Place was as described. Beds are good and comfy. Kitchen is good. Beach items were a definte plus, and there is a cooler to use as well. Great views of the ocean and mountains. Very quiet area, as we have stayed in Kapalua before. Complaints are ice maker was broken. Prop mgmt said would fix and never did. Was told they would bring us ice and never did. Smoke detectors batteries were out and beeping. Told us they would replace and fix never did. Lent catcher was broken, told would replace and never did.
Drain in master shower was clogged and not draining. They did fix that but took over 24 hours to get there. Lights burned out, outlets not working. So the property itself was nice, the property mgmt was not the best and that is why the low rating. Especially when you pay the amount of money to go to Maui.
