Check in procedure was very smooth and as per guidance. Inside of room was clean and nicely decorated. View of ocean was fantastic from the room as well as lanai.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio condo. The view on the lanai is absolutely to die for!!!
The condo is very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The new coffee pot and small supply of Hawaiian coffee was especially appreciated!!
Location is close to everything, yet you feel your away from typical hustle and bustle of a big resort.
Jaime and Will are super attentive owners and could not have been nicer or easier to communicate with.
My only regret is that we could not stay longer. We will be back though.

I've been to Hawaii many times and never had a better setting for my stay. The lanai literally sits right above the water where you can watch sea turtles just swimming right by. The condo is even prettier than the pictures and it is fully stocked to make your vacation perfect. Thanks so much!

We celebrated our 25th anniversary in Hawaii and truly enjoyed this spot in Kahana. It was close to all the great beaches for snorkeling as well as shops and a few restaurants within walking distance. We especially enjoyed watching the turtles peak their heads up right in front of our room. Truly delightful stay and would highly recommend it!

The view was amazing! We started our vacation in this studio condo and it was perfect. The decor, location, and thoughtful touches were classy and elegant. We loved having coffee on the lanai in the mornings while watching sea turtles, the sounds of the surf crashing during the night, and the amenities of the full kitchen. Everything was just wonderful!

Jaime and Will are great hosts! This was a last minute trip to do some volunteering at the distribution center after the Lahaina fires and it was perfect. Clean, had everything we needed, and a relaxing place to enjoy the ocean from the lanai or walk to a super close and beautiful beach with lots of huge turtles. Communication was super prompt and helpful at every touch point. Though everything was closed in Lahaina, we went to Whaler's Village to support the business there and then went a little bit north to Napili for the same. Come to Maui, the drives are all beautiful and there are so many ways to support everyone here who lost so much. Mahalo Jaime and Will for continuing to share your beautiful condo with others.

It is a beautiful view from the Lanai. Great sunsets. Everything you need for comfort without the annoyance of being in a hotel. The ocean was 70 ft from the lanai. I know others complained about not having a beach but you are in walking distance from multiple beaches. There were some minor issues with the place, but you are not there to stay in on your trip. Close to hikes, beaches, shops, and amazing snorkeling bays/beaches. I would love to stay here again. If you have any questions/comments/concerns the management gets back with you in a short amount of time and has the exect information you need. Mohalo nui loa!!

What an amazing property. My husband and I visited Maui house #207 for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time. The lanai is perfect for anytime of the day and in the evening you can even roll screens down while watching the sunset! We also got to see so many sea turtles from our lanai, it was amazing!

The a/c unit is much too small for the condo. Temp is 78-82 in the condo. We almost slept in our car the first night before we left. Owner does not care. Unbearable. Also , fridge does not get cold enough for any refrigerated items. Don’t waste your money on stuff that must stay cold. It will go bad. This beach the description speaks of is a strip of sand that the owner admits disappears during high tide. Entire description of condo is an optimistic exaggeration. We had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. Don’t stay here

Maui House 207 is in a fantastic location, amazing views, the hosts were great and very responsive. The only setbacks were that the condo’s shower wasn’t very clean and the floors were dirty/gritty. That said, everything else was very clean and it was a great little place to stay overall. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

We had a little mix up on our dates and ended up at the the place a night early. Jaime was super friendly in helping us find a place to stay for a night before our actual check in date and was able to get us an early check in for the next day. She was super responsive to all messages and very helpful.
The condo is beautiful and the lanai is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunsets. It is located very close to a lot of great beaches, hiking spots, restaurants, and shopping. We had a great time on our honeymoon and Maui House 207 was a perfect home base for us during our stay on west Maui. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at staying on this side of the island!

