CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.
3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.
4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

This place was AMAZING! The pictures posted do not do it justice. The view was exactly what it looks like only beyond better! We went for my sister in laws wedding and had to take the whole crew my 4 year old, 15 month old twin boys, my mom, my sister and my hubby. We loved the condo it was perfect for all of us! The elevator was an extra touch to help us with getting stuff upstairs and not always having to carry babies up and down! The condo was also stocked with tons of supplies from kitchen spices to beach chairs, towels etc! We also rented cribs and high chairs through Nokaoi and they were set up and ready to go when we got there! We couldn’t of asked for a better place with an amazing view! We plan to be back but maybe next time when the kids are alittle older! ❤️

Highly recommend Ho'olei 99-2! High end comfort and every amenity you can think of! Super clean and spacious. Spectacular views and lots of comfy seating on the large lanai overlooking the ocean. Top row location - but the pool is a very short walk - we walked back and forth multiple times a day with our 3 year old grandson with no problem at all. We will definitely be returning!

This villa was a great way to make our Maui vacation complete. The view was the best part. It was a great way to experience the Maui sunset over the ocean. The view was not the only wonderful thing about this villa. The furniture and all of the rooms were very luxurious. Plenty of seating for everyone in our party. This villa is also family friendly. The location is also ideal...close to shopping, restaurants, and the beaches. I recommend this villa to complete your stay in Maui!

Phone in the kitchen does not work the batteries will not take and hold a charge
The bottom dishwasher rack has 2 missing wheels and the rack holders for the dishes is broken and it all needs to be replaced, since it was used every day it was a constant pain in the ass because of the dishes falling over every time the drawer was pulled out
The TV remote control needs new batteries
The ice maker in the ice box does not work, we had to buy a bag of every day
Both of the grill cleaning brush's are wore out and need to be replaced and the entire grill area is greasy and dirty about the grill
The fake plant on the lanai deck is awful, it looks to be 20 years old and is falling apart
The outside table and chairs need to have the nuts holding them together tightened, they are loose and/or missing
The last thing is something I am sure you know about but I wanted to let you know as well, the management at Ho'olei is not happy with the owner of the unit and once they know you are from that unit they refuse to offer any help what so ever. We were even told that the gym and pool area were not for use by us

This is our third time @ Ho'olei Villas and second time staying at this unit. There were a few problems, but they were addressed in a timely manner. The view is fabulous. We could see whales from the lanai, no need for a tour. The unit is showing a little wear from the first time we rented in 2014. The bottom dishwasher rack needs replacing as well as the BBQ grill irons as they are very rusty. We would stay again.

The view of the ocean was breathtaking every morning. Very relaxing, comfortable, huge living areas, great for large crowds, quite, has everything you need. I def will stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling too Maui.
