Located on the north corner of Tower 1, you will enjoy an unobstructed northern view of Black Rock, the Ka'anapali Golf Course, the rainbows and greenery of the West Maui Mountains, the islands of Lanai and Molokai, and a view miles long of Kaanapali to the north. Enjoy your choice of sun or full shade in the afternoon from the 500 square foot wrap-around lanai that extends the entire length of this spacious condominium. A comfy King bed in the master bedroom and a king sized bed in the in the second bedroom. This unit sleeps 4 people maximum.
The owners of 1102 have completed an entire remodel of this gorgeous fully equipped condo. It features a new full kitchens with high-end appliances, gorgeous bathrooms, central air conditioning in every room controlled by individual thermostats, high speed internet and a views from every inch of this condo. There's also a brand new top of the line washer and dryer in the unit.
***Our minimum stay is 4 nights and 10 nights during the Christmas/New Years holiday. However, we may approve shorter stays if they back up to an existing reservation. We will do our best do accommodate you.
In addition, we provide paper towels, garbage bags, zip-lock baggies, aluminum foil, saran wrap, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent with Bounce fabric softener, new kitchen sponges with scrubber; several rolls of toilet tissue, kleenex, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. We are able to provide daily maid service, however it be at an additional cost.

Daily Resort Fee: $35/day plus tax. This covers parking and all resort amenities and is payable upon arrival at the front desk.

The Whaler resort just completed a 36-million dollar renovation. The resort looks fabulous! We loved our stay at the Whaler and highly, highly recommend staying at this 11th floor luxury condo!! Located in an excellent location -- literally steps away from the best mall in Maui; directly located on one of the best beaches in Maui; and next door to three of our favorite restaurants on the island. The view from this condo is absolutely amazing! The photos posted on the website truly do not do this rental justice. We loved this condo and know you will too. The Whaler is located right on the beach -- where you can rent chaise lounges, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc., by the hour, the day, or the week! This was a perfect vacation spot and we cannot wait to return!!! Additionally, all of the staff at the Whaler was super helpful and very, very kind. We booked all of our 'excursions' at the concierge right in the lobby of the Whaler. Lisa gave us great suggestions and advice regarding the best surfing classes, horseback riding along the coast (Mendes Ranch is the best in Maui), whale watching, and snorkeling. Excellent condo -- my family and I loved it!!!

This was a repeat visit for our family. We were not disappointed. This unit has all that you want for a vacation. Great views, easy access to beach, restaurants & shopping and a comfortably decorated condo. The few minor issues we had with the unit were fixed pronto. We will go back again.

Our stay at The Whaler was absolutely perfect (our second stay). The location cannot be beat. The condo was beautiful, the amenities could not be better. It really was as comfortable as home is every way. The service is above excellent, with a perfect ocean front view. And the cost, compared to other upscale condos or any four/five star hotel is really $100's less per night. We had my 12 yr old grandson with us who had a great time. While this will probably be my last summer trip (I usually go in Jan/Feb) it will most certainly not be my last Whalers visit.

Fabulous comes to mind with this rental. Lots of space, beachfront, beautifully appointed unit in Whalers village condos. Plenty to do right in the heart of Kaanapali beach.

My wife and I had an amazing week in Kaanapali. We absolutely love the Whaler and it's location on the beach. We have stayed there many times and this 2 bedroom unit is, by far, the best we've ever had. We're thinking of staying a month next time we visit.

The location is ideal for whale watching. The wraparound lanai was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a cocktail at sunset. Both Blackrock and Whalers Village are a very short walk.

Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. We were extremely happy with the entire experience. What really put our vacation over the top was Nathan the bellman. He was so welcoming, informative and professional. Whatever you are paying him, it’s not enough. Certain details of our trip will fade over time, but we will never forget Nathan, or his wonderful aloha spirit. You are so very fortunate to have him on staff. Excellent location. Professional , courteous staff. Great, clean condo, although 2nd bedroom was disappointing in having 2 twin beds instead of larger beds. Other condos at Whaler where we previously stayed had double or Queen size in 2nd bedroom. We will definitely return to this property.

Great location and beautiful condo. Our only complaint is that for 2 full days of our stay there was no hot water in the entire complex. Property management at The Whaler gave no explanation other than that they were working on it. Obviously it is not ideal to rent a luxury condo and not even be able to take a shower. The hot water situation put a significant damper on our stay.
