This was a great place to stay for our Honeymoon! The place is as advertised and was great. The room was clean and the views from the balcony were awesome.
The in unit dryer and washer were great to have and we had no issues with bugs. Very clean!
In addition, the Royal Kahana property itself is kept clean as well. Everyday we saw workers early in the morning cleaning the pools and the grills. I was impressed how clean the grills actually were! Spotless!
Thank you for providing us with such a great unit for our honeymoon!

Condo was clean and in a great location! Walking distance to Maui Brewing, a variety of restaurants, and a convenience store. Short drives to beautiful bleaches and shopping! Sunset views every night were spectacular. Appreciated the washer/dryer in unit. Concierge in the lobby was helpful in suggesting places to go! We had a wonderful vacation!

We are frequent visitors to Maui, but it was our first time at the Royal Kahana. Our unit was clean, beautifully updated and appointed. The owner's reps were responsive and available and a pleasure to work with.

The studio condo lived up to the description and pictures. The floor was dirty when we arrived, however, after notifying the property mgr they promptly sent a cleaning crew and remediated the issue. The property mgr was also very responsive to other minor questions (via text - my preferred method). All in all, I recommend the property and appreciate the responsiveness of the property mgr.

Nice place.
Needs some work- sliding door doesn't seal properly and there's a constant howling when the wind blows.
Bath is tight space.
Need to get rid of kitchen appliance on counter as it takes up too much space.

The area is close to many points of of interest from Na Pili through Lahaina, and plenty of beaches. It was 45-60 minutes from the airport and Paia, about 30-40 minutes from Kihei. The building itself is quite dated, but had three elevators, luggage caddies that were so helpful, and a decent pool with beach access. Parking was an extra cost. The room had an updated kitchen and bathroom, but the bathroom still showed some wear. Kitchen included all the supplies you would need. The main door was so heavy and needs some repair. The closet door didn’t quite slide properly but we didn’t use it much. It’s nice that the balcony had a view of the ocean! Super easy checkin. Overall, a good place to rest after spending the day exploring.

We had never been to Maui and took a chance based on the ratings and description. We were not disappointed. Everything in the studio was functional, clean, and as described. We had a good view of the pool and a lot of the beach area. The property is just a short drive to anywhere you want to go.

Great location, very easy process getting settled in. Maui Outriggers were very attentive to our questions and concerns. We loved being directly on the beach and it was quiet! Unlike packed touristy beaches. The condo was a clean, private space that was in excellent condition. I would stay with them again if we return.

The room was beautiful and the kitchen well equipped… unfortunately the hard surface floor was so dirty that we couldn’t go barefoot without our feet turning black! The view was spectacular and other than the floor, a perfect spot!! Mahalo!

Royal Kahana itself is a dated property. The sliding doors to the lanai’s, the windows and hallway carpets need updating. The pool area is very well maintained and the staff is accommodating and friendly. Some units are very updated and modern while others are dated and need some deEp cleaning and TLC. The location is close to all and the views from the building are breathtaking. All in all, like many properties you take the bad to experience the good!

We just sold our condo at the complex next door so I was familiar with the area and Royal Kahana. The unit with clean and comfortable and the property manager reached out via text messages a few time. Everything was great, though I was only there 2 nights. My only recommendation is that they leave out the samples of laundry detergent. I understood that there would be some but had to buy because it wasn’t obvious. I found it under the kitchen sink when I went to add soap to the dishwasher. I really only needed to do a couple loads. The staff at the front desk were so kind. The bed was comfy too!

This condo couldn’t get any better! My husband and I loved staying here so much, we want to come back. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed (kitchen supplies galore, coffee, tea, blender, ninja air fryer, beach chairs, cooler, etc.) and to top it off the view is absolutely stunning!! We woke up to the sunrise every morning and drank coffee on the balcony as we watched the ocean waves and palm trees sway. The pool is also very nice with plenty of chairs & tables and even a grilling station. The location is also perfect- not too far out from all that Lahaina has to offer and very close to Kaanapali beach area. It’s a nice & quiet area yet everything you need is here: Maui Brewing Co is behind us (score for us beer lovers!) convenient stores, cafe, etc all nearby. We would choose this place again and again!

Overall, we really enjoyed this unit. The view was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the apartment was spacious for just the two of us and the location was wonderful. Close enough to the things you need but far enough away from all the big resorts that it did not feel overrun or make the area feel crowded. We did not have hot water for showers after the first day and the owners advised they would reach out to the building staff but we never heard from the building staff or got hot water in our showers before we left. The bathroom is incredibly small but still nice and the shower was spacious and had good pressure. Having a washer and dryer on location was wonderful as we did not come home with a week's worth of dirty clothes. As long as the shower temperature got fixed then I would definitely recommend this place.

Great condo! The bed is so comfortable! The kitchen has everything that is needed. We absolutely loved the lanai. Having an ice chest and beach chairs was a nice plus!

We had an amazing time staying here and would absolutely come back! It’s a beautifully positioned condo over looking the ocean which has dozens of turtles swimming by daily! We watched the sunset on the balcony and cooked meals in the newly updated kitchen. The place was well lit, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Ownership was very accommodating and we can’t wait for another trip to Maui. Thank you!!!
