Not your typical vacation rental--upgraded furniture and appliances and is tastefully decorated. You are on vacation and deserve comfort. This is one of the nicer units in the entire complex.

Great location within the White Sands complex--front building, top floor. Sit and watch the waves crash.

The lanai has new reclining chairs, table and a great place to chill out and watch the waves crash.

Steps away from Magic Sands Beach, close to the best snorkeling in the area, and convenient to downtown Kona and area attractions.

This was a great spot and great location. Being right across from magic sands beach was awesome. Loved being able to walk right over and relax,watch the sunset,take stroll. It was only 10min to the downtown area for eating and shopping. The complex was quiet and everyone respected the rules. Communication with the owners was quick. I loved the fact that there was stuff for us there to use like a cooler,chairs,boogie boards,floats,snorkel equipment,noodles,beach towels. And those 2 green chairs were devine to relax and kick your feet up at night after a day of exploring!! Would definitely go back if im ever on the big island again!

Family had a fantastic 5 night stay. Plenty of space for 4 people (2 teens). Two bathrooms with laundry was a plus. Nicely updated condo. Enjoyed the beach first thing in the morning and at sunset. Would stay again if I’m ever back on the Big Island.

This unit is beautifully maintained and conveniently located at the head of the stairway and near the elevator. It is well equipped, with most of the essential expendables provided. Magic Sands Beach is, in my opinion, one of the best locations on the island in terms of value, convenience, and access to a white-sand beach. On the top floor of the north building facing south. The unit overlooks the pool, but was still very quiet with sliding glass doors that very effectively reduced outside sounds.. During the booking, I had some questions for the owner and he was very responsive. He was good enough to make his direct contact information as well as the local property management's available. During my 11-night stay, there was nothing to report, however. Bottom line: this is a great accomodation in an ideal location.

The condo is very nice, clean and conveniently located. 10 min drive to Kailua-Kona downtown with various restaurants and small shops, 12-15 min drive to Safeway, Target, Costco and other stores. White Sand beach right across the street, it is a small beach and sometimes it is very crowded, usually we drove to other beaches. We found the most convenient beach for us - Manini”iwaki, which has white sand, calm water and perfect snorkeling spots. Property has everything we needed for our stay and property owner Joe was very helpful if we had some questions. We really enjoyed our vacation :)

This is a lovely unit that is clean and well maintained. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to settle in and make our own meals. The owners also provided everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach (conveniently located just across the street). The reclining chairs on the lanai are the perfect place to take in the view while enjoying your beverage of choice. We had an excellent time and would definitely stay here again!
