Right on about things closing early...went for pizza at 4:45 and they closed early that night due to lack of help. Food trucks were great. Walked you beach on arrival day, went south to hike full day and Hana beach park for swim on way back. We enjoyed relaxing morning before check out and the road to Hana home.

We wanted to spend at least one night in Hana to give us more time on the road. This unit does have an excellent ocean view, and is completely as described in the listing.
The listing does note that there is no air conditioning. Unfortunately, we were there when temperatures were higher than normal in Hana, and were too warm, even with full cross-ventilation.
A wonderful place to stay if you're not bothered by a little heat.

I'd say this condo is actually nicer than the photos showed! Very clean and well equipped. Check in and check out were very easy. Being able to stay for one night was a great find, but I'd recommend staying two nights. Believe it or not Hana has a lot to offer.

Doing an overnight on the road to Hana, we stayed here. Right on a black sand/rock beach, beautiful evening with a full moon rising… wish we stayed longer in Hana. Room was great, lanai, ocean view, clean, great bed, kitchen. All we could ask for.

Our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teens) enjoyed this condo and especially being able to spend a few days exploring Hana instead of making it a day trip. Location great. Beds comfortable and view from balcony was very nice. Being able to open it up front to back to get island breezes was great. Only suggestion for improvement would be a refresh on kitchen pots, pans and cooking utensils, but otherwise everything was just fine. Not super fancy but that's not our style. Would certainly stay again.

Paradise is not cheap, and remote portions of paradise come at an even steeper price, but Hana is worth more that just a day trip and this place is your best bet for good, or at least reasonable value. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Hana before the day-trippers arrive and after they depart, roughly before 11AM and after 3PM. Very comfortable and thoughtfully planned unit.

We liked the layout of the condo, it stayed surprisingly cool with no air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. However, the place was FILTHY - within minutes of walking around without shoes our feet were black. The kitchen was dirty, they don't provide handsoap (we asked for it and were told they only provide bodywash lol) and one day we came back to find our light fixtures in the bathroom had smashed to the floor because it had only been duct taped to the wall! We could have overlooked this all if we had paid a few hundred but we paid over $500 per night (thinking we were getting a nice place) and were there for 3 nights. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere or at least know what you're in for!

This was a beautiful property. Got to go sit down by the ocean & relax in the evening. Only problem for me was my Mother in-law & Sister in-law cant live without their tv. Thank god for Wifi & netflix on the phones!
I would love to go back without them. It was really beautiful! I loved the Koi as well!

We had been to Hana on a day trip from Lahaina before, but we were rushed for time and didn’t get to see or do all the things we wanted to do. This trip we decided to stay overnight for 3 days. Lodging is somewhat scarce in Hana, so I was thrilled to be able to book this condo for our stay.
The condo’s location right in Hana town on the bay is perfect. Every morning we got up to watch the sunrise from the adjacent black sand/rock beach. Every evening the sound of waves crashing onto the beach lulled us to sleep.
The unit itself has comfortable beds (1 king and 2 twin day beds), an adequate kitchen (we didn’t use as there are multiple food trucks nearby), and an excellent covered outdoor space from which to view the beach.
The only negative was the lack of air conditioning which I knew about before renting. (Being from the upper Midwest and traveling in November, my body was not adjusted to Hawaiian tropical weather). That stated, we left the windows open the whole time, and the two large room fans provided excellent circulation allowing me to sleep comfortably.
Management was friendly and present on site during office hours, and we were able to get beach towels from them.
Overall, I would definitely stay at this condo again if I am fortunate enough to revisit Hana in the future.

The layout of the unit was nice and open. The unit had huge sliding doors onto the lanai and the cool breeze filled the unit. Loved it would stay there again.

We were happy to have this place to stay on the road to Hana. Wish we had spent more time here. The only down side for us was we spent a lot of time trying to find a place to eat dinner. There really isn't much in the way of food if you get to Hana after 6pm. (Maybe earlier, but we don't know) We spent most of the evening driving around to try to find something - would have preferred to enjoy the wonderful property!!!

Road to Hana was great and this place had a beautiful view to relax at the end of the day. If you can drag yourself away from the view then go to Hana Ranch for dinner. It was an unexpected gem of a restaurant.

Going to Hana for the day is never enough for us. This was a perfect place to be able and experience all Hana has to offer over a couple days. The view was great looking out onto your own black sand beach. The space is compact but works. There were no TV's, but there is wi-fi to use your own devices. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and we loved eating out on the balcony. They one issue was the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Gorgeous, relaxing view of the bay from the living room. We kept the doors open and just used the screen doors and ceiling fans the entire time and were very comfortable temperature-wise. Airflow in the bathroom would get a bit stuffy with the shower going, but running the circulating fan helped quite a bit. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely boutique condominium complex right on the black sand beach of Hana Bay. Lush tropical grounds, koi ponds, unit #203 is charming and comfortable, has two lanais, and a stunning view from the oceanside lanai. Hana is for lovers, so bring your loved one and have a long relaxing visit. Cheers 🥂

The property was fine for the 1 night we had to stay and although it didn’t have AC it had plenty of fans to keep it cool. The inside could definitely use some updating however, especially in the bathroom (shower).

The condo was comfortable, right on the beach, allowing for lovely walks and very near the center of town. We were able to visit the Taro Festival, definitely a highlight for me. We did not do any cooking so did not use the kitchen, which requires that you buy almost everything, except salt, pepper, tea and coffee. This was OK with us since we were there for only 1 night. There were plenty of linens. It suited us fine.
