the ocean and sunset in later February is centered on the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked, and there was a nice dining table. There is a comfortable living area with a small TV (who needs to watch TV when you are on Maui!) and a Murphy bed with a thick comfortable mattress. There are two full bathrooms which is awesome. The master suite is oversized with a very comfortable king sized mattress. The safe is in the master closet. The washer and dryer worked well. And the storage closet had two beach chairs and two beach umbrellas in addition to workout equipment, large and small coolers, many beach towels, and beach bags. There are two wall AC units, one in the living room and one in the master suite.
This may have been a mundane listing of all the amenities (and I probably forgot even more) but all these things were in great condition and contributed to our enjoyment of this property while we were on vacation.
We highly recommend this unit and our hosts were very helpful and very responsive to questions/requests.

We stayed here for one night, but wished that we had stayed here our entire trip! Marji was extremely welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable by accomodating our check-in needs.
The house is spacious, airy and very well maintained. We had everything we needed - from beach towels to sunscreen, and from cooking utensils to a washer/dryer! The view from the home is spectacular. The property is beautiful too. The swimming pool next to the beach has a great view. Our 2 year old did not want to leave!
We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone considering it!

We absolutely loved staying here!! The condo was clean with tons of space for our 4 year old to run around. Kids enjoyed the Murphy bed too. The grounds of the property are beautiful! Just a walk from the beach, pool, and amazing sunset! Marji was a great host and was able to answer our questions within minutes! We also got to meet Robin (housekeeper) who was also great! You can tell she works hard and takes pride in her work. Thank you for a short, but amazing stay at your condo. We will definitely be back!

This a great end unit in the wonderful Ekahi village. The ground level lanai is private, conveniently accesses the green space pathway to the beach and main pool area and is steps from another smaller pool. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking including knives that actually cut and nonstick pan that is actually nonstick. Air conditioning works well when needed and the view of the ocean from the kitchen window is amazing. Communication with host Marji was friendly and helpful. I hope to stay here again with my family.

We loved Ekahi 13C! It was super immaculate in every corner! Everything thought out and stocked with just what you need. We were so comfortable! Fabulous over-sized Master my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed. Also a great bed - seems obvious but we have been in so many bad beds in rentals! Nice Murphy Bed in the living area for our 9 year old. I can't think of one thing to improve upon. Marji was wonderful to deal with. The entire complex was very nice and the foliage was stunning. We loved sitting on the patio to eat and look at all the pretty foliage. We absolutely loved the Pavillion and would cookout there on our next stay (this was a super short stay). It was very social in the evenings and seemed like a great place to watch the sunset and grill your own dinner. The pool at the beach was fabulous and we loved how you could go from the ocean to the pool within a second, depending on your mood. Seems like a very well organized association. Super-loved everything!

Ekahi Village is a wonderfully lush, beautiful, spacious property. The pool near this unit was never crowded and literally steps from the lanai. The main pool is also a very short walk away as is the beach access. The beach is great with rocks for exploring on one side and what appears to be endless sandy beach on the other side. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. It is well laid out and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Very well appointed. The king mattress is amazing and the unit is quiet and felt like a private house. The lanai is heaven. It is very private with a phenomenal view. Marji is incredibly sweet and communication before our visit and during was excellent. Hope we can make it back to Maui in the future and we would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Ekahi 13C is the best place that I have stayed! 1st, Very Clean! 2nd, Has every thing … much more than my house has!Including beach chairs, boogie boards, unbrellas,,, 3rd, high standard furniture, excellent big size king bed, murphy bed, sofa, table..! Washing machine and drier very helpful. And last and but not least, the BEST owner I’ve met!! Thank you soooo much, Marji. I will definitely want to stay at 13c next time!!!

Also we walked to Monkeypod (about a mile) for drinks and the shops at Wailea for dinner and drinks. We loved the location and are city people- so we walk everywhere. Not a huge deal for us but if you have trouble walking you may be limited to the condo and the pool nearby, or driving around. The hills mixed with the humidity were a great workout! We also played pickleball which we love. The condo was stocked with any and everything you could need. We would highly recommend staying here! Also Marji was super responsive and helpful, probably the most responsive out of any VRBO we've stayed out (which is a lot) and I greatly appreciated her :)

Our stay was perfect. The condo is located in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the ocean and well-maintained landscape. Even in the drought, there are beautiful flowers and foliage that can only be grown in a tropical area. The condo is superior in every category. Comfortable king-size bed, two bathrooms and a convenient Murphy bed that fits in well with the decor of the living space. The kitchen is well stocked with great pots/pans, knives that actually cut well, and even a tough pineapple. Everything you need for prepping any meal. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge and comfortable a/c. Plenty of towels, nice linens and extra pillows. Open a door and you find every need for the beach, which is literally a five minute walk from the condo or a welcome “quiet” pool. Or a larger more active pool close to the beach, which by the way, has soft sand that’s easy for walking. A 15 minute walk to the Wailea shops and a great Island Gourmet Market. We will I promise return.

