Just a couple of suggestions.. the shower liner needs to be changed, little mold collected on it.
Secondly the glass on the sliding door needs to be cleaned inside the double pane. This way the tenet can can a nice clear view of the ocean with the door closed.
Other than that the stay was wonderful and the price was 1/2 of the big hotel chains. Will most definitely stay there gain :)

The unit was great - clean, inviting and well equipped. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The sunrises were amazing. The grounds are perfectly kept. The only negative is that the hotel sometimes allows Locals to use the pool and grills. One day there were almost 25 Locals taking over the pool area making it not available for guests.

The property is beautiful-tropical plants and beautifully manicured. Just steps from the beach. Our lanai looked out onto the ocean where we could relax to the sound of the waves. Our studio was equipped with everything we needed and it was close to amenities. It was clean and comfortable-good vibes. Would definitely stay there again!

The location was fantastic. Top floor. Right on the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the surf, take a few steps to the beach or lay out by the fabulous pool. The beach is good for sitting in the many lounge chairs available, walking along the shore or swimming. The room was awesome. It was so clean, great view off the balcony, big screen tv, mini kitchen, clean bathroom with great water pressure. Hawaiian music was playing on the tv as we entered the room. Nice touch. Very nice beach chairs, beach mat, beach towels and even a small cooler are provided for beach adventures. The manager was so friendly and always available to answer questions. This is our place in Kauai and we will definitely be coming back.

This condo was perfect match for our parent getaway without kids. The view from room is amazing, so close to pool and ice machine and beach. Cindy did great job communicating with us, and got us new towel exchange and beach chairs when rusted one broke. The coconut market is within walking distance and very convenient for shave ice , groceries and excursions. We drove to north beaches and south wiamea canyon… the property is great hub for exploring.

If stairs aren’t a problem then this is the place to stay, the view of the ocean is incredible. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Having the market and coffee shop within walking distance was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing time staying here! I just can’t say enough about the beautiful views and wonderful people. The condo is perfect if you love hearing the ocean at night and being able to just run up to the room if you forgot something while at the beach. The pathway is pretty awesome too! We rented bikes and rode all up and down the path. The room itself is perfect for two! It was very clean and no funny smells. AC was perfect! We have stayed in similar places without AC and I don’t think I can ever go back to not having it. Very comfortable if you just want to hang out in the room too! I wouldn’t hesitate to get this room again. Great price for what you get!

We arrived and it does look like the photos, bathtub, toilet and sink were all very clean. However it looks like those were the only things cleaned in a very long time. There were coaster marks on the table, thick dust on lamps, headboard, most surfaces not used often. The couch felt dirty almost mildly sticky? like it had been spilled on and cleaned many times, at some point just throw it out.. I called the owner and she did offer to send the cleaning crew out the next day. I did not have confidence they would do any better, nor did we want the invasion of privacy.. so my partner and went and bought $70 worth of cleanI spent a few hours deep cleaning, the day before we were getting married.. Floors felt slimy, doors were sticky with stains and hair that did come off. Rugs were very bad, we set them aside for the stay. The view would have been great but the seal in the glass has failed and so there is moisture in the slider that fogs it up badly. The bed was so uncomfortable we actually went and bought an air mattress on the second night and slept on it for the remaining 9 nights. The mattress was badly hammocked and oddly lumpy. Bugs, I know Hawaii has roaches, but the weather stripping on the front door has big gaps and we kept getting roaches, one was very very big. This was more than I have experienced at other places and could be mitigated by replacing the weather seal. I feel like that is the theme of this place, nothing is well maintained and looks ok in photos.. bare minimum is being done to clean and maintain. The owner did offer to credit me some money I spent on the cleaning products but almost 2 weeks since I stayed and don't see any money. Honestly just want people to know what they are getting into. The kitchen sink drain leaks under the cabinet, and the toilet runs 1-2 times in the night. Overall needs quite a few maintenance items done to be enjoyable and a better cleaning maybe quarterly where it's dusted, doors and surfaces are wiped down. Wish I could provide photos of some of the before and after we cleaned. I cannot recommend anyone stay here until this is sorted.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. What could be better than being right on the beach and listening to the surf 24/7. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. What we really loved was that the property wasn’t too big. The pool and Tiki Bar were great. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. We will be back!

This was the perfect place to use as “home base” during our week exploring Kauai. The location had good nearby shopping and dining options and we spent hours on the lanai watching the sunrise and the ocean waves. The condo was comfortable, had everything we needed and was decorated nicely.

Location is perfect. Relatively close to the airport, and easy to get to both the North and South shores. Easy access to beach. Shopping center within walking distance. Had no problems finding parking. Studio is cozy and well equipped, and has great views of the ocean.

Easy check in. On the beach. Host has two beach chairs to use, and there are long chairs on the beach. The room is comfortable. Microwave and toaster oven (no cook top). Bathroom nice and four towels, plus two beach towels worked perfectly. No laundry on site, but everything else a three minute walk (stores, grocery, massage, coffee, restaurants, and more). Note - although it says bikes are available close on internet - they no longer rent bikes - nearest place is over a mile away. No shuttle service(s), as privately owned condos. View was beautiful - sleeping to sound of ocean - tranquil. Mini fridge was cold, nice AC, and WIFI was good. There were extra pillows. If I could make a suggestion, a throw blanket would be nice. The ocean is peaceful. Pool and jacuzzi - with a happy hour bar. Two properties down, a beach club. The money for the unit was A plus. We would rent again.

Highly recommend! Beautiful property with ideal access to beach (amazing water views from your bed and balcony) and other parts of Kauai. Located conveniently behind marketplace with shirt walking distance to market, coffee, restaurant and shops. Very hospitable, responsive, and accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a lovely vacation. Perfect location to easily check out the south and north shores easily. The property is very pretty and enjoyed the pool. Loved sitting on the lanai looking at the beautiful view. The Tiki bar on the property was great and has a happy hour with $8 drinks! Lots of shops and eating options close by. Highly recommend this property.

This property has a wonderful, oceanfront view which we enjoyed every morning and evening. There are several food options within easy walking distance, as well as, a grocery store and souvenir shopping. It's very conveniently located for exploring the entire island. We definitely plan to be back!

This place is a gem! The amenity are great. It is centrally located. Just 15 minutes from the airport. About 25 minutes to prineville and 30 minutes to poipu. Walkable to the grocery and local shopping. I would recommend this place and I would stay at this place again.

My husband and I stayed in this unit. The ocean view is fantastic. Finally a closet with enough hangers! Love the proximity to the Coconut Market place, Lava Lava, Safeway, Longs and our favorite restaurant Hukilau Lanai at the Beach Boy. You are limited to a micro wave, refrigerator and coffee maker but having all the placed to eat at the Coconut Marketplace makes that doable. The property managers are very responsive and corrected an issue in a timely manner. But you are not allowed to use the laundry facilities on the property as this is a personally owned unit. There is a nice laundry mat right up the street so that wasn't an issue.
