Kaanapali Royal D101 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor condo with over 1800 sq feet of space! Featuring all new engineered walnut hardwood floors in the living room and both bedrooms, this unit is sure to wow! The kitchen has been beautifully updated with custom cabinets, lighting, granite countertops, upscale stainless steel appliances and buffet area with built-in beverage center. Enjoy cooking in this remodeled kitchen or on your private, expansive lanai complimented with a gas grill, wet bar and refinished teak furniture.
The living room offers an 86-inch Smart TV, equipped with complimentary cable, Blue Ray DVD and Wi-Fi throughout. Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle with easy meals on the lanai overlooking the golf course with spectacular sunsets or in the formal dining room that seats six. Newly installed custom drapes throughout help keep things cool along with the central A/C system, but feel free to open the doors for those wonderful tropical breezes.
The master bedroom boasts a comfortable pillow top Cal King size bed, all new bedding (Hawaiian inspired), desk, and TV equipped with cable. The master bedroom opens to the lanai, offering wonderful views and a sitting area with a table directly outside, perfect for morning coffee. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks and a large walk-in shower with seating. The guest bedroom also opens to an outdoor patio and offers a pillow top Cal King size bed. The guest bathroom features double sinks and a walk-in shower. For additional guests, there is a brand-new Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
All guests receive complimentary natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion.
Kaanapali Royal is a meticulously landscaped resort with swaying palm trees, two lighted tennis courts, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and shared BBQ grills. This three-level resort is not equipped with elevators, but the ground floor condo only has a single flight of stairs leading to the entrance.
**All existing and new bookings under 7 nights are grandfathered at the old rate of $22/day through 8-31-22. All bookings received on 9-1-22 and beyond are subject to the flat rate of $154. The resort allows a maximum of two cars per unit.**

My family and I had an amazing stay here. The condo was filled with everything we could possibly need and it was very clean and nicely decorated. It also had a great location (next to lots of shopping, popular beach, golf course, tennis courts) and we never ran out of things to do. Would highly recommend!

The condo is beautiful and very clean. It was a great fit for me and my 5 friends! The views were amazing and the location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. I love all of the small touches abs they literally thought of everything you may need in the condo! Loved we could borrow things we forgot or couldn't bring from home! I would stay there again if I returned to Maui!

My family and I stayed here for a week. Everything was perfect! We were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Although it is not on the beach, it is walking distance to Whaler's Village and the beach. It also is has a beautiful view on the golf course. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Maui.

This property was an idyllic island paradise. The interior and the decor was super lux and the owners thought of every possible kitchen utensil we could ever need. There were a LOT of knives! I also loved that there were things like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and snorkling masks for us to use. That made getting tot he beach with 4 kiddos a breeze. We did have a sink issue partway through our stay, but the management responded very quickly and maintenace fixed the problem right away.
The location was quite central. We were there for a wedding and were able to get to neighboring resorts quickly and easily. It was seriously 5-10 minutes to everything... the beach, downtown Lahaina, all the good stuff!
I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Great property -- had everything we needed and was in beautiful shape. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion for owner is to add chair pads and a blind to the lanai. Loved this place!

We had a incredibly relaxing, quiet week in Maui. Our condo at Kaanapali Royal was perfect. Ultra clean, well stocked and stylishly comfortable. Outside of not being on the beach, you can't beat the location. The weather was always best in Kaanapali compared to other locations on the West shore. The best snorkeling in Maui is just a walk away at Black Rock. My Perfect Stays was very attentive and provided excellent communication from the time we booked our trip until the very end. Looking forward to coming back!

Overall we enjoyed the unit. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. Our suggestions would be to provide some cushions for the outdoor
seating to make it more comfortable And also a clothes rack to hang clothes . The golf course people like to mow the lawns and trim bushes while you are enjoying the pool. We were happy with our stay and would go back.