Jaime and Will were very communicative and helpful. The building was relatively small compared to others surrounding the area, but it was very quiet, and the unit was very clean and comfortable. It had all the basic amenities. You're right on the water, and hear the waves crashing every night. We had issues with the beach umbrella (broken upon first use due to age), Jaime had the house keeper come by within the hour with a new replacement. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend to any couple.

The place was lovely and was even better than the description. The communication with the owners was superb. The bed was comfortable and having the kitchen was a plus. Being on the waterfront was so relaxing and beautiful. The place is conveniently located to the lovely town of Lahaina (delicious restaurants and many souvenir stores). We enjoyed the Kapalua beach located about 10 minutes away. If we were able to return again, we would definitely stay here.

We would rent this Studio again in a heartbeat. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, it was very clean and the view from the lanai is amazing. We watched the whales and the turtles the whole time we were there.
It is well situated if you prefer peace and quiet yet it is walking distance to a very nice Beach House Bar and Grill with daily Happy Hour. We were mostly out visiting Maui every day and upon our return, we walked to the Beach House for drinks in the late afternoon. We made sure to be back on the lanai to watch the amazing sunsets. Afterwards, we either walked to local restaurants or had supper at our studio.
The Studio is situated less than a 10 minutes drive to Lahaina which is a very nice tourist town. It is also only 2 miles from a beautiful beach that is easily accessible to the general public. Hope to stay there again on our next Maui vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was centrally located for the activities we had planned. We were able to see some whales while having coffee on the lanai one morning. The water is really coming up on this complex and there is no beach. The bathroom is also very small. However, we spent most of our days exploring Maui so we felt the room was a great fit for us.

This is right on the water, 50 feet at most! The sounds of the surf lulled us to sleep. It’s a very comfortable condo, with everything you need, in an easy to get to location. Two indoor pools are also accessible. There is a unit above with the occasional noise footsteps, otherwise peaceful and calm!

My wife and I spent a few days here as part of our honeymoon. The unit was easy to access and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. We were pleased to find some kitchen essentials that made it easy to prepare our own meals. The ocean view, especially at sunset, was really spectacular and we felt like we had our own private show which isn't something you'd get at a resort. We didn't end up visiting the pool(s) across the street that are part of the complex so I don't have an opinion of them. The only bummer was that walking to nearby beaches, restaurants, and stores could be better. The condo is on a road that lacks a real sidewalk and while there is often room beside the road to walk, we did occasionally need to walk on the shoulder of the road--I wouldn't necessarily feel comfortable doing so at night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and this place would be near the top of our list next time we visit the area.

Jamie and Will were very thorough in their communication with us and their condo is just lovely. Loved how close to a beach it is and we spent every morning just walking and swimming along the shore watching turtles swim along the coast. We bbq’ed several times while there- had everything you could want in the kitchen. Great beach gear- chairs, coolers, boogie board, noodles, snorkel gear, beach towels etc. Bed was comfortable, tv offered lots of channel options although a little complicated to figure out- we did however get it eventually and all was good- who needs a tv when you have the ocean right in front of you!!? Washer and dryer onsite across the road as well as a couple pool options. Very close to all we wanted to be near. My only complaint is that the cleaning crew showed up 10 minutes before check out time and while we were mostly ready to go, in a hurry to get out quickly and not have them waiting, I missed picking up my favorite sunglasses on the way out the door! So if you rent from Jamie and Will, and are in need of a pair of sunglasses…. LOL! But otherwise, felt very safe, comfortable and this was a great home base for anyone looking to enjoy your maui vacation! Mahalo!

Perfect ocean view. Everything is clean and fully stocked. Every night we fall asleep listening to the ocean waves. Laundry service located just across the street is clean and well maintained (desperately needed after more than a week on the islands). We saw so many turtles everyday just down the apartment. There are also beach chairs and towels conveniently provided so we could take to the beach. Can't recommend this place enough. I'll definitely come back in my next trip to Maui!

