Everything about the condo was perfect. Location, stocked well, clean and decorated nicely. Our preferred location to stay. Close to shopping, dining and beaches. Had everything needed for a day at the beach.

This property was all of what we imagined upon check in. The site information was right on target, the spaces were well appointed, clean, and offered a perfect work place while enjoying Hawaii. Quiet and clean, pleasant and welcoming, the villa we had was on the second floor, just perfect! Elevator was appreciated and instructions were specific enough to get answers to anything we wondered about (ie access codes and trash removal). We loved this property!!

The Beach Villas are in an excellent location, close to shopping, the beach and has many lovely amenities such as the pool and exercise facilities. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and comfortable and there is a garage as a bonus. The view is very nice as well and we loved the lanai BBQ. The only downside was the broken elevator which we hope will be fixed soon.

The condo was larger than I expected and everything is in top condition. Nice view off the balcony and nice to sit and enjoy the breeze. Shops are nearby and closer to Hapuna Beach and points north than staying in Kona. Super nice pool, and spa, and single car garage for your ride. Beach chairs, boogie boards were perfect. Quiet except for normal neighbor noise up and down.

The unit was nice with a well stocked kitchen. Nice view from patio. Unfortunately the elevator was out of order the entire 10 days and we were on the second floor. Lugging our bags up and down with everyone over 70 years old was not ideal.

Master bedroom and launai were the best for sunrise and sunset Pool and hot tub beautiful and the landscape around it too!
Overall would rent it again and the other property I rented In W Beach Villas back in March! Both furnished very nice with Hawaiian flair.

Good location, really close to Queens Market and Kings Shops. Easy walk to all amenities. ABay beach within 15 minute walk. Great to have secured garage. Condo was well equipped. Nice view from the Lanai and good barbecue.

I stayed here with my mom for a couple of nights and it was just what we needed! Clean and spacious, and right across the street from the grocery store and other shops.
Super convenient parking garage with a cooler, umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach. The sunset from the lanai was gorgeous, too! Definitely would recommend staying here.

This place is AWESOME! We picked it based on the pictures and it's location and it did not disappoint. The place was as well appointed as shown in the pictures and it's literally right across the street from the Queen's Marketplace. We ate every meal on the large lanai overlooking a hole on the golf course and facing the field of petroglyphs. The grounds for the villas are very well-maintained and the pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day exploring. Garage parking was nice and having beach gear available was most appreciated. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom are SO comfortable, too. My only (very minor) suggestions would be to add hot pads in the kitchen to take things out of the oven and a couple to-go coffee mugs for the early morning drive to Volcano National Park. We will definitely stay here again when we're on the big island!

My only complaint was the router needs to be replaced needs to be replaced. Wi Fi is horribly unstable, and has to be reset constantly. I don't think it was the provider, I think the router is just worn out.****Management Response-Thank you, we will have our Maintenance Department check the router ASAP! The unit was just as described. It was functionally stocked and everything worked fine. The WIFI went out the last day but we survived. Would be nice to have a few more 16 ounce plastic cups to take to the pool, we bought a couple a donated them to the condo. I also wish owners would update the TV's to smart TV's se guests could just access their various streaming subscriptions. Being right across the street from the Queen's and King's shops was great, one of the reasons I picked this property. If you have stayed at condos in Mauna Lani these will look familiar. I'm sure the same developer built them. We'd stay here again.

The condo was located near the great Kohala beaches and an easy drive to Kona. It was well stocked with hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent etc to make the stay easier. Also appreciated the labeling of light switches and tips about the condo. Clean and comfy.

This was a corner, 2nd story unit with a view of the golf course and a view of the lake. The unit was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning and cocktails at night. Will definitely return
