Welcome to your Kona retreat at White Sands Village, Unit 307 – a stylish top-floor condo with rare no-stairs access and a comfortable layout that makes it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Just steps across the street from Magic Sands Beach, this home offers convenience, comfort, and thoughtful upgrades that make it stand out from typical vacation rentals.

Inside you’ll find a spacious living area with sectional sofa, cable TV, and a brand-new queen Murphy bed with a comfortable mattress to maximize sleeping space. Sliding doors open to your private lanai with partial ocean view, furnished with two reclining chairs and a dining table. It’s the perfect spot to sip morning coffee, watch the waves, or enjoy a sunset cocktail after a day of exploring Kona.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, private bathroom, sliding door to the lanai, cable TV, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, tasteful décor, and easy access to the second full bathroom. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with tiled showers for a fresh, modern feel. With two bedrooms plus the Murphy bed, the condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

The open-style kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, full cookware, and ample space for preparing meals at home. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi ensure all the conveniences of home are right at your fingertips.

Guests also enjoy access to resort-style amenities at White Sands Village, including a heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, pickleball/tennis courts, dry sauna, and clubhouse. For your adventures, we provide beach gear such as snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cooler so you can head straight to the sand.

Location is everything, and Unit 307 offers one of the best. Directly across from Magic Sands Beach, you’re a mile from Kahaluʻu Beach Park, famous for some of the best snorkeling in Hawaiʻi. This was a great spot and great location. Being right across from magic sands beach was awesome. Loved being able to walk right over and relax,watch the sunset,take stroll. It was only 10min to the downtown area for eating and shopping. The complex was quiet and everyone respected the rules. Communication with the owners was quick. I loved the fact that there was stuff for us there to use like a cooler,chairs,boogie boards,floats,snorkel equipment,noodles,beach towels. And those 2 green chairs were devine to relax and kick your feet up at night after a day of exploring!! Would definitely go back if im ever on the big island again!

Family had a fantastic 5 night stay. Plenty of space for 4 people (2 teens). Two bathrooms with laundry was a plus. Nicely updated condo. Enjoyed the beach first thing in the morning and at sunset. Would stay again if I’m ever back on the Big Island.

This unit is beautifully maintained and conveniently located at the head of the stairway and near the elevator. It is well equipped, with most of the essential expendables provided. Magic Sands Beach is, in my opinion, one of the best locations on the island in terms of value, convenience, and access to a white-sand beach. On the top floor of the north building facing south. The unit overlooks the pool, but was still very quiet with sliding glass doors that very effectively reduced outside sounds.. During the booking, I had some questions for the owner and he was very responsive. He was good enough to make his direct contact information as well as the local property management's available. During my 11-night stay, there was nothing to report, however. Bottom line: this is a great accomodation in an ideal location.

The condo is very nice, clean and conveniently located. 10 min drive to Kailua-Kona downtown with various restaurants and small shops, 12-15 min drive to Safeway, Target, Costco and other stores. White Sand beach right across the street, it is a small beach and sometimes it is very crowded, usually we drove to other beaches. We found the most convenient beach for us - Manini”iwaki, which has white sand, calm water and perfect snorkeling spots. Property has everything we needed for our stay and property owner Joe was very helpful if we had some questions. We really enjoyed our vacation :)

This is a lovely unit that is clean and well maintained. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to settle in and make our own meals. The owners also provided everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach (conveniently located just across the street). The reclining chairs on the lanai are the perfect place to take in the view while enjoying your beverage of choice. We had an excellent time and would definitely stay here again!
