Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.
CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Great location, easiest Checkin ever, comfy beds. A few recommendations - cable TV is not desired anymore. Just upgrade to a nice $300, 55 inch smart Tv and we will logon our streaming apps. TV was old and junky, internet went down totally on our last two days.

The condo has a wonderful view and the separate bedroom is a great bonus. We had ample room for family of 4 that included two teens. The proximity to the beach and many other activities made it very easy to be in the action quickly. Room was clean and had great supplies to enjoy the beach (chairs & towels). The view was exactly as the picture showed, a few blocks from the beach and walking distance to everything in Waikiki. The included parking is a must so you can use this as a home base for exploring all that O'ahu has to offer. On days we just stayed in Waikiki there were numerous food trucks within blocks and grabbing and bringing back to enjoy on the recreation deck was awesome. The 4 of us, 2 adults a 4 year old and 1 year old had more than enough space to relax. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to O'ahu. Mahalo!

The property and amenities were exactly as advertised. The only complaint I have is about the elevators ... we often had to wait quite a while to be able to get an elevator car that had room for more people. Otherwise, all was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at this property over the Christmas week in 2022. The location is great with easy access to the beach. Great ocean views from the bed room and the balcony. Well stocked kitchen, and overall a very well maintained place.

Just a couple things…parking is terrible, best to just go up to the 3rd or higher floor, spaces are narrow. Would suggest to replace the 2 smaller frying pans or tighten the handle. Since parking is included, would definitely recommend getting a rental car, unless you are only hanging in Waikiki. Ceiling fan was great, not need for AC during our stay. Luckily I had friends and was able to use their washing machine and dryer for a couple loads. Curtains were difficult to slide open and close.

This condo is extremely well appointed. We really appreciated all the quality provided. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with high quality items in excellent condition. We appreciated having great cutlery, glassware, dishes etc. The view from the condo is spectacular and the location of the condo could not be more convenient. The living room furniture was very comfortable and everything was very tastefully decorated. We very much enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The property was just as listed and in a convenient location. We were able to walk to the beach carrying some items, walk to the shopping district, and other nearby attractions were only a 10 minute Uber ride.
When I chose a Ford Explorer as a rental car, I forgot about the parking garage clearance. Luckily, we had 2" to spare but it was a little scary parking the vehicle (and driving in Hawaii's narrow lanes overall).
No problems arose, so never needed to contact the host, 5/5.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this Banyon II Condo. It Is exactly as pictured. Remodeled nicely with a full kitchen just a few blocks away from the beautiful blue ocean! The views in this place are truly amazing. It was hard to leave each day to go explore and enjoy Honolulu (but we did and had lots of fun!) We had a few minor maintenance issues, most of which were fixed within hours. Except for the shower water being only luke warm, which they couldn't fix ??? I highly recommend this unit!

What I remember the most from the condo was the view of Diamond Head off to the left and the view of the ocean right in front. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. The condo is clean, modern, and fully equipped. It has lovely decor and air conditioning. We are a family of 5 and it suited our needs very well. The room divider was good for privacy since this is a one bedroom unit. All of the beds were comfortable including the pull out sofa which is rare. The sofa bed mattress was surprisingly plush. Communication with the property company was excellent. We had no trouble following their directions on how to get into the unit and parking. Parking is convenient and secure in the building. The beach is a short walk - a block or so - and it’s very nice. We found good restaurants within walking distance. Overall, This location is ideal. We highly recommend this condo and would like to return again!
