My whole family enjoyed this stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had a great supply of beach gear. Gorgeous landscaping created privacy for the lanai, making a great living space. The location was great.

I came for a relaxing time away from the cold and enjoyed the condo very much. It is clean, well stocked, and very close to the pool as well as many shopping and eating places. I mostly walked all over Waikaloa Beach area from the condo.

This condo couldn’t have been better - great location and completely outfitted with everything you’d need for a longer stay on the big island. We loved that it was equipped with beach gear as it made beach hopping much easier. The location is ideal. We barely had to drive as the shops were a quick walk. The condo itself was very well-appointed and communication with the property management company was easy and quick.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit! The kitchen was well stocked and nicely furnished. Beds were super comfortable and we all slept great! The grounds of this complex are beautifully maintained and the pool was perfect for our young kids. We had an issue with the toilet and the property management company was very responsive and sent someone out right away to fix it. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Perfect location at Waikoloa Resort. Location at the Villas was perfect, close to pool and beautiful view across the golf course. Perfectly stocked with everything we needed, only needing to buy our food. The home was so beautifully decorated that I felt right at home.

We are locals from the Hilo side and were looking for a little satisfaction for my birthday. We were not expecting to find such a gem as this condo.
Clean, airy, tasteful, with excellent instructions, labeling, all the amenities one would need, beach equipment and the excellent location made this vacation rental our favorite one so far.

The short walk to the Queens and Kings shops was perfect. Beautiful golf course view. Very clean and plenty of room. Unfortunately on the last 2 nights, the renters up stairs were very loud but that was not the fault of the condo we were in. Would recommend to a family for sure!

We enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed. House was furnished nicely. It would have been nice to have some communication about the pool closure before walking all the way over there but there are two pools, at least. I would definitely stay here again.

Our condo was lovely, very well equipped with linens and cooking implements, beach equipment etc. it was conveniently located to the two local shopping malls, all within walking distance. The unit was very clean and the grounds beautifully maintained. Would go again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed at Waikoloa Beach Villas multiple times and always love our time there. The condo complex is extremely conveniently located across the street from one shopping complex and a block away from a second one. The pools and hottubs within the complex are great, and you also have easy walkable / bikeable access to the beach at A-Bay and to the extraordinary Hilton Waikoloa Resort (particularly fun for kids). This particular unit is on the ground floor and just across from the nicer of the two pool / hot tub areas within the complex. Great spot for anyone who struggles with stairs or doesn't want to rely on the elevator. Highly recommended.

Property was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and adequate equipped kitchen. The only thing that could be added to the condo are a couple of reusable ice packs for each cooler. Nice though that there are two coolers, one for the beach and one larger one for grocery shopping. The only downside of the place is you don’t have a private bbq, you have to use the community one by the pool.

Fantastic property in great location without being in a hotel. The kitchen is complete. Maybe a toaster oven instead of old school toaster. I would upgrade the mattresses in the second bedroom. The workout room is small at best.. All the additional fees add up, but I would go back and strongly recommend this unit.
