Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2023. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Telephone: No landline phone
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.

Waikoloa Beach Villas J33 is located on the third floor of the J Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the third floor. Offering views of the golf course and beautiful decor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was larger that the photos made it look and all of the amenities, finishes, linens were very high quality. They had everything we could have needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook, the garage had tons of beach/pool gear and the bbq on the patio was great. Comfortable beds, easy parking, close to the pool and the location in Waikoloa made shopping, coffee and groceries easy to walk to. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is fantastic! We loved being on the top floor, absolutely everything was wonderful! Especially enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee and then prepared dinners on the grill each night. Super comfortable bed and very quiet!

Located on the top floor in a corner, this condo gave us lots of privacy and quiet relaxing time. The short walk to Queens Market and only slightly longer one to Kings Market was appreciated as well. Didn't do much cooking except for BBQ on patio but kitchen has everything. Loved having beach toys and chairs available for our use as A-Bay is our favorite beach and we spent a fair bit of time there with frequent detours to Lava Lava. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Everything described and seen in photos is exactly what you got! So much space, a true home away from home. Fantastic kitchen with every utensil and equipment possible. Beautiful view from the balcony across the golf course, a great spot to watch the sunset, eat a meal or relax with a book. Main bedroom is do spacious with a huge ensuite. The kids loved their comfortable beds and slept so well. Situated in an amazing resort with the queens and kings shops directly across the road. A Bay beach just a short walk or drive away, was great to watch the sunset from here and the kids favourite beach to swim. The Hilton pass was great to use for a few days amongst the trip with fantastic facilities to utilise. Everything we wanted and more!

Excellent convenient, quiet, functional condo in great location. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed immediately which was much appreciated. The master bed is incredibly comfortable. The Hilton pool pass would be great if you are traveling with children.

We enjoyed staying here as a family of four. We had plenty of space. The unit was very clean and centrally located. We were able to easily walk to dinner and the grocery store. Being able to do laundry towards the end of our trip was also a perk. Would book again!

Great location if you want to visit both the northern beaches and the pool at the Hilton Waikoloa. We’d go to the beach in the morning, come back for lunch & to rest, then go to the Hilton Waikoloa pool in the afternoon. The Waikoloa is a long walk or a short drive away. The condo is well-stocked with beach gear, so we didn’t need to bring or buy anything. We loved having both a kitchen and a washer-drier. Management responded quickly when we needed a repair, even on a weekend.

This is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! Excellent condition, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we need as a family of four with two kids. Hilton Waikoloa pool pass was great. The kids had fun in the Hilton Lagoon and in the pool /water slide. The lagoon is super calm and great for our kids to snorkel and see fishes and sea turtles. The Hilton pools are huge with manmade waterfalls and a water slide that kept the kids busy for hours.

The condo itself is well appointed - kitchen appliances, showers, good quality beds and linen… The property management is professional and responsive, with clear and timely communications. The pool pass at Hilton is an excellent perk, for families with kids who love water. In summary, a very good choice for a base on the Kona side of the island - even if it is about a half-hour drive from the center of Kona town.

Had a couple issues with hot water and the dishwasher. But the property manager was very quick to respond and remedy any issues. Great location and the Hilton pass was an added bonus that our kids loved!

This condo provided everything our family of four could ever need. First, the directions for check in were extremely clear and complete. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. It had every kitchen appliance you could ever need, including our own personal grill, which was perfect for our family as we like to cook. The garage was stocked with all items needed for exploring the island, including boogie boards, coolers and everything needed for the beach. The location was remote enough to be away from crowds, but still can get to grocery stores and Kona in about 20 minutes. It is very close to Hapuna beach, one of the best beaches in the country. The community was very quiet and private, but can walk to 2 shopping centers. Overall, it was an incredible experience and a much needed break.

The unit was very conveniently located across the street from the Queens Shops. This was a huge win for our family! Even with a small child struggling with the time change, we could still go out and enjoy the evenings with the stroller. I feel had this been another location we wouldn’t have ventured out as much. I would definitely return. I didn’t work with a live person, but the booking process was simple. The instructions were clear upon arrival and departure.

This is an excellent unit in a perfect location, walking distance to the shops which is helpful when you want to eat, grab a coffee, or buy groceries. The kitchen is very well stocked and the apartment is spacious and updated. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels and supplies in the garage for the beach, which we appreciated. The pool in the complex is beautiful and, of course, the beach nearby is gorgeous. Our only complaint was that the mattress was not very comfortable, but that could be personal preference. I would not hesitate to recommend this place! Anne Marie was a pleasure to work with and very helpful and accommodating!

We very much enjoyed this condo for our family. The kitchen was very well-stocked with every tool you could use to make delicious meals. The Hilton pass was also a huge win! My kids would never leave there if given the opportunity!
