Pros: bed is super comfortable, view is fantastic, close to everything you need, plenty of lights, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels provided, which was very handy
Cons: big heavy furniture make room feel very crowded, kitchen was not stocked with basics like dish soap, foil, mixing bowls etc. floor is really banged up

This is a great room with a balcony looking directly out over the ocean. Just a few feet from the beach. An easy walk to great restaurants. The Happy Hour at the poolside bar is great as well and just steps from the room. We would stay here again!

This was the PERFECT place for us! Property was beautiful with stunning views. Very quiet but plenty to do nearby.
I've already recommended this place to my brother who may be planning a trip next year.

We had 2-3 bugs on the bed but other than that the place was very clean (also it’s Hawaii so expect some bugs even for the cleanest properties). Would absolutely stay here again given its great location/view/cleanliness

Our overall stay was very good. The property is super nice, well manicured, and the grounds are beautiful. The description of the unit is accurate, but it looks tired. Honestly, when we first arrived, it did not “feel” clean, but it was. The unit just needs TLC to bring it up to par with the beautiful property. The drawers on the cabinets are weak so I did not use them for fear they would break. So, we worked from our suitcases when it would have been nice to unpack for the week stay. The view and sound of the surf was awesome. Access to the Coconut Market Place was excellent. The ABC is within a 5 minute walk for just about anything you need including food and drink. There are several good restaurants and shave ice for a great dessert. The property to the south next door has the LavaLava Club (on the beach) and to the north is the Hukilau Lanai restaurant which is 5 stars. Parking was great and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Stayed in 246. Nice clean room with beach front view. This unit is on the second floor of a 3 floor building. There is a smart tv with access to Netflix, prime and other apps. It also has basic cutlery and plates. Ac in the unit with is a huge plus, but there is constant cool breeze due to its beach front location.

I have stayed in this unit before and loved it for the beautiful opportunity to relax on the lanai and watch the ocean, and the people stroll by. It is all torn up and ugly orange construction fence blocking my view!!!!. I wouldn't be quite so upset if I had been informed and given the choice to continue with my reservation. I also rented another unit from Kauai calls, and the view was compromised as well. I have been a return customer, I believe the ugliness of the construction to be a misrepresentation of what I had reserved. The agent Candace said she would rather lose my business than work with me on a suitable return of moneys paid. She also claimed she didn't know about the construction, but inquiring with other owners and the Aston, was told everyone knew. I was duped and I never got over the orange fence nightmare, It was too late for me to move to a different place. I have a case with the Better Business Bureau that you may look into. I will not be lied to and taken advantage of by this woman, who I have found many similar reports online about.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from our lanai was spectacular and the sound of the ocean waves was SO relaxing. The pool and bar were less than a minute from our room! The Coconut Market place is within a 5 minute walk and is a great shopping area with convenient shopping and a few restaurants, so we did not have to do much driving. Candace was very helpful and would get back to us right away if we had any questions or requests. We will definitely be staying again at one of Kauai Calls properties.

We enjoyed our stay here in Kauai. The view was beautiful! The location was conveniently located next to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed eating at Lava Lava next door with nightly live music. We appreciated not being too far from the South or North shore.

This was the perfect place for our recent stay in Kauai. The unit and resort were lovely and we loved being right on the ocean listening to the surf and watching the sunrise every morning. Magical! The unit is well equipped and the location perfect for venturing around the island. Booking and checking in went very smoothly. We would stay here again.

This was my first trip to Kauai and staying at this location was the perfect choice. Check-in with Candice was simple and easy. She provided me with a code to the room so I didn't have to worry about keeping up with a room key which was nice. Lihue airport is about 12–15-minute drive. Food, shopping, gas stations, recreation all located within a few minutes from this location. Easy parking. Beach supplies, AC and all basic amenities were up to par. The place looks exactly like advertised with the beach just steps away. The views were stunning each sunrise and sunset. The wild chickens will wake you each morning so no need for an alarm. Book this place. You will not regret it. Mahalo.

As always, we enjoyed our stay in Kauai... This property is centrally located to dining, entertainment, and full access to other parts of the island. This was our first time staying on the second floor, while the stairs are a nuisance, the view more than compensated. The property is as promised with all the basic amenities needed, comfortable bed, a great swimming pool, hot tub, and bar. Everyone in the area including long term residents made us feel welcome. We had no complaints. I would definitely consider staying in this unit again if the opportunity to return presents itself. Thank you Kauai Calls, for being prompt, and flexible In scheduling as our needs changed due to Covid ridiculousness.

Great ocean view from lanai. Enjoyed coffee and breakfast watching the waves each morning. Great central location for exploring the entire island. Enjoyed most dinners on the lanai as well - except for when we walked next door to Lava Lava for drinks, yummy food and great live music.

Lovely to sleep to the sounds of the waves. TV had issues with technical skills on our part, but not the time to watch alot of TV. Pool area nice, walk path was great as well.

Celebrated our 50th anniversary here and couldn’t have been in a nicer place, convenient to everything, clean, and the views from the lanai were stunning being right on the ocean!! It was hot and humid during our stay so we were very appreciative of the A/C unit. We used the beach umbrella and chairs, cooked on the grill by the pool, and wished we could stay forever in such a beautiful place. We’d highly recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in Kauai!