This was my third trip to Maui and this stay, by far, was the best. The 2nd floor lanai was just a few feet from the ocean wall where I sat and enjoyed coffee and live entertainment from sea turtles which was a daily event - not to mention the sunsets! There also was a comfy couch to stretch out and read while watching the sailboats, paddle boarders and sea life pass by. This unit had everything you will need for your stay. (Cooler, beach chairs & towels, etc.) I appreciated the welcome gifts of cookies and chocolate macadamia nuts - nice touch! The ocean waves lulled me to sleep on the comfortable bed. Life just doesn’t get much better. Thank you so much guys!!!

My husband and I stayed at this property while on our honeymoon in Maui. I cannot say enough about this place! It's even better in person, and the hosts, Jack and Michael, were outstanding and accommodating. We were greeted with champagne and chocolates to congratulate us on our marriage, they have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, basically everything you need for a beach day, full kitchen, laundry facility across the street, close parking, but the best part... THE VIEW! My husband and I went allllll over the island and we both agreed that we had the best view on Maui! The area this property is located is perfect; so many restaurants and things to do. My advice: book this property! You won't regret it.

This condo was amazing! My husband and I came and stayed for our honeymoon and Michael and Jack were kind enough to leave detailed property instructions along with a bottle of champagne and chocolates. They also called us before the stay to make sure we were up to date on COVID protocols for Hawaii and other details of the property. Overall awesome experience and we will definitely try to visit again! The condo has quite a few restaurants within walking distance, however we either made food or ordered takeout most nights so that we could enjoy the unbelievable sunset views from our patio. Highly recommend!

The view from the lanai is absolutely breathtaking and among the highlights of the trip for us was being able to spend lazy mornings and evenings (especially during the sunset) out on the lanai. What a nice place to spend our 1st adventure in Maui(Hawaii) When your planning this kind of extravagant vacation(for us at least) you always wonder if the place will be anything like the pictures. So Happy 31st Anniversary to us and a genuine happy birthday to my lovely wife. The main picture of the patio looking over the water and the island across the water (Moloka’i?) That pic is amazing on VRBO, but the view in person puts it to shame. We’d sit out here for every breakfast and just sit, relax and enjoy the view and sounds of the waves. The condo is super clean and the attentiveness of Jack & Michael with us and our stay and with this place was amazing. Unlike a hotel, this place gives you the feels that you’re at home. That’s very calming to me and I tend to yearn for places like this when traveling. If we ever come back, I’d for sure book here again.

This was our second time staying at The House of the Beautiful Skies, and we truly love it there! The space is just perfect for the two of us. Being on the second level, we felt like we could open everything up to enjoy the view and the sounds of the waves day and night, but still have our privacy. We enjoy eating in on the lanai, look forward to getting back in time to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves as we fall asleep, and then waking up to look out at the beautiful ocean once again, most often greeted by a rainbow. It's truly peaceful. We saw whales and sea turtles every day, and even a seal this time, without ever having to leave the condo. The location is wonderful, with a short 5 minute drive in either direction to find some of the best beaches (both big and small), great snorkeling, dining, and shops. Last, but certainly not least, Jack and Michael are friendly, helpful, and wonderful to work with! We plan on returning to stay at their condos again and again.

Location is wonderful; the house had everything we needed for a lengthy stay; we were able to save by buying groceries rather than always eating out; the view is wonderful, and the condo is beautiful inside and out. Our advice is to utilize these hosts' warm gratuities as well as their knowledge and handy guide-tips left for us visitors, and you will have a great time here guaranteed.

Great location in Kahana oceanfront., turtles out front around the sea wall rocks..Smaller complex, pretty quiet, second story so private, no elevator so upon arrival a bit arduous but the place makes up for it. Jack and Michael are excellent hosts and try very hard to have thought of literally everything you may need...BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS, POTS, PANS, SIRAN WRAP, ON AND ON...IT IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL APPOINTED, BED IN COMFY....no beach front but a couple complexes down is secret beach that was great. For us a great central location without too much traffic. Very good value, thanks!!