We had a very lovely two week stay in the condo and would go back in a heartbeat. The view from the lanai is gorgeous and we spent many hours in the loungers enjoying the ocean view, scenery, birds, and lizards. The kitchen was well equipped with housewares and very clean.. The BBQ is no longer on the lanai as in the pictures, but a couple of days before we left, two new grills were put in place near the pool by the unit. It was nice not having to walk down to the main pavilion to grill there as those were very busy during the dinner hours. The condo association no longer allows private grills at each condo. Recommend updating the unit pictures. The smaller quiet pool was steps away and we enjoyed afternoon dips.
We missed the stereo, as shown in the pictures, but luckily brought a portable speaker to play some Hawaiian music. The only con was the carpet in the bedroom. It looked dated, but clean. A solid surface like in the rest of the condo would be wonderful. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the condo. We had to run the washer while we were out at the beach as it was very loud during the final spin cycle. It is a newer appliance,, but louder than normal. Running it while we were out was an easy workaround. The grounds at Ekahi rival any nice hotel and are immaculately maintained and gorgeous. Marji, the owner was very nice and accommodating. We really appreciated that when adding an additional day to our stay.. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing, and luxurious stay! We look forward to our next visit. Thank you Marji!

The bar had been set high after our previous Maui vacation last fall, during which we stayed in a different condo in Ekahi Village, yet the accommodations at Ekahi 13C and Marji's hospitality exceeded our high expectations. We had a wonderful week and were very pleased with all aspects of the the accommodations including the furnishings, linens, beach equipment, well-appointed kitchen, and beautiful patio with gorgeous morning and sunset views. The community pool, bbq area, and dreamy family-friendly beach are only a short walk away through the beautifully landscaped grounds. For us, the condo was perfection. We hope to return to 13C the next time we visit Maui!

We stayed last week at this fabulous condo at the beautiful Ekahi Village in the southwestern part of Maui. The unit had all the right touches in amenities and decor. Ekahi is in a perfect location, near Kihei and Wailea with access to all the beaches, shops, and restaurants in those areas. Plus a great jumping off point to other parts of Maui. But we spent most of our time at the beach just steps away, perfect for body surfing and boogie boarding. The unit had all the beach gear we needed too: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. And at the end of the day, we could wind down at one of the heated pools. The only "bad" thing that happened to us is having our flight back home canceled on us by the airline; we ended up staying an extra day in paradise thanks to our host being able to fit us in at the last minute. Couldn't ask for anything more!

This was our first stay at Ekahi Village condos and this property had it all....lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, the list goes on......
There is also a wonderful patio to sit out on, a pool close by, located in a quiet area...we loved everything about our stay. Marji was an excellent host,,,very accomodating and responsive. Thank you Marji for making our stay at your lovely condo so wonderful.

Arriving from the airport just in time to see the glorious sunset from the lanai was beyond special! We had only a brief stay here, but it was a perfect introduction to our week on Maui. The unit was spotless, quiet and private. Cooks will find the kitchen compact but extraordinarily well equipped! Our favorite was the beautifully landscaped lanai - spacious enough for a dining table plus two lounge chairs. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic trip to Maui. Staying at Ekahi 13C was perfect. The condo was clean. They had great amenities including pool with pavilion and close access to the beach as well as shops down the road. It was so peaceful and my husband and I had a great time enjoying our honeymoon there. Marji was fantastic and super helpful with all of our questions. She also had a bunch of recommendations for the area as she is a local resident. Could not recommend this property more!

We can't say enough great things about this property and the owners. From the minute we arrived in Hawaii, we were greeted via text from the owners welcoming us. Every detail was taken care of in advance making it so easy to check in. We very much appreciated that everything was set up for our stay before we got there. The property was exactly how it looked in the photos (beautiful ocean view), very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. They have thought of everything - boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, board games, as well as a fully stocked kitchen! There wasn't anything that we needed that we couldn't find and we cooked quite a bit. They also left a comprehensive guide that they have put together for guests that was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. They were always available for questions and so kind and helpful. The location of the condo can't be beat! It's less than 5 minutes walking to the beach and very centrally located on the island. We highly recommend these owners and the property and can't wait to return!

Owners were great to work with and very communicative. It was a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach. Unit had everything you need for a beach vacation including beach bag, chairs, toys and high quality boogie boards. Community pool right at the beach was a wonderful amenity.
