The Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, accent and mood lighting with relaxing beach themed art and pillows.
Ample drawers and hanging space make staying a month a breeze easily being able to fully unpack, spread out and relax.

Adjacent to the bedroom is the guest den with its two person sleeper sofa and Asian pacific Zen feel decor. This space is also an ideal location to relax with your favorite book and a glass of wine as others watch TV in the main living room.

As we walk past the fully remodeled and well lit bathroom with its oversized tiled floor to ceiling massaging shower. we enter the main living room.

Our writers desk makes the perfect spot to get those postcards written or work on your laptop finishing that project for school or work.

Ample comfortable seating is offered around the large HD Smart TV that includes cable.

The dining area seats four and is located next to the modern kitchen, ideal for serving or keeping an eye on desert.

Through the large glass sliding door you access suite 401s notably best feature, the full width private lanai (with ample comfortable furniture) that looks over the property gardens out onto the great Pacific Ocean.
Seasonal whale watching is a must or maybe just passing the time counting sailboats as they daily sail out to and from Waikiki and the Ilikai marina.

Fancy a dip in the ocean? Walk down through the gated gardens on the 1st floor and there are safe steps to the left of our property in line with a sandy bottom area perfect for sunrise & sunset swims.

We’ve been staying at the DBH for 40 years, and return every year. This particular condo is situated ocean front and offers all the amenities. Word to the wise- the fold out couch is probably best for 2 children, anyone older/bigger will feel it’s a tight squeeze.

The unit was located in a nice and quite area, about 15 min walking distance to Waikiki. Enjoyed lots of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Perfect for our needs. We paid for onsite parking, and it was well worth it, but can be a little tight at times. Also washer and dryer was in the basement (not in unit) - but there were plenty of machines, so not a big issue.

If we weren't out or sleeping, we were on the balcony. The view is amazing. And could hear the birds and have some fun people watching. The kitchen was stocked enough for basic meals. Thank you.

This review is overdue We vacationed mid January and enjoyed our accommodation. The ocean view on the balcony is outstanding! Leave the sliding door open to listen to the waves. Morning sunrise meditation started my mornings. Got to enjoy coffee and breakfast too. In the afternoons we always made sure we were done “holo-holo-Ing” so we could enjoy a glass of vino and watch the sunset! What a life! Reserved parking stall made it convenient. EZ walk to nightlife. We’re at edge of Waikiki so it’s quiet and easy on/off to freeways. Property management always available to assist and great follow up. We’ll be back! Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It was everything we could want. Stocked with the essentials, located exactly where we wanted to be… Just far enough from Waikiki, but still in the middle of the Diamondhead community. The balcony was the perfect place to relax in the morning and in the evening to watch the sunset. We would love to stay here again!

We have stayed in this building before, and it was great again. Close but far enough from Waikiki, the park across the street is great, and the views and balconies near the ocean are fabulous. The beds in this unit were comfortable. We did not use AC because of the constant breeze! Excellent overall!

This condo was very spacious compared to previous places we’ve stayed in Waikiki. The view from the lanai (and the lanai itself) is fantastic! We were very comfortable and had room to spread out. The building is very quiet and we rarely even saw people enjoying the shared outdoor area (plenty of chairs and tables out on the grass area for people to enjoy). Parking is an additional fee but we’ll worth not having to worry about finding parking on the street. We were very happy with this condo and the communication with the owner, highly recommend!

It is a great place with everything you might need for a family vacation. It sits on the outskirts of Wikki, close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough away to relax. It was clean, everything looked new, the balcony view was awesome. I would book again without hesitation. The only thing that wasn't initially clear was the small nominal fee beyond two guests and the required purchase of insurance, but it's barely worth noting. The place is a great place worthy of your consideration, we'd stay there again.

We were looking for a condo on the ocean in a quiet location for our first trip to Ohau. I looked for weeks to find the perfect place and as soon as we got there I knew I found it! The pictures on the website were very accurate! The view of the Pacific Ocean from the large balcony was beautiful! We spent every free minute there when not out and about Ohau. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook daily meals. The condo was very spacious for our family of 4. We liked how it had a separate den with pullout couch for our 2 adult daughters to use. We were able to leave open throughout our time there. We loved the area of Diamond Head, it was nice and quiet. It is a short walk into Waikiki and a local beach. We rented a parking space for our rental car in the garage of the building, it was well worth the added expense. The condo was clean and the check in process went very smoothly. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We've stayed in Hawaii several times before. We found this property which was very close to the hotels that we had stayed at previously. This was a way better option with our kids in tow. The property managers where awesome and extremely easy to work with. The condo itself is wonderful. Huge lanai over looking to ocean perfect for a mid day nap after running the kids around.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was really nice and a great balcony overlooking the ocean. We sat and could enjoy sunsets and surfers. We even seen an occasional whale. Comfortable sleeping, wonderful shower, plus anything you could need to cook inside. No grill at the facility. Small hiccup with check in but they took care of it right away and was very friendly. Easy walking to local beaches and downtown area. We would definitely visit this condo again.

I must have looked through 50 properties looking for location, uniqueness, and good price. I looked for weeks and when I finally took a good look at this one I said to my husband, "I found it!" I cannot tell you how much we loved the lanai -- we stayed out there for hours a day watching the surfers and the waves crash. This place is roomy, light, renovated, and just plain fun. The location is great, with plenty of things to do around it, and a 10-minute bike ride to Waikiki. The only thing was that that it mentioned a "den" and I thought that would be a little more private than it was. But overall I was so happy with the beautiful place.

The place was very nice. Beautiful view on the private balcony. Nice amenities inside Had everything you could need for cooking. Our only complain not very clean considering COVID time. Get your parking in advace.
